I hadn’t had much to complain about in this app in the past except that card control - Block or Unblock doesn’t work. But after this last update, I found another thing that I was unhappy about. I always have the box checked for “Remember User Name”. It always worked until this last update. Now when I sign off and close the app, when I go back in, I must put in my user name to sign on. Didn’t expect that and never had to remember it until now. Had to look it up. Please correct so it remembers the user name so it’s one less thing I have to remember. Thank you, Lori
I love First Florida and the new app design is great but eDeposit is not working. I’ve tried three times to deposit a check to no avail. Even uninstalled and reinstalled the app and tried again—still crashes. Please fix this.
Apple Pay is a good addition to an already good product. If you are having problems with it, try removing it and reinstalling. This has worked for me in the past. Update: They have done an amazing job at adding new features. I don’t know if many things I would need to log onto a computer for. I can do practically everything from my phone.
The app used to have the ease to access account info, however since the latest “upgrade” has deleted the features one must enter the password each time. If it works fine leave it alone or at least keep existing features.
I realize that a credit union does not quite have the same resources as an institution like Bank of America. However it is those features sets in a banking app that could drive me back. This app is good at what it does. It is just limited. I hope to see more features in the future.
Before update, never had problems with e-deposits. Since update, the first one I tried four times before it accepted it. Today, I have given up after 15 minutes of trying. It is very frustrating and unacceptable.
It’s bad enough we don’t have Zelle in the app already itself and this new update take off the pay anyone option? Unless y’all hid It in the app somewhere because where it’s suppose to be I don’t see It
Before the last update I was able to view my info via landscape on my IPAD using a Zigg keyboard. Now it only opens up portrait. I’ve enjoyed the app, now, not so much.
Banking with First Florida credit union is the easiest way to bank, for me. And the signature loan program is quick, convenient and easy. Thank you for making my banking needs easy; my electronic deposits and withdrawals and loans. Oh yeah, I did have one minor problem once when I tried to deposit a friends’ check into my account but it was rejected.
I love how easy this is to use. Everything is user-friendly and self-explanatory. I can check all my banking securely and on the go. I can easily transfer money from savings to checking, when needed. They did a great job creating this app. I couldn't ask for anything better.
My teenagers use this app to keep track of their first credit union accounts. It’s simple and does what it promises. We were able to make travel arrangements via the app so that our card was not blocked when we were out of town. The only addition would be a clarification of credit union terms for checking and savings.
Credit unions don't have the same resources as the major corporate banks. However this app is very well polished and even cleaner than the app for my other bank. I am impressed. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles as those corporate banking apps, but it does exactly what I need and its easy.
I can do anything I need on the go. FFCU is very easy to do business with as compared to banks. The feature that tells the bank where you are traveling is a good security feature. E deposits of checks by photo is very convenient.
I have been banking with them for over 10 years and they have been fantastic, very professional and helpful. Their mobile app is great for working people that don’t have time to go to the bank. The staff is polite and helpful
First Florida is a fair and honest credit union. This app is great! I like the transfer and mobile deposit features but I wish it would use my fingerprint as a login. I have to login with my name and password periodically to keep my mobile account active. Other than that it is perfect.
Very user friendly app. I love that I can easily move money around from my phone and it registers immediately. Great job! I love this credit union too! They have been there for me with several life changes. Great people!
I like the app in general and it has improved significantly over last year or so. However have had to uninstall/reinstall after previous two updates to avoid crashing issues.
I love this app, because I can login using my Touch ID on my phone. I don’t have to try to remember the password, since I have hundreds! Thank you! Balance transfers and deposits are a breeze.
They did do this quite well! I really like the e-deposit feature as there is no local branch of the CU anywhere near me. Staff continue to be very responsive if/ when issues arise.
I love this app especially being I'm no longer in Florida, but it needs to make bill payer easier to use. I know it's a mobile app, but it's not as user friendly as the website version is.
Everyone is very friendly, very helpful, and the first concern is the customer. There is a little bit of issue with software change over and updates but they still take you into consideration first.
Pretty cool app! Once they add the feature to deposit checks via camera it will be next level!!! And that will change the game and how its brand is viewed globally
Within the past week there have been two different updates for this app. I've updated it both times, but my app still crashes when I try to open it. Please fix soon!!!!
I don't like the bill payee. You request a date to pay and it takes days before the money is drafted from your account. Next you cannot edit or delete a payee
