Perfect for small business and big checks

Works great!

You have to contact the bank and they will email an agreement to you. Once they receive the agreement back you will then receive an ID and password. Took about 24 hours. The app works great and it's pretty amazing that I can make a deposit right from my phone! Updated - you can now sign up online too!

App is still in beta.

I've been testing the app for ACB and it works great. They said it's scheduled to become available to the public on 9/12.

Not working

Have downloaded app several times and still can not get it to upload check for deposit. It keeps blaming my Internet connection which is in tact and secure. Guess an envelope and a stamp will still work!!

Not worth the hassle

I tried for 30 minutes to set this app up. It is the most complicated process I've ever seen to set up mobile banking. If you value your sanity don't bother. Just go to the bank.

App doesnt work and there is no info on AC website. This would be a nice thing to have if it worked and was legit!

Red flags

No mention of this app on american chartered website. Noone at the bank knows about the app either

App does not work on iPhone 7

App worked perfectly when it was American Chartered, but this new MB App does not work. Please fix ASAP!!!
