A pleasant surprise

This was an app that I downloaded thinking I’d get a little bit of enjoyment out of when I used it to fill empty moments. Instead, it’s one of my favorite mobile games of all time. You can tell that someone truly loved creating this game. The graphics are honestly so well thought out, the game is pretty in a way that you almost never find in a mobile game. There is always something interesting and exciting to figure out, but not in a way that feels overwhelming. The basic principle stays the same, but new elements are added in an honestly elegant way that makes you just want to keep playing. This game has somehow captured the satisfaction of a PC game, while being mobile. Oh, and the ads are so far from irritating, and even have added rewards attached to them so you don’t feel like you’re just wasting time watching an ad, because it’s also helping your farm. The animals are so well designed to be cute but not so overly cute that you lose any respect for them. Even the fact that the humanoid beings have no features seems natural, and fits in with all other aspects. Seriously, a huge round of applause to the devs for this game, you can tell they truly thought it through and loved creating it. I could go on and on even longer, because seriously, this game was such a pleasant surprise and I didn’t realize I was going to fall in love with it.

Great game !

I bought this game thinking it would just be something for me to play when I’m bored but I was so wrong. I have been playing this game for a couple hours now and we finally decided to write a review. First of all the graphics are so amazing and it’s such a fun game in general. Then there’s also the fact that there’s like new things being added every time you like to something like if you buy another piece of land you get more like places to plant or like somewhere to put another barn or something and I love that feature I think it was super smart. Also the fact that there’s something new every time and like every time you watch an ad it doesn’t like you get a reward after it so it doesn’t really feel like you’re watching an ad for nothing. I love the fact that like since the characters have no features it fits in with the game design super well. Also I love the fact they can fish too I think that was a super cool add on. Overall I really recommend this game if you have some free time or if you’re looking for a good mobile game that is actually worth the time to play 😊

Love It!!!!

I finally stopped playing long enough to write this. Started a couple of weeks ago and I am addicted. The concept, graphics, everything is great. I started playing games during the pandemic and only wished I had found this earlier. Thank you for your brilliance! Aah come on! I wrote the prior review last night and was excited to see an update button. Tonight I am disheartened by the additions. I don’t see any benefit for the piggy bank, diamonds, and the characters have to go. I do not like running around as a green alien trying to farm. I’m missing my little blue man who changes to a bigger golden man when he becomes super charged. Also tonight I have glitches more than half the time when trying to run up to a pig or unicorn and others. How am I supposed to get coins if I don’t get the opportunity to collect? Did you change too much and it has messed up the program? And I started feeling a money hungriness as there are more options to pay for things! Please don’t mess up a good thing!

So far so good

Sometimes people don’t know if it’s good or not but I think it’s pretty good so I read it as a four-star I mean it’s not the best in life like really really really really good so I just waited at a four-star I hope other people like it to whoever made this a good job on making less oh I also like how you could hire other people I really like my first break or his name is Bobby and the other girl her name is gonna be Alisa it’s gonna be so great to have other people working with me so I just want to say good job and like I don’t want to tell other people that it’s bad but it’s actually really good to like see what it’s like to farm and be like a farmer cause I grew up on a farm and I just love it and reminds me of home at a farm and like some people might not like it but I actually like it so I hope other people like it to so like I want other people to like it to and it’s like I forget about it sometimes and I got adopted and my parents left me so it’s for my hair back at the farm and everything oh I love this gameThat’s what I give it I might give it a five star or like it’s battery and it doesn’t remind me of my home at the farm I’ll be like really sad so yeah yeah

So good but…

This game is SO ADDICTIVE I don’t have anything bad to say about it but one thing is that it says like have rain or some thing to grow crops for an ad which is fine, but I think that there should be less of those types of ads like if you’re going to put that ad on that often maybe there should be a skip so maybe you don’t have to watch an ad. I also noticed that when your in one part of your farm and the rain ad pops up that are you were standing in is the only part of your farm that gets watered, I don’t know if that’s on purpose or if it’s a glitch, but besides that the game is super good and I personally recommend. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Ps. Almost perfect

