Deposit

Everything works great, but the $1000 restriction on a deposit isn’t very convenient.

Way better banking apps.

I give this app 1 star because it works way less than it does not. The usual complaints that others are saying. Not user friendly at all. I can’t believe they won’t look at other banking apps and just TRY and copy them. This app stinks. Even when you call the bank(because the app tells you too) the employees say they know the app is bad. Wonder what that is saying about the bank then?

Crash

I’ve used app for years, but in the last month or so it will not connect to any of y accounts. I get a white screen and immediate crash on every attempt. I notified the bank directly, but seems no action has been taken to date. 5 stars when it works!

Please call again

The app is great when it works but gives me a phone number to call when it does not work which is most of the time. The bank is behind the times with many services. They are trying to catch up but failing with an app that wants me to call more often than use it.

App Not Working Sometimes

There had been a time where I had to uninstall the app and then install it back to my phone to see what the problem. I called Bemidji first national bank, no solution. However when the app does decide to work, it is very nice and easy to use.

This app crashes constantly and I always have problems logging in. It won’t load for no reason when every other one of my apps loads fine.
