I was not aware that in the mobile banking portion of the app I could deposit checks via my phone. While I am sure someone told me that from the bank at some point, I did not remember that and when I called they we so helpful to walk me through the process. Great bank and I am happy to be an account holder.
I have been doing business with Firstar since the day they opened very professional people and very well mannered employees they always seem to go above and beyond to help the people of there bank and community
I've used this over a year now and I've had very few problems with it. About once a month or so the server will go down for maybe an hour but that's all. It's very easy to use, convent locations of the stuff within the apps and mine has always been very up to date with how much is left in my account, usually shows everything within minutes of using my debit card.