I love this game and often find myself being unable to pull myself away from it. It has a pretty simple yet rewarding gameplay cycle that expands the further you get, and the art style is perfectly minimalistic in my opinion. There are only a few issues I had with the game itself, #1 being the ads. You usually have to opt into watching an ad, which gives you a decent reward, but sometimes you get a bunch of unskipable ads by running around the map and it can get annoying fast. Another issue I have is the fact that the game has no cloud save system. I had an experience where the game was stuck loading when opening the app and was foolish enough to try to redownloading the app only to find all my progress wiped! It was really frustrating cause I made a lot of progress, I would hate to see that happen to anybody else. All that being said this is surprisingly good for a free mobile game. I would like to see this company do more like this in the future. :)

Stealing coins

I just went around for an hour collecting food to sell. I closed down the game after I had sold everything so that I can google and see how much land is on every island. I have almost a million coins. I come back after reading the article I found. Half of my coins are gone. This isn’t the first time it has happened either. I like the game I was always watching videos to get extra money from laying all the mini games especially the fishing. But I have noticed that if you collect a lot of money and close out the game for any reason you lose half the money. I am assuming you guys get money for the ads we watch. The only ads we are forced to watch are the ones for rain. So I would rather walk around and slowly sell stuff than to have to be cheated out of my time/money. I’m won’t be watching ads again unless I’m forced to I know I’m only one person but if other people start to notice you will lose a lot more revenue from your ad watching. Fix the issue with losing half the money thanks.

Good App, Fun Game, Ads are glitchy

First of all, I’d like to say this game is very fun and rewarding. I have played hours of it and have had it less than a week. There’s a variety of tasks and lots to do. You can pay for a weekly/monthly/annual subscription but it’s a bit steep. This means I have to watch ads (I get it, the devs should be getting paid). The problem is that the ads have the worlds smallest “x” in the corner to get out of the ad and if you don’t touch it right in the center then it takes you out of the app. Another annoying thing is that despite my phone being on silent, the ads will play with sound as a default. If you like this game but don’t want to pay $6 PER WEEK then I’d recommend Stardew Valley. Much more expansive and only a one-time cost. I’ve seen reviewers comment that they’re paying a subscription and after they’ve got all of the land and upgrades there continues to be no addition of new levels. For the price tag I’d expect a lot better.

Game Forces Commercials, Game Crashes and Forces Deletion

I have to believe these reviews are fake. The game starts fun, but it forces commercials, which is fine, but certain commercials (particularly some zombie survival game) crashes the app after playing. Same commercial every time crashes the game. When happens, You can only force close (if you wait the app force closes itself). However if you relaunch the game after, it only displays the splash screen and then crash closes. Nothing we do (reboot, offload app only, wait) seems to fix it forcing us to delete and reinstall the app. Worse, the game doesn’t appear to save through Game Center or any sort of cloud save (as I said offloading app only doesn’t fix it so we have to delete documents and data as well as app, then download and launch to get to work). So each time this happens you have to start over from the beginning. I don’t even know what to say, other than we won’t be playing this game anymore, or the various similar games put out by this company. I don’t think any reader should either.

Needs Work

I was loving this game and spent way too much time on it daily until recently. I finished building all of the available land so I’m stuck and need more content. Having an ETA on when new content will be available would be nice. It’s also very glitchy lately. The dog and cat (which I’m not a fan of) fall in the water on the last farm of the last land and then it starts glitching and I have to restart the app for it to go back to normal. I want the bike but don’t want a membership, I’d much rather pay a one time fee. My son got a free bike on his game through his tablet. He does not have a subscription so not sure how that happened but I’m a little jealous. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Sometimes my inventory will disappear. Often times I’ll purchase ore barn room and I’ll go back later and it reset and I have to buy it again. So it’s 3 stars for me… for now.

Very something please read

When I watched an ad I saw this game and I downloaded it. I only played it for fifty seconds and I already loved it so I wrote this review. The way you can interact with it really make you add up your rating. It makes you feel like you are in the game if you really imagine it. The way it makes you interact with a certain thing is a very creative. In this game when you start you shake a tree! Even, the people that doesn’t like the games that you have to wait so long to even collect the goods should download this game. I don’t force you but I prefer you to. It is very addicting. You can just upgrade, collect the good quickly and hire some robots to help you farm. Very addicting! Enjoy! But I wouldn’t give it a five star just for some reasons.

