I ordered my first pair of Figs about 1 month ago. I ordered the graphite which I LOVE. I was so excited when 2 days later my beautifully packaged scrubs arrived. I tried them on & fell in love with them! I am tall (5’10”) and the tall length was absolutely perfect for me. I did decide to exchange the small tall pair for a medium tall pair, as I put on a few pounds. The return/exchange process was completely painless. I called & spoke with a gal in customer service & she was so nice & friendly . 3 days later I had my medium tall pair which felt sooo smooth & soft! I am in LOVE with Figs & will NEVER go back to substandard scrubs again! They wash wonderfully & wrinkle free. No ironing. They haven’t lost their shape or heavenly texture. It is very true that you get what you pay for, and Figs are THE finest! You look & feel great wearing these top of the line scrubs & I am sure that you all will too! 😃. Lisa.
For the past 3 years I have been purchasing Figs and all I can say is that these stubs are the absolute best. Anytime i had some slight issue the reps were always there faster than you can imagine to make sure everything was taken care of. I have had nothing but the best experience and slight addiction to all the products (sorry to say) but anytime I buy a new pair of scrubs I have all my other associates in the office always asking me how the fit is and how amazing the colors look. Even the patients I see and perform procedures on in my dental practice always compliment my scrubs. thank you so much for all the hard working super heroes out there who keep us comfortable and stylish. Only word to express my feelings towards this company and product. I love the fashion forward designs, colors, and joining of other companies to create awesome scrubs that can be worn in any field or even as casual wear. I love the feel which gets better with each wash. The feel of pajamas. I love the colorfast, the lightness, toughness, and styles for every body type and individual style. The best scrubs I have ever bought and well worth the money. I love the quality of how they are made. I always get compliments on my Figs which includes the accessories, underscrub wear, and footwear. I proudly display the Figs brand. Thank you for creating scrubs that makes me feel so wonderful while also looking great. Keep up the great work as well great creations that are timeless.
After figuring out which fit is best for me I have since acquired several pairs of Fig scrubs! The are so comfortable. love that they are stylish while being functional & they look fantastic on all body shapes! My only complaint is making more scrub top options in petite! There used to be some available but the last few times I’ve shopped that isn’t the case. My favorite is the slim cut top & if they had the petite option in this cut I’d be ecstatic! I’m not even 5ft 3in so that option is amazing & I appreciate the pants option being available to me in this. I love figs & I plan on purchasing all of the colors I can! Delivery is pretty quick as well which is awesome! Thank you!
I am a HUGE fan of FIGS! I have every color that came out since its inception, lol! I even went so far as to customize every platform run hike converses I have and order to match my scrubs! I get complimented every time in the hospital during my shift with the match up designs I come up with! I think I’m building something here lol! Anyway, FIGS ARE VERY COMFORTABLE AND DURABLE AND VERY VERSATILE, especially when you’re in the healthcare field! We are always on the go! I highly recommend FIGS!! I haven’t been disappointed yet! I do need to post pics of my match ups of my FIGS scrubs over the years on my social media accounts and tag you guys, but it always slips my mind lol.
My husband and I have fallen in love with Figs, We ware a different color every day of the week. I have about 20 curb sets from Figs.. I am just crazy about how I look when I step in the building at work,, all eyes are on my scurbs, and I love it. But when asked where do I get them, I tell them to just go to ware Figs. Com and enjoy shopping the way I do. Just love them. One day a co-worker asked me if I get discounts with you guys? I answered them yes with my husbands bank ♥️ card....🤩🤣😂
The app was laggy on Black Friday, but runs well normally. Two bits of feedback: 1. Could you stop the automatic music that pauses my music? I like to shop while listening to something and it constantly forces me to quit the app and just use the mobile website. 2. Could you make it easier to process a return from the app? As in, when you hit “Start a return” from within an order can’t it just pre-select that order? Or, at least can you allow the order number to be highlighted and copied?
Five stars doesn’t even begin to describe how awesome this company is. They have had the best/most comfortable scrubs on the market since they started, however despite being so far ahead of their competition, they continue to innovate and strive to improve, all while providing their unwavering support and creating incredible outreach programs to medical providers and communities in need, and this is in my mind is what really makes them the best.
I definitely don’t think this app was ready to be released. You have to scroll through every item! You can tell they put a lot into the LOOK of the app instead of the FUNCTION of it. But I guess we shouldn’t expect a quality app if their website doesn’t even let you filter or get rid of the “sold out” items. I like the scrubs if I manage to get some! They are always “”sold out”” but they have different items available on the app than they do in the website so that’s why I say “sold out”. I think this company should focus more on standardizing the info they release to the consumer’s, and maybe stop advertising products they no longer have nor will have.

