Firstbank Southwest is so accommodating and all the personnel so friendly, I can’t imagine banking anywhere else. To my friends and newcomers to town, I always recommend Firstbank!! Keep up the good work. You have many satisfied customers.

It’s okay but not great.

Most of the features work well, albeit a little slow and clumsy. The constant signing out of the app and having to retype in my password way too often makes it difficult to keep up with my bank account in real time. Adding the ability to continue on with a face or thumb ID helped but it eventually signs me out at the most inconvenient times when I don’t have my password handy to re-enter (which I have to write down because they still make you change the password every 6 months or so with a password you haven’t ever used before.)

This app is very convenient so far no issues. It would be very helpful to be able to transfer funds bank to bank.

Face ID Broken Again!

Once again the Face ID is broken, guessing the answer is delete and reinstall like several others times. Maybe I need to delete my accounts at FBSW and reinstall at another bank?

Works great

I've not had any issues. App works well, and does exactly what it is supposed to do. Love the ability to remote deposit checks, and use Zelle.

I am able to check my balance and send money using zelle. Have not had any issues.

Never can authenticate!

I have to delegate this app and re-download every other week! Please fix this issue. It will be working great and then I try to log in and it will tell me it can not authenticate!!! Please fix! Other than that I have no issues!

Horrible!

I have tried numerous times to deposit checks from this app. I have called support who just told me to delete the app then download it again. It doesn’t work. I keep getting an error. I don’t live in the same town as the bank branch so I can’t easily deposit checks. Great bank, horrible app!

Honestly terrible online banking system

It’s not just the app either. When the app is “unavailable”, which is sometimes for weeks, I have to check my account in my browser. The mobile site is terrible and the sign in process itself is a headache.