Entertaining but I’m a bit frustrated

I got this game as a way to have something to pass the time. And I was surprised at how much time I was putting into this simple game. I enjoyed it quite a bit. One down side is how many adds pop up for special items, rain, doing additional stuff, getting rewards. I decided, to make things a bit easier, to purchase the no ads on the rain. $3.99, that’s no problem… Well, now it’s is. Despite purchasing the “Free Rain” so I don’t have to watch ads every time the rain comes, it acts as though I didn’t make the purchase. I still see the ads to their fullest. I’ve tried closing the game completely, restoring purchases, even making sure I had a proper sign in for the game. Nothing worked. So, I lost the money I spent on this game. If there’s a way to fix this. I’d like to know.

Terrible Support

The game itself is fun, just extremely intense with the number of ads. It’s insane how many ads there are for things even if you pay money. But that’s not the biggest issue. I paid for a month of VIP access and I was able to access the benefits for a few minutes. I left the game and when I came back I no longer had VIP. I confirmed my subscription was active in my Apple account, so I emailed them. It’s been over 24 hours with no response. A full day unable to access the benefits I paid for. I canceled my subscription but I’m still out $20 (plus I’ve spend another $40 or $50 or so with them in the last week). I certain don’t feel like a VIP. I feel scammed. I even messaged them several hours ago on Instagram and have not received a response. I don’t recommend this company at all. Charging this much money and ignoring customers for 24+ hours in the middle of the week is unacceptable.

The best game ever!

This is the best game ever! There are no problems! I am only writing this review to share how much I love it and to tell how great it is! The graphics are amazing, this game even inspired me to go out more and enjoy the wildlife 😊😊😊! I love how you just get to grow your fields of all sorts of vegetables and and fruits, and there will be sheep, cows, pigs all scattered around so we can get there resources such as food, string(Wool), and milk! I also really enjoy when you get finished with a world, you go to another version😉! I have completed the game TWICE and so I decided to delete it and start over again because it is just so fun! 🤩🤩🤩 Thank you so much for making “Farm Land”!!! 😃😃😃😍🥰

Do you like ads? If yes, This is the game for you!

This game is the most money greedy game I’ve played in a long time. Ads? If you want them there’s plenty. EVEN IF YOU PAY FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION. There is still ads everywhere they try to shove down your throat. Every 5 seconds there is a new ad. You don’t skip them for free with the subscription or anything. It’s ads everywhere. The subscription only lets you skip an uncontrollable ad that happens ever 5-10 minutes. When you’re farming the fields. Click to watch an ad! Watch an ad to power up for 5 minutes. Watch another ad to shake the tree harder. Watch another ad to get a handful of coins. Random pig walking around. Ad to get coins! Random 4 leaf clover. ANOTHER AD!! all there is everywhere is ads! Most are optional but why do I have to waste 15 seconds of every minute denying ads! 1/4 of the gameplay is just clicking no or watching ads more than you play!

Love this game but…

This mobile game is so much fun I love it so much! I love playing it! But, there’s also a tiny downside about it you have to buy the dogs and cats and it always gives you an ad. By the looks of this game on the App Store it looked like a no ad game but once I played it I had an ad every once in a while. And sometimes it says “watch an ad to grow your crops?” And it doesn’t even give you a choice to say “yes” or “no”! But, even if it does have ads I still give it a five star rating because the graphics are amazing and I just can’t get enough of it! It’s super thought out and super fun! I really recommend this game! 👍

Love It But…

Lots of fun and continuing new goals. But it freezes up all the time. I hesitate to accept options to watch an ad for rewards because they freeze up all the time. Sometimes to the point that I have to turn my iPad off in order to get free of the hang up. Even if it does get all the way through the ad, I don’t always get the benefit. It often keeps jamming up after returning to the game. I hope this can be fixed soon. It might also be of interest that after actually liking the look of one of the games advertised: I found it unpleasant to play the new game because ads were perpetual. I deleted it shortly after downloading it. I understand people needing to get paid for their work but this is counter productive.

Bad

Ok this is actually the best game I have ever played I just want people to read it. So first off I love the game as soon as my brother got it I had to get it when I did I waited a whole week to play it and I regret it because now I play it 24-7 even when I am bored of it I still can’t get off of it. I love this so much that my parents had to put a time limit on it. I have no other games because of it I used to have over 20 games and now this is the only one I have I am actully finally getting off of the app to talk on here but you have to get it it is the best ever.🫠

Would be 5 stars with a few fixes!!