The app, while a strive to move forward, still needs a lot of work. It’s cumbersome having to scroll through each version of a top or pants in each color. I wish the app reflected more like the website - choose a style, then choose a size and color. Shopping isn’t fast through the app, so I’ll still be using the website as a primary way to purchase these AMAZING SCRUBS. The payment method still has glitches where your card isn’t completely recognized. This has also happened to colleagues. I do like the “in stock” notifications.
I started wearing Figs many many moons ago, when they were still giving out points towards buying a new set and I still have them. They are best quality scrubs ever. I’ve been in the medical field for over 30yrs. Figs are durable, comfortable, fashionable, fun, and long lasting. They never fade or shrink. They compliment anyone’s figure or body shape. I love Figs scrubs and they are all I wear. I had higher hopes that the app would make shopping that much easier. It is a horrible design. Figs, you need a better app development and IT department! The flexibility of the website is subpar and the app is even worse! Each item in the app is listed individually by style and color. You have to sort through all of them to find what you are looking for. I understand the app is brand new, but I can’t use it in its current state. It really needs some help before it can be useful!
I absolutely love Figs products. The scrubs fit everyone perfectly. They’re comfortable and are well worth the money. They are are consistently made well. They also keep coming out with more colors which makes it fun! When you receive them you will love them! And they come very well packaged with tissue so they are not so wrinkled.
Ok, I love Figs. They are comfy, fit well, and are holding up well! The app needs to have petite and tall sizes as options in the listings like the website does. Its so frustrating to have this great app and then have to either scroll forever or go through the search bar. Just a silly convenience thing, but seems like a simple fix as they already have the framework on the web. Just to be clear…LOVE the scrubs.
I am a thicker girl, so it is super hard for me to find scrubs that fit me when I have white hips and a bigger bottom but I also have a smaller chess, so I absolutely love scrubs they’re so breathable they’re easy to wear I can bend in them without ripping I do have thick thighs, so I love that they come in different colors styles they’re just amazing.
I love Figs! I started buying their scrubs since 2018 and ever since I’ve had them I never went back to my old boxy scrubs. The material and style are amazing! They are made to last. A must have and you won’t regret. Although the price can be very high but it’s the style and quality that makes up for it.
This company amazes me. They make the best products and they are always doing whatever they can to make a positive impact on this world. So glad they came out with this app which makes it even easier to stay up to date on their latest products and quickly order whatever I need!
I bought several pairs of these, a total of 8, and I’m having to return the majority of everything, because they run small. I am tall, 5’8”, and still large pants were too small. A XL shirt I couldn’t even fit, it was extremely tight. Even though they’re made of very nice fabric, they run small, in my opinion. If you are a gym rat, and exceptionally physically fit, I assume these are most likely the scrubs for you. They ship fairly quickly. They are becoming all the rage at my job.
I love how this app can help me narrow down exactly what I am looking for, like down to the color and style. I love the different sections and options. However, I’ve had significant issues when checking out with Shop or PayPal. Not when using Apple Pay. The issues arises when going from Figs > PayPal. I am not able to complete a payment via PayPal.
Love figs but What is wrong wrong with the App!? I can not scroll over to the right all the way to select xxs or see all the color options. This has been going on for a while. I have to go on my computer to order which has honestly kept me from ordering new figs in a very long time. I used to be able to enjoy ordering from my phone but once I get in front of my computer I get distracted and start doing something else.
I was excited to hear that Figs had an app in which I can order their clothes off of. Since I don’t have any service at the moment while I’m out of town I was also really excited about this app. Once I went to go check out though to get scrubs for my coworkers and myself the app would constantly refresh the checkout page and never sent me to a page to where my order had been placed. I’m not sure if it’s due to the influx with all these black Friday orders or what but I don’t think I’ll be using this app again.
I have been wearing Figs for years and love them. These scrubs are comfortable and dependable. One two sets of scrubs purchased almost two years ago are still like brand new with no signs of breakdown after wear-and-tear. I receive compliments every day when I wear Figs. I have purchased gym bags, lab jackets and outdoor wear with all products impeccable. Thank you Figs.
FIGS are the best scrubs out there. Regular price might be a bit steep but they are worth it, and they often have great sales. I have completely switched to FIGS, wear them to work everyday, and even wear them out if going to dinner/bar after work.
All I wear is Figs and I am constantly buying new product designs, color drops, and accessories. However, in the app when you are in a specific product that offers 5+ colors (Zamora joggers) the dimensions of the page are off. The selections to the far right and left are cut off, and only the center six colors are available. I have been going directly to the website to purchase, but it always redirects to the app. Unfortunately, I will have to uninstall the app.
Absolutely love them!! The material is super comfortable and doesn’t make noise walking down the hall (anyone with big thighs knows what I mean) they are also the only brand I have found that are long enough! I’m nearly 6 ft and the tall scrub bottoms fit like a dream!
FIGS scrubs are high quality and comfortable apparel for work I have and will continue to recommend to others. The scrubs are also cost effective when you purchase them on sales.
The app required more steps to look through and order the scrubs. Instead of everything in one tab, the app separates it all by color, petite, tall, and regular sizes. Website layout is much more simple and less confusing. Love the look and feel of material for these scrubs!
The best scrubs that I ever had wear @ my workplace. Stocks last within a day and then their all SOLD out. Glad to get a piece or two for my collection. You guys were totally the game changer in the medical world. Figs all the way!
I really just want to try figs because I feel like it’s so popular to medical professionals especially for the nurses. And now I’m obssessed with it! I love to hear compliments wearing my figs uniform. So stylish and comfy! Will definitely buy more colors!
I’ve been buying FIGS since the beginning. I do like how the T-shirts are now longer for the bustier women. I would love to see more four-way stretch however the material is great durable and breathable.
Best fit, best comfort and best quality overall. Wish you guys could expand from just medical scrubs to other first responders apparel such as fire and police
App sometimes fails, you can’t open the product’s image after opening others prior. You have to Close the app and open it again. Also it closes suddenly sometimes.
For months now I’ve been trying to use the app to buy navy jogger scrub pants and it doesn’t even bring them up as an option or says they’re out of stock, but I go over to the website and there they are! I’ve checked over the course of 8 months, at least half a dozen times. This app needs a lot of work!
I am very disappointed with Figs' shipping times. Despite their website promising delivery within 3-7 business days, my orders have consistently arrived late. This has happened multiple times, causing inconvenience and frustration. If you need your items promptly, I suggest looking elsewhere. Their shipping promises simply don't match reality.

