In no way am I trying to be negative but I ordered one item a phone case for my iPhone it came fast correct product shipping information was correct I was very pleased with the first product. So I decided to order an outfit and somehow the shipping information that is already on my account that is correct mysteriously changed when I placed a second order. There is no way I would put in the wrong address when I’ve only shot with this company One time. What I’m saying is please be careful and triple check your shipping information and make sure that it doesn’t automatically change because that’s what happened to me and also I would please advise better contact information that’s not just Facebook. In the customer service when speaking to someone on Facebook messenger is not good customer service. Regards

I didn’t buy anything from them but I noticed that they don’t have a review section for their clothing which is odd… Because why wouldn’t you want people to tell you how good your items are. I wanted a jacket they had but I’ve been scammed before so I don’t buy things from any and everywhere. I looked at the Jacket details and it said it was stretchy and made from polyester… Why would anyone want a jacket made from polyester… So I searched the Jacket on google to see if there were people who might have got it from flamingo and I couldn’t find anything. So I looked up the details of the jacket which were jock jacket with furry sleeves and it popped up but not for Flamingo but for Outyfit. The same pictures that Flamingo stole from them. They also have a review section and I was able to see that the person who left the review got the correct Jacket because she posted pictures of herself in the jacket. Don’t order from them their just going to send you the wrong items and no one wants to deal with the hassle of returning or exchanging an item. So save yourself the time.

I LOVE my new iPhone case and got it in 12 business, 16 actual days! They advertise 7-10 business days so I was not upset that it took this long, totally worth it !! I was skeptical because of all the negative reviews BUT I contacted customer support that was very helpful and honest and I decided to order an iPhone case to try it out, so glad I did. My things came on time and are exactly what I saw in the photos of what I ordered. Glad I can write a good review for all of the people skeptical because honestly I was too ! Take your chance and just remember it takes a bit longer to get to you because it is coming from China !! Thank you so much for a good experience!!

They will send you a shipping confirmation (meaning the label was printed), but your product won’t ever ship. 2 items, 2 orders, placed the same day, same problem. I emailed them and after much back and forth, one package magically appeared 2 days later. That was 2 months after I received the shipping confirmation. The 2nd order still hasn’t showed up. It’s January 2022….those orders were placed in October 2021. And all they’re offering is a 20% discount on something else. Then I look at my account and they just canceled the order without letting me know and actually telling me it was still on it’s way. A shirt I ordered looked NOTHING like the one online, but it’s more time consuming and expensive to return it than to keep and give it to goodwill since you have to not only print out your return label, but you also get to pay the ridiculously high return shipping fee.

I order a green sweater back in October 2022. My mailing address was verified by me and through PayPal. After 3weeks of not getting tracking information, I sent an email to follow-up on my order. The next day I received a tracking number. The tracker showed the package was in route and made it to my city. I work from home and I am there to receive any orders. I looked back at the tracking and it said the package was sent back to sender because my address wasn’t verified????? This is a lie. I looked at my payment to PayPal which had my correct shipping address. Since November 3, 2022, I have sent several emails and have been requesting a refund since the package was sent back. Unfortunately, as of today, I haven’t received a refund and no communication from Flamingo Technologies whom was paid for the order. This company is a fraud!!! Be careful when ordering from FLAMINGO ‼️‼️‼️‼️

Been buying from flamingo for almost a year now. At first I was skeptical because I’ve been scammed by online clothing sites more than once but they deliver every time. Even if it may seem like they’re taking forever to provide updates on your package when you reach out to them they reply within if not before 24 hrs. And their clothing is great quality I’ve gotten compliments and questions on where I bought my fit I reply with “honey have you not heard of Flamingo you better gone ahead and check them out, like me you’ll be coming back to order more and more”🥰

I love flamingo but I feel like things are expensive like I have always thought this even for Walmart just every where pants are over the top expensive for what Idk like $20- to past $900 and that’s crazy I can’t afford that I want a pair of jeans so bad but I can’t afford it even leggings that’s crazy how much they are for fabric like it’s over the top expensive for stuff but it is what it is that how ppl get ripped off and stuff but other than that I think it’s a great place to get clothes if u can afford it they have beautiful clothes that I would wear but can’t afford

I am very very disappointed in my purchase you would expect for $50 that I would be able to fit at least one pair of the jeans. If I could at least begin to fit the jeans I would have overlooked the cheap quality of the jeans. This is not what you advertised I’m soo mad at myself because my gut told me not to trust your website I read your horrible reviews over and over again and still had faith that my jeans would be as amazing as I’d thought when I fell in love with on the website. You guys are not very honest in my eyes. If I am a plus size woman and I ordered all XXL why are the pants that you actually sent me literally like a girls or women’s small that’s not right and I will never order from this website again. I am a single parent that works very hard for my money and called myself treating myself I’m very disappointed and will not be using this website ever again.