I am not a gamer… I have never played and enjoyed a phone game in my life. That was until this game! I love this game! However, it’s not perfect. I wish it would let me link it to my Apple ID so I could play the game on all of my devices depending on what I’m doing. The major bug fix that needs to happen is money disappearing from my game. It’s happened a few times now and it’s a total game killer. I just had 49 million and had 9 million to sell in crops. I sold the crops and watched my total drop to 9 million!!!! It registered I sold my crops but it was as if I had nothing when I sold them (which I did)!!! So far, I have been cheated out of over $200 M. Fix these two issues and you have 5 stars from me!!

Fun but loads slow

My daughter saw me playing this game on my phone and now whenever she sees my phone she asks to play it. The only thing is since the update it’s been a lot slower to load when clicking it and sometimes it just doesn’t load to open and I have to keep opening and closing the app which is annoying. Since there are reviews from 3 years ago, you would think that the game would be more than fixed by now. The game is fun but it loads super slow and the ads do get annoying. I would pay for no ads but if it’s not even loading in the beginning to open and play, idk if it’s even worth paying.

OBSESSED! 😆

The thing is I can’t STOP playing this game. I just love it so much but there’s 2 things I’m not a huge fan of… 1. When I changed my skin to a shark skin I couldn’t change it back. 2. When it rains in this game you can’t say “oh I don’t want it to rain” even though it asks “want it to rain?” And it rains constantly for me. So I’m annoyed about that. (And it makes you watch an add every time it rains) I think that’s all but do suggest playing this game. Also if u have nothing to do and ur bored like I just play this game and I can’t stop!!! Obsessive!

When i found the ad, i thought it was those clickbait ads, but once i opened this game, i got obsessed! The graphics are so good and theres music for you to listen to instead of just quiet silence, the best part is that you make more land. I love how they also try to not interrupt you with ads and just makes you do rain for a ad but at east the rain helps you, and they add these little items and animals the carry money (you get) after watching a ad. I recommend this a lot, if you look foward to farm games and simulation this could be it!

I love this game but It has some bugs

So I downloaded this game about two days ago and I’ve built over five islands I am absolutely in love in this game but it don’t give you options on your rewards at least on some of them it will give you a choice to watch and add to grow all your crops at once but there’s no button to deny that offer so you’re forced to watch the add and my really big thing is after two days of work my game as soon as I click on it it will act like it’s going to load and then go back to my home screen I have restarted my phone and reset all of my settings and everything else in the world and I really don’t wanna lose my progress but oh well

The game is a good game but there are quite a lot of adds and you need to watch adds to do things like upgrade the barn and to use golden tools that is something I want to change because I like the golden tools a lot. I got the game because I LOVE animals so if you love animals too then this game might interest You. A different reason why I got the game is because I love animal and cute barn games so if you do too then this Might just Might be for you I am a kid and I showed my mom the game and she said that the game reminds her of something from her childhood so get this if you like games for phones and iPads.😊😊

FIX THIS PLEASE

Honestly I really love this game. I have started to progress pretty far! But for the past couple of days my game has been force quitting on me and not opening back up even if I restart my phone. I have an IPhone XR so I don’t know if that makes a difference. I tried playing today for about 10 minutes and now it won’t even open at all. It gets to the “buy full version” screen and then force quits! I don’t want to have to delete it and re-install it, losing all of my progress! Can someone fix this please 😭

Suggestions

This is looking like a game that Im going to play for a long time, so a couple suggestions clothes for the guy, is a must maybe a little farmer hat or two, after leveling up the guys that work for you, maybe after level 10 they change color or something, maybe even even clothes too, also id like to hear some sound as well, gets kinda quiet, lastly, to make the lands a little tiny bit cheaper, and have cool downs for the sell all option, or tend all animals, like a cool down for 30mins, and if they don’t want to wait give them an ad. Thank you for this game, it really is a time killer.

Simple yet super fun!🤩

This game is so fun!! Very addicting and entertaining. The ads got a little annoying so I decide to spend a few bucks to remove it only because I like the game and I don’t do this often. Normally I would delete the game but this game is just so fun! It is worth every penny to remove the ads! I spend 3 hours playing nonstop. Would definitely recommend!! Only thing, though, I wish there’s a zoom in and out feature. Would be nice if we can zoom out farther to see more around you. Other then that I really like this game!

