This app has went through a major update in the past year and a half or so. Much cleaner, much simpler. You log in normal with credentials, rather than identifying a random image you named to log in like the previous app. 5 stars.
I tried to get some money yesterday evening out of the atm, it would not work, trued to make a transfer then to pay bills online, would not work. I dont like being in a position where i have no access to my money! Hopefully this will not happen again or i will switch bank. Thanks.
This app and the support around it has to be the worst I’ve ever used. It opens to the Home Screen and doesn’t give the option to log in. Support says delete and reinstall. After 10 times of trying this, it still doesn’t work. Next option is delete my account and start over. I think I’ll find a new bank with better support.
This app is outdated, slow, and pretty much useless when compared to other mobile banking apps. It performs like any mobile banking app from a third world country. P2P network is the worst. most banks use zelle to handle p2p payments while this one uses pop money which practically no other bank uses thus making p2p with other banks incompatible.
My app won’t open. The touch view screen comes up for half a second and then goes away and back to the opening icon. Won’t open with Manuel password either.
Even since the latest update the app has been terrible. The thumb login does not work, I’ve had to delete the app 3 times and reload it. It will work for maybe a day then bam, broken again.
Would be nice if I could see my mortgage information and eventually pay my note by being able to transfer funds ... Also , check deposit feature would be nice .
I think this app would be great because I've seen it on other devices. Unfortunately, it's not compatible with iPod 5 even though I have iOS 6. I really need this app!
I’ve been with First Federal since 2000. Even though I go in to the bank maybe once a year, I still get addressed by name. Great app. The only issue I have with the iOS version is it should not allow screen shots like the Android app does.