I ordered 3 items from this company. I did get an email with a tracking number but then I clicked it usps stated label not created will update when they get the item from the shop. After 2 weeks of nothing updating I emailed customer service like directed to. One person told me it had shipped to wait a few more days for it to update. A week went by still nothing so I contacted them again. A different person told me it did indeed ship to please wait a few more days so I did. It’s now been over a month and contacted them again. A completely different person told me IT HASNT BEEN PICKED UP YET! But wait I was already told it shipped????!!!!! There website state the shipping process should only take 7-10 business days. It’s been over a month and no tracking update or anything. Don’t waste your money it’s not worth it!

I have purchased from Flamingo twice. As with all these overseas companies you are weary and have to be careful. So far my experience hasn’t been a bad one. Make sure to read the descriptions of the clothing because not every item is as it looks. But I ordered a pair of jeans and I absolutely LOVE THEM!!! I had lost weight so I went ahead and ordered another pair in a smaller size and they were exactly like the first pair and I am ordering them again in a smaller size has I have lost more weight. But I love the jeans and I have gotten great compliments on them. They are cotton blend with no stretch or polyester. If your careful and read the description of your items instead of just going by the picture you won’t be disappointed.

Bought three pairs of pants from this App and they came in about two to three weeks. I had to return the items because their size guide is inaccurate and their jean length was way off than in the picture with how it was suppose to look. I found you have to email them for instructions on how to return and that this company does not provide return labels so therefore you have to pay for shipping. I won’t be ordering from this site again, you shouldn’t have to pay to have your items shipped back and the clothes don’t even have accurate sizes and length. Don’t waste your time. I will update if my refund actually comes based on negative experiences everyone else has with having their money stolen by this company. ***UPDATE*** I did receive my refund, but yes you do have to pay for shipping fees as they do not provide a shipping label for your returns.

I have seen a lot of negative reviews for the clothes which I can’t say because I never bought clothes from them but the phone cases are really good I bought a tropical themed clear plastic for my iPhone 7plus it lasted me the whole time I had that phone which was 2 years (it also came with a pop socket) the shipping isn’t the best it comes in between 2-3 weeks for me. I can’t recommend their phone cases enough. Although a phone case that comes with a pop socket so you get more bang for your buck. You get to place the pop socket wherever you please. I just got two phone cases for my XR I’m loving it.

I have been buying clothes from Flamingo all year and I have loved everything except one top which I plan to give to a friend as her body will go with the style of shirt better. But overall there isn’t anything that hasn’t fit like the description or pictures of the item when I ordered it. I hate shopping at stores and this has made my life easier. The shipping time is quite a lot but I make sure to order in advance and nothing I need right away. Happy shopping ladies!!

This might be my new favorite site for phone cases! Despite some negative reviews I saw a lot of good ones too but I took a chance and ordered 4 cases, they were all 50% off and GORGEOUS, bc of corona I definitely didn’t expect fast shipping on top of coming from China so at least a month later they came and WOW I’m so happy I decided to give it a try bc these cases are beautiful and just like the pictures!!! I got two trunk cases and two others that have the pink logo across the back, so stunning!!!!

My items have been in “transit” over and over for weeks now. If I would’ve known shipping was going to take this long I would’ve never bought these clothing items. They are basic items. I can go out and spend a little more money but at least I’ll actually have my product. I’m hoping this has something to do with the covid situation. Otherwise, this is just bad business. The clothes are CUTE yes. But how nice would it be to actually receive what you pay for?! Fairytale right. I doubt I’ll even receive my products at this point. I most definitely will never order from this site again. Could’ve been a profitable site honestly. Just sad. I gave one star but I would’ve given zero if I could that’s how highly disappointed I am.

I ordered a phone case as well abd never received it this was over a month ago! I ordered a sweat suit long ago and it just now came! I cant find any way to track my orders, and can’t get a response from these people. I truly upsets me because they tske the money right away but I’m left with no tracking number and as I stated the phone case never came!!! Now I can’t reach this company so are they a fraud? Be careful, I won’t order again until I get answers! I’m very unhappy with their communications and customer service! They could at least be honest and answer my questions. Something is very wrong with how they are dealing with this!!!! One was a xmas gift and I didn’t receive it (still haven’t). I want answers!

Every time I receive my order from Flamingo I get so excited because it’s like Christmas all year at Moms house weekly lol. My baby girl is Finally getting to be spoiled rotten by her Mom (Me) thanks to Flamingo, because my 36 year old daughter Loves most everything that they have in clothing to jewelry. Exactly like Me!!! I finally figured out my sizes in bottoms to tops as well as my baby girls!!! I will definitely be shopping here a whole bunch more for sure!!!!!!