Da Best app ever ( in farming games in opinion)

I love this game! There are barely any adds but when it rains you kinda have to either watch the add or get out of the app and go back in. Other wise it's great app and it's super fun and calming and it's not super hard there's lots of land to unlock. I've been playing for a little While and I've already unlocked a hand full of land and I already have a thousands of coins. I totally recommend this game if your interested in it from the adds you've seen. It's an amazing game and it's like my favorite game! ♥︎

Amazing Game!

I was just browsing on the App Store for a fun farm game and I kept remembering my bad experiences with them in the past. Most farm games have leaderboards and online markets and events and yadayadayadayada… and customer orders AND DEADLINES! All of those things stress me out. I found this one and I was so relaxed! You are just farming for yourself. No deadlines, customers, leaderboards, or online markets. One thing that I kinda don’t like is that whenever I watch an ad and I finish watching it and I go back to the game, the game gets really laggy so I have to close it to make it not laggy. But other than that this is a truly amazing game!

Amazing honest game

I figured it was another game that had fake ads, but I was surprised to see that the game was EXACTLY the same. What I also love is that there aren’t too many ads, but the best part about the ads is it doesn’t suddenly cut to one, it’ll go into a little animation and say “it’s gonna rain”, so basically it tells you it’s gonna give you an ad, but it also helps you because the rain makes crops grow. I also think it’s an extremely fun game that it’d be hard to get bored of. 10/10 game devs, well done!

Honestly so fun

I mean all I basically do here is run around, watch ads, and buy more tiles. But it’s SO. MUCH. FUN. I mean, who’d have thought I’d actually enjoy watching ads, but that’s not really the fun part. The fun part is that the ads come with so many rewards, even the non-elective ads come with a reward that helps your farm! I mean seriously. You could play this game with no ads but it would take more time and tbh, I’m not even sure I would enjoy it as much. It’s crazy how well thought out this game is and it’s just so pleasing.

Fun and entertaining

Fun game to help pass the time. Full of ads but you do get rewarded in game currency every time you watch an add so that helps. I only gave the game 3 out of 5 star because I’m having in game issues with my purchases. For example it randomly rains and when it does you are forced to watch a video. For 3.99 you can eliminate the rain completely which I did. The only problem is it doesn’t work. I constantly try to restore my purchases but it doesn’t work and never has. There is also no way to contact the developers for in-game issues as far as I can see which is disappointing.

Love this game

It is amazing, I noticed for the rain thing you can tap away from the button to watch the add and it lets you skip the ad and get the reward, thanks for that! I think it is amazing, maybe a little cheaper land, but I really like that ads don’t just pop out of the blue, and the options for ads give you really good rewards. I also like how if you watch an ad to upgrade your seed for 2 mins all your other tools get upgraded for 2 mins too! Overall it is a 5 star game!

Okay, but a slight problem

First off, this app is an okay game so far. The only problem is all the ads and the terms. It wouldn’t let me play unless a consented that they COLLECT MY DATA. That’s definitely sketch- despite them saying it’s only for “ad purposes”. Also there’s one ad, the one for the rain, that will stay on the screen the whole time and pops up every few minutes. Even if I click a different part of my screen, it makes me play an ad anyway, so I have to click out of the app and shut it down. It won’t even show an X to get out of the ad. Those are my biggest problems.

I enjoy this game, however there is one issue I run into. When playing a pop up will appear asking if you’d like the rain to grow all of your crops in exchange for watching a video and there’s no way to decline the offer. Even after spending the 3.99 to stop ads. There is no option other than to watch the ad. If you click anywhere on the screen when the offer pops up, the ad starts automatically and the only options you have are to close the game out or watch the ad.

Simple but fun

I found this game while going through the top charts for most popular games and found this at #15 so gave it a try, the ads were annoying so i played through it until i gave into some of their in app purchases, I actually like this game but i keep having this issue where it would freeze for a solid 2 or 3 mins an just crash, this would happen 4/5 times i try to play, thats my only issue with this game, hopefully it gets fixed or theres something i can do to resolve it on my end

Super fun, but stops working.

