I use this app every week, and I find it easy to navigate. I use Bill Pay and love how easy it is. I can also transfer money between my accounts and my kids’ accounts very easily. (Full disclosure, I work for FNCU, but also bank here.)
Haven’t had access to it the app in months now because it just says incorrect username/password even though I can log in online & it works fine. Other people are having the same issue so it’s not my phone that is the problem. When I called to get help that’s the only help I get.
It’s been two days now and I cannot log in to the app. It keeps taking me to my security questions and then tells me incorrect password even after I change it and I am 100% sure it’s correct.
After most recent update, app simply stopped working. Go to login and get to security question screen and get told ID or password are wrong-they’re not.
