In general FPCU would be a much better credit union service if members weren’t limited on history. In today’s tech, data storage is relatively cheap, the type of data needed is small (text, numbers). Members should have limitless access to their history. I’m a data guy and would love to be able to research spending for a longer duration than 6 months or so. I’m thinking I should be able to get all my spending data.
An app that offers a TON w/o having to pay for it!!!
I like the fact that I can just take a picture of a check and it's automatically added to my account within minutes! I love the new fingerprint touch to get in so I don't always have to type in my password! I love how accurate it is when tell me my availability instead of just saying how much I technically have for the moment!! The only downside is that it's not nationwide, so to pull money out ANYWHERE I have to pay the ATM fee AND $1 to the bank, and I live an hour from either branch now and that can be extremely frustrating bc nowadays EVERY penny counts!! Otherwise?? GREAT APP!! It offers so much!!!
Was so excited to hear that fpcu finally had an app! They are the only branch in the central Illinois town that has an app! Innovative and moving with the times!! Fpcu has a crew of spectacular people within the doors, but now you experience great service wherever you are! Way to go fpcu! You keep raising the bar!!
I have been a member since a child and their great apps, courteous service and lack off ridiculous fees and lack of constricting stipulations have kept me a member even after moving away. Awesome app. Would like to see business hours and phone number without going to website.
It is fantastic to see FPCU keep up with technology and have an app. It is very simple to use. Allows me to check balances of my accounts and even see ATMs on a map. Nothing overly fancy and straight to the point. Thank you for making this!
I love this app & do the majority of my banking with it now! I think it would be nicer with slightly a few more options though, like check deposit with a snapshot like the Chase bank app. I also think a cool improvement would be ability to schedule routine payments through the app as well as payee information.
Love this app. I can keep track of my accounts, bill payment, and deposits 24/7. I love the ease of depositing checks by taking photos of front and back. This is so life changing!
This app was a surprise to stumble upon and I am so happy I did. I use it at least once a week and now only actually have to make a trip to the bank about once a month.
I love this app. It works great when I am away from home or at work. Very quick and resourceful. I highly recommend this for everyone that banks at FPCU.
This app is SO convenient! I can check my bank account anywhere and anytime. It's nice to know my balance when I'm on the go and the banks are closed. I love this bank!
I like the app over all, but I am really frustrated with the mobile deposit feature! Every time I try to take a picture of a check to mobile deposit it, it will cause the app to crash!
During the hours that the bank is closed expect to see the statement "We are unable to display your information at this time. Please try again later." about 80% of the time!! So frustrating!