This website is a total scam. Not only does it rip you off by selling overpriced cheap clothes, but it also says you can return stuff by contacting the support website for approval to return. However, they never email you back making a return impossible, so you have to keep your items even if you don’t want them. I ordered jeans and one of them was cheap material that ripped the first time I wore them. Another pair I bought was too small and I had no way of returning them so I’m stuck with overpriced jeans I can’t even wear. This website is a total rip off and waste of money, wouldn’t recommend unless you want to get robbed of your money and not be able to return anything.

My first time shopping on line thru Instagram. I came across Flamingo page and I was quite skeptical. I must admit I was pleasantly surprised that all my items fit me very well. I appreciate that the website refunded my money when items were no longer available. Listen, first time buyers you will not regret shopping on line with Flamingo they are awesome. I have to go now so I can can shop around for more clothes!

I order 3dresses for my vacation in Mid May for f this year. I emailed weeks ago about my dresses because I haven’t received them. Yesterday I get a email of them basically not taking any fault or responsibility for ANYTHING! However, telling me that I need to contact my postal service. Like I didn’t already know that, because they’re no help! So now I’m waiting for another couple week long response. They have until Tuesday to get my money back in my account or I will be taking this to the BBB! ** Please think twice before you order from here! They take no responsibility for anything! They have no customer service skills!

I’ve placed 3 or 4 fairly large orders and the shipping does take some time, but I’ve really enjoyed everything I’ve bought. Lately, though, every time I try to select an item on the app, the app CRASHES…every time. I know the app was updated just a few days ago, but there is still something very wrong with it. Please fix it. I’d like to place another order.

A great selection of different clothing items to choose from. And at times items are not available in your size or in a color you wear. As for the app itself, I have quite the issue with the search feature. The main issue is that IT DOES NOT WORK!! One would assume that while in an app, that you should be able to enter an item or keyword/s.... However, this app does not look up anything from search bar.

I will not be ordering from flamingo again! Their sizes run small and being a first time customer I didn’t know that. The item I ordered not only took a long time to be shipped and delivered but did not fit. I requested an exchange or refund as any customer is entitled to if the product is not what they expected. They emailed me their return policy and said my item does not qualify for a return/refund because it was worn. How are you supposed to know if it fits without trying it on? They said they just throw it away anyway when returned. If a customer is unsatisfied with the product they owe them a refund. So I’m out of that money I spent and the outfit I spent it on.

These products come from China. I don’t have a problem with that. But flamingo is selling items their manufacturer hasn’t even made yet. 2/3 of my order arrived super late! Their website states their orders take no more than ten days. Imagine my surprise when my order took 51 days to arrive. Their excuse was that their manufacturer was running behind. But by selling clothes they don’t have yet that somehow became my problem. The clothes should have arrived before Christmas. I contacted customer service many many times and they offered no compensation whatsoever. This company is awful. 0 out of 10 do not recommend.

This was my first time buying from this company and I’m impressed with the experience. It looks exactly as the picture, it’s a good quality shirt and the sizing is spot on. I downloaded the app and was able to track it after I received a shipping notification. It took about 2 weeks and arrived when they said it would. I placed a second order yesterday for some additional items with the hope that lighting strikes twice!

I purchased 4 sets. They were all good quality. I wear a LG/XLG, just wished I had went up another size. They still fit ok , but if I had went up a size, I would have the extra space I needed. I also ordered 2 pair of jeans & I should have went up a size on those as well. I’m not disappointed , I’ll just no better on my next order. Shipping was fast and packaging was professional. No complaints.

I like what I’ll be seeing I ordered something twice I’m still waiting on my second order.I ordered an August it was shipped in September I’m still waiting on it because it’s in transit I never waited for A order this long . Then you have no way of contacting them you can’t call anyone and when you email them they don’t Respond back I hope I get my order very soon

Typically I thrift and I don’t buy new clothes often but I thought I would try this app out because they have trendy and fitted clothing. I love this app and the clothes I’ve received. I love all of the clothes for their fabrics, fitting sizes and the quality! Happy this app wasn’t a scam. They even offer opportunities for discounts on future purchases by opening the app daily or leaving a review.

At first I was skeptical about buying off this app and was worried that because the prices were cheap and also that there wasn’t much ratings or reviews for this app, that maybe it would be cheaply made... but it’s not! It’s great quality and I’ve noticed shops in my home town buy the exact clothes that Flamingo is selling and they sell the clothes 4x more expensive. Happy I found this online store! I love all of my purchases.

the cases i received are very cute. i would order from them again for sure. you WILL have to wait a while to receive your stuff, it’s shipping overseas and moves VERY slow. i was pleasantly surprised when the package came though. the cases looked better than i was expecting, tbh. all in all, now that i know flamingo is legitimate, i don’t mind the wait time and the prices are pretty great too.

