It only works when it wants to. They took over my old bank that had a far superior app. This app is terrible. Even when it does work, it’s painfully slow. Probably going to switch banks.

Does not work.

I have not been able to log in at all I put in my account number and password and the app closes. Sometimes I can’t even put in the account number and it closes or it just sits there and loads for a long time I’ve waited 20 minutes before closing the app again. It definitely needs updated or fixed or something.

Update Does Not Work

This app worked reliably for me from 2021 to a month so ago, circa March 2023. Now cannot even download the new version. I have two accounts at FCCB and am also shareholder. You really need to get this fixed. There are other users having the same problem as I am! This really needs to get fixed!

Crashing

I’ve been trying to open your app for the past hour now. I’ve had many times when your app won’t open and just crashes. Can you please figure out why? This is the time of technology yet your app, a banking app, crashes all the time. I’m considering on switching banks on this.

Pin log in screws everything up

Was prompted to add a pin to log in and now I can’t use the app it tells me the pin in wrong all the time. Now the app is useless. I’ve tried uninstalling but it still wants me to log in with a pin and it tells me it’s wrong.

Terrible

As others have noted, FCCB took over my local bank. App rarely works all the time and is currently not working. Mobile First seems to be a foreign concept to FCCB.
