I Don’t know why people are low balling this awesome app
I have been using this app for two years and over and there hasn’t been a single time I couldn’t log in. App is very simple to use. You see your accounts immediately you log in. Can’t go to the bank to deposit checks, just click on deposit at the base of the app and you can take a picture of your check and deposit it; remember to sign and write for mobile only at the back of the check though or your check will be in limbo for at least 3 days and come back failed. For those complaining about this app, you must make sure your log in credentials are spot on or else you won’t even get the opportunity to do a password reset. Hands down, one of the most efficient and secured mobile finance app out there.
Not the first time this has happened. My iPad is turned on for automatic updates. It shows that I am at 12.5 and the new updated app needs 13.0. But there is a button to update to an older version and it does nothing when pressed. So frustrating thinking of taking all my money out Of all my accounts!
What was the purpose of switching the card app to this banking app when in the app the card feature is longer on there also I turned my card off and now i can't turn it back on because this feature in the app doesn't work so how are you going to fix this🤷🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️
Since your recent update, the fingerprint option is still showing, but it no longer works. It doesn't pop up when I first open the app and down at the bottom where the finger print icon is on the toolbar, nothing happens when I touch it.
Used this app for years plus loved the added FACE ID login option, until it stopped working with Apple updates this year. Please update your app & repair glitches; it’s been months since you’ve updated.
It works with iPhone 4S, you just have turn your phone off and back on.
I jumped the gun and wrote negative review because the App seemingly did not work at first. However, after speaking with a teller, I was informed to just turn the phone off and back on. That did the trick. App appeared on the screen. Logged in just fine. I rescind my 1 star rating. Yet I withheld one star out of spite.
I can no longer use an app to access my bank info since I do not have an iPhone 5. This is very disappointing since I use my app so frequently. This maybe the straw that broke the camel's back for me with FFL. I will most likely be taking my banking elsewhere.
