I had a fraud through ADP on my business account and I went to see the manager Anne Marie Socci at west main and she immediately locked my account and set up a new business account for me. She told the extra time to call me daily for my outstanding checks and has been working with me throughout this difficult time. Anne Marie and her staff are amazing and such friendly and helpful staff. I am extremely happy with the bank and staff especially Anne Marie.
I like the app and the mobile and desktop One of the things that I don’t like with the app is that I find myself forced to find Wi-Fi in order to use the app which I think is kind of not useful and the other thing is that I’m trying to see one of the checks I deposited and i couldn’t see an image of the check or the check number. So those are things that could be very helpful if you guys can improve this.
I am very sorry, but this version is worse than the previous one. Not able to open with Face ID, no quick access to see the last few transactions, just the balances. I am wondering if the “dot” is fixed while you depositing a check, before, you have no way to put the dot between the $ amount and cents.
Please update this app!! it runs so slowly and looks like it is from the generation 3 Iphone software. It works if you’re trying to just check your account if you don’t have a computer lying around but if I have my computer near me i will use that over this because this app is frustrating
This app needs a couple of changes. when choosing a payment it would be nice if the first available date should appear as your pay date. It is annoying to choose one date at a time until it is accepted. Secondly, when I chose "pay again", 2 zeros were dropped.. The payment was $3.00 to my mortgage co. and I didn't notice until the next time I went in to pay another bill. I thought it might have been my error, but the next month same thing happened. Please fix!!!! Other than these issues, I'm happy to have the app.
The previous version worked flawlessly. Updated to the new version yesterday, that’s when it started to refuse connection to the bank. The error message is “First County detected an untrusted connection…” The actual Support REF: 6500 (3564:0D43) My iPhone 12 receives both IPv4 and IPv6 IP addresses from T-Mobile. The chances are that the app sees this as multi-homed device, or VPN connection and refuses to connect. Called T-Mobile and Apple, they advised to contact you, so here I am. This App doesn't work at all. I access my account on the web everyday but this app doesn't let me log on with my username and password. And there is no screen to work through it. That's the end - you can't log in. Too bad. They need to fix this.