Every time I’ve had an issue w my figs (which, tbh, was once) they’ve been super nice and prompt about all my issues. Glad to have everything in app form now!
I love the app but it lacks options such as petite and tall lengths :( I really love the idea of exclusive styles/colors only available on the app but due to the lack of petite sizes offered on the app, I find myself having to buy from the website instead.

I’m always struggling to find scrubs that doesn’t require me having the pants shortened. FIGS never disappoints. At 4’11 from joggers to cargo pants , FIGS has the perfect fit.
I love love love my Figs Scrubs. However this new app does not work efficiently. It’s hard to find what you want. I was trying to order the new color by looking at the tops and the colors do not drop down. I found it quickly on the website. Until this is fixed I will stick to ordering on the website. Mahalo!

I was excited to have the app and be able to purchase easier on the app but it still need to be upgraded. The app is very limited, it does allow you to select short/tall/regular when you want to add something to cart. Th website is much easier to use ..

The is app broken. I tried to create an account several times already Whenever I put in all my information the app cycles back to the same page saying create customer. Nothing happens.
The clothing should be separated by style, with colors as a changing option. Having each color be a different selection is cumbersome and confusing. The search doesn’t allow for colors. The menu doesn’t highlight new colors. It’s bulky and not easy to use. The high reviews are for the actual scrubs which are nice. My review is for the app.
