I liked the app a lot, when it worked. For several months now the app hasn’t worked properly, kicks you off anytime you click to login after entering your info, or after doing the facial recognition. Can’t find any where to report a problem with the app. Hope they can get it back up and running soon it’s a pain to login online.
I like this app because it lets you avoid the website (I don’t care for the website on my phone) but it has not worked in over a week and I cannot find where to report the problem. It will ask for my login information and then kicks me out of the app when I push login. I would like there to be a way to change password within the app.
I love banking with First Farmers and I love the app but here recently I haven’t been able to access my information using the app because it either will not load at all or keeps crashing. Please please update the app and fix these bugs!!
This app is rarely up to date. I am often unable to make transfers through The app. Today none of my accounts were up to date and none of my weekend deposits showed. It was nearly impossible to discern the actual status of my accounts.
I use the app to manage my money and account s. I haven’t had many of the problems I see in the reviews. I can manage it all from my phone and never have to use a computer.
Good App, minus having to use a desktop to change password regularly
I cannot understand why they won’t update this app to accept regular password changes. Having to log into a Desktop PC to regularly change passwords is completely inconvenient. Other than that, this app works really well!
I love the convenience of this app and being able to deposit checks on the go, however having to change passwords all the time and having error messages when logging in gets old after awhile.
This app is VERY easy to navigate. My only complaint is that you have to access your account on a laptop to change your password. Other than that I love it!
I’ve been using this app for a long time and I’ve always been happy with it, until recently when it practically stopped working entirely. The whole app just crashes when I login now and it’s incredibly frustrating—not to mention inconvenient.
I used to like the app, but now it won’t work anymore. The Face ID won’t ever let me log in anymore and it used to work fine. Really wish they would actually take time to work on issues like this!
I love using the app and use it regularly but I now cannot access the app at all. So my review isn’t going to be as good as it could be until it’s fixed.
The dates (deposit and pending) are never right on the app and when I look in my laptop they are different then the app. When I use my debit card for purchases I wait till they are all cleared, then when I make a deposit the items that have cleared are back to pending. What’s up with that?
App fails to load and continually says to retry. I don’t have time or cannot get to a physical bank due to my work schedule to bank in person. Technology working is a must and viewed as table stakes, please do better.
I’d really like to be able to use Face ID since new phones are going away with the home button. Can you please make this happen? Typing a password is cumbersome these days. Thanks.
Why does the screen so small on my devices. Logging in is a real challenge. The previous method was fine. Why did you have to screw it up and make it harder?
Crashes on open, 100% of time. Too-frequent password changes (refer to any major bank who does NOT require such frequent changes Face ID/touch id often breaks or doesn’t work