I really, really enjoy this game! To the point where I genuinely don’t mind sitting through the ads. There’s only one problem. After a little bit of playing, it forces me out of the app. It’s impossible to get back in unless I’m on airplane mode. This wouldn’t be a problem, but part of the game is to watch a video to unlock farmers/other things. So it’s impossible to progress in the game. I’m hoping it’s just a bug that is able to be fixed, because I seriously love this game and have spent hours on it.

Needs an Update!

This app needs an update to fix the major bugs having to do with the ADs. I can only play this game on airplane mode, otherwise it crashes. and there are certain things in the game that you can only get if you watch an ad. I really love this app, but the fact that it’s crashing is definitely a deal breaker. I’d delete the game and redownload, but it would make me lose all my progress. Needless to say, I’m pretty disappointed.

Amazing game but…

So in the game everything is awesome but I the most boring part is the ads when you don’t want the rain you have to get the rain. 2 bugs pls fix 😣😫

It is the second time I’m playing this but there is two bugs pls fix and when it was the first time playing this was normal but not the second time number 1 this bugs makes me mad when I had lots of coins and I wanna get a another land that was 4 coins then it glitch it wouldn’t let me walk and number two when I was shaking the apple tree I couldn’t like let me go to do something else and pls fix it well mean a lot

FarmLand’s Review ❤️

This is a really fun, easy, and entertaining game. I’ve been playing for a few days… it’s pleasantly surprised me. However, today I encountered a bug. I started the ad to use the “Sell whole inventory” feature, and when it finished the X didn’t work. Great. I turned off my phone, and tried it again. It worked! Then it kicked me from the app. Interesting, I thought. I entered the app.. the farthest I got before I was kicked out AGAIN was the VIP advertisement. Please fix this and my 4 Stars will become 5 and I’ll play much more.

Coins don’t transfer to new land

Let me start by saying I was HOOKED on this game. I hustled and bought all of the land within just a few days because I desperately wanted to see the “new land”. After finally paying a zillion coins for the bridge to the new land, I got over there and your coins don’t transfer! So you are just starting from scratch at that point. I would have given it 5 stars and kept playing if the coins transferred from one land to the next.

This game is great but it’s got issues

The basics of the gameplay are fantastic with a simple style. However, being on a plane or car ride with no reliable internet makes this game IMPOSSIBLE to play. The ability to grow or sow anything is restricted because there is no internet. That is a failure of any idle game. I should also note that whenever you receive ads in the game (rain cloud ads) you can’t skip them. This forces people to go through the ad for a somewhat useless reward. Please fix this game’s ability to run while offline. It would be 100% better.

Enjoyable, but laggy as you progress

I enjoyed filling out the islands and all, but as I progressed I started having trouble with lag in the game. Still, I didn’t mind it too much at first, but now that I have all the land bought up I can barely manage one maybe two things before the game freezes up and I have to restart the app. Even though I may have “beat the game” I’d still like to be able to invest more into upgrading the barns but the lag prevents me from being able to do so. It’s also be nice to have some way of stockpiling the animal products like you can the crops.

Pretty great

Its a really good and fun game but for some reason I downloaded this before and it wasn’t laggy at all. I downloaded it again (now) and it keeps crashing and kicking me out. Its also super laggy unless my wifi is off but it still crashes me. I have an iphone6 and it used to not be laggy but now it is. I think its a bug or something. I also think there should be more than just a purple color for the main avatar.

ads break it

I love love love this game. The only problem with it is that like 50% of the ads freeze or crash the game. I usually play on airplane mode to avoid this, but sometimes I want to watch ads for rewards. Like, for example, I'll be fishing, and I watch an ad so I can catch more than one fish, but then the ad will freeze, and the game will crash. Then when I open it again, the fish I got are always gone. Also every time I close the game, for some reason the honey I collected disappears, so then I can't sell it.

Somewhat disappointed

I’m disappointed because I really love this game, but the ads just got in the way, I purchased the “no ads” mainly for when it rains. But every time It rains, I get forced to watch an ad. As well as the “kings choice” ads just don’t load properly and they’re unskippable even after finishing the video, you have to completely restart the game and it’s quite frustrating! Please fix the “no ads” I paid for no ads so I expect no ads but I’m still getting them!!
