I created an account online, everything was fine but I can’t get into my account anymore with the username and password I used when I created it. There needs to be a way to change the account password and username!
To change your facial recognition/password you have to jump through hoops- phone number on file means nothing... then double tap each digit to enter the number. (ON FILE) Then repeatedly request another text or call to confirm the same over and over again. Avoid all the trouble and call the bank to begin with. Or go to the nearest ATM 👎👎👎👎❗️
Absolutely love the bank I go to and the workers. They always super sweet and helpful as for this app… nah I’m good. It’s slower than molasses and has so many problems. The things your able to do are extremely limited. Constantly having to call the bank and figure out what I was needing to know and letting them know the app is messing up again.
I have been using first metro for year and have had many many issues out of them probably the worst possible bank to have to interact with. everything about their online banking is terrible
I love this bank but you guys need to completely update your app. So many glitches, half the time my balance is incorrect, transactions all out of order, etc etc
This app is very dated compared to other mobile banking apps. No mobile check deposit or balance history. Navigation around app is clunky as well. First Metro needs to completely rethink this app.
I have been using this app happily since it came out. Recently, the app has been completely useless. I cannot even enter my password to access accounts. No idea what happened.
