On the old app you were limited to what could be done on the app vs. on the computer but with this new app it let’s you do EVERYTHING! And I LOVE the new features! There is an option to lock and unlock my card. I can also limit certain type of transactions which I think is neat! One of my favorite features is that I can now do an external transfer from another institution into my First South account and also vice versa! I also really LOVE the the new member to member transfer! If my friend buys us lunch I can just transfer the money to her account! Thanks First South Financial for this amazing update!!

The new update is horrible.

The font is smaller with skinny black writing. Everything is smaller and harder to see. The previous version of this app was much more simple. This new version has too many options, or maybe it just seems that way because all of the font is smaller and the buttons are smaller. It just looks more confusing. If you could, please change it back.

Great banking app!

This app is very easy to use. It has multiple features that are helpful for my banking needs. I particularly like that I can transfer money to friends and family when I owe them for lunch and such things. It’s like Venmo, but quicker - it goes directly from my account to theirs.

So many issues now

The app often says it’s not a connection to load the app. I’ve checked for updates, I have a newer phone, and I have tried using data and my WiFi to get it to work. The deposit area takes forever to load sometimes; to where you could wait for hours or try another day and it’ll work seamlessly. It makes me feel like my money is not safe when I can’t access my account as needed, and I am thinking about changing banks because of it. Please fix this issue. It’s been going on for maybe a month or two now.

Handy banking app

Been using the app ever since I first set up an account and it’s been so useful. Mobile deposits, card controls at your finger tips, and being able to open new accounts whenever needed is pretty neat! Makes for less trouble and it’s super convenient!

This app makes banking so easy. Moving money from one account to the other, easily see you transactions and balances, see pending deposits and you can even control your debit card from the app. It makes it so easy!!! I love the new app.

Can’t view pending deposits/upcoming payments

With the update it states that you’d be able to see pending deposits/upcoming payments in recent transactions. I’m unable to see them on the app nor computer. I’ve updated the app to the latest version still nothing.