I had ordered jeans only, my first 2 orders. The sizing was inconsistent, but I could deal with it. My 3rd order I branched out- nothing fit right. I promptly did the return protocol of contacting them. It took 3 days for them to reach out, basically saying they don’t provide anything but the address (no shipping label). And I can’t return one of the items because it’s considered lingerie- it was a short and cami set…. Do not order from them. Oh- and shipping took almost a month. I’ll be sure to use the slowest shipping too, when I return it. And the quality of the clothes is terrible.

Their clothes look nothing like the pics online. They make you pay for returns when you don’t get what you ordered. The size charts are not accurate either. I bought 4 items. 2 looked nothing like what I ordered. The others did t fit even though I took measurements because I tried an order previously and they didn’t fit that time either. They also will not allow you to leave negative reviews on their site. If it’s not a good review they will make you send an email. So this is how I will try to make people aware before they buy

Ordered a pair of Jeans from these people and it’s been a long time and still haven’t received them! Know everything is messed up right now because of the pandemic but for heaven’s sake! It said 3/7 days for orders here in the US mine has been way over that ! There needs to be a button or place where we can question where our orders are. Mine says it has been shipped in one window then I go to a total different place on the site and says still pending! I don’t know what to believe…..if sent out then fine I’ll wait but if not I want my money back!

Was skeptical at first but decided to take a chance and order and I’m glad I did they sent out emails and a follow up email after my order shipped with tracking info which gave me peace that it wasn’t fraudulent. My order came in no time as well definitely recommend this site for other to try out I order 5 outfits and they all fit very well

In my experience, this company is completely fraudulent. I ordered women’s jeans, and the shipping was supposed to occur within 24 to 72 hours, with a tracking number provided. After a week with no updates, I contacted them. I quickly received a response, which seemed automated, providing a tracking number that turned out to be fake. When I reached out again, I received another automated response stating that my order would be delivered soon, but my product never arrived. I paid using Apple Pay and now need to figure out how to get my money back.

Unlike the other websites the items are true to size sometimes you won’t be the same size across the board and as long as you follow the size chart with each item you can’t go wrong. Plus size friendly. I shop my athletic wear outerwear on this site. Good quality at a low cost.

I think this app may get me in trouble, and I’m ok with that! Looking forward to trying our new, and I love how much this is based around the customers. I’m glad I found the posts for coins, seeing all the happy sexy confident ladies, I started just liking posts LOL. I couldn’t help it, everyone is so in their element and that beautiful! I was very nervous after placing my first order because I had never heard of the store before. Shipping was pretty quick about a week in a half. My clothes were exactly as pictured on their site. The material was great quality! I love that their app allows you to earn coins to redeem on coupon codes and clothes. Plus they have a price slash option.

Already ordered three more pairs 😅This quality usually costs three times this much. More than impressed. High intensity workout suitable, proved it today. Don’t slide down. Very flattering, the fabric is not too thing or thick, but just right. Can’t believe it and I’m very picky when in comes to sportswear.

The product actually came in better condition than I would’ve thought, coming from an ad I randomly found on social media. I thought this whole thing was a scam and I’d get something worse than Great Value conditions. But the gift I got for my girlfriend is PERFECT👌🏾and it feels amazing. The only thing I was concerned about was that it took almost a month to get here, but it was worth the wait!

Shipping took a little while but they were in constant contact the whole way and honestly I expected it to take a bit. The jeans I ordered for amazing and are super cute and high quality. The Rhinestone fishnet stockings are amazing. They are super cute and sexy and good quality! Definitely going to order some more in a different color.

I ordered items during Black Friday and the app had a promo going on as “buy 2 get 1 free”. However, within a couple weeks later I received an email that one of my item was “refunded”. I sent an email asking question what happened since the app had the promo during my purchase of Black Friday. The person I spoke to said whatever promo is inserted will be voided automatically. I was pretty upset because it was false advertisement. I asked for my full refund afterwards. What is the point of having a promo if it’s not going to be applied at all?

I’ve ordered from here twice and been disappointed both times and finally deleted the app. the clothes are over priced for extremely poor material that rips easily. My shipping and delivery took over two months both times I ordered. The flamingo support is also awful and is only apologetic and doesn’t actually even help, they don’t have a number to call for support only a stupid Facebook messenger page. I bought clothes from y’all just for them to sit in my dresser or get thrown away. Thanks.

I have purchased several items from this online shop and so far I have had a good experience. Really cute designs that make this a perfect place to shop for various items. Also, the products are pretty affordable and have good quality. Really like this online store!!!Highly recommend!!

Breathable, stretchy. And didn’t give me the forbidden toe. They were a little lighter in color than i expected, but still very pleased. The Camo ones I have a purple tint, but very cute. Also the 2 orders I placed have arrived fast. I just placed a bigger order so I will update when the swimsuits arrive.

I ordered an item that was never delivered. I emailed customer service a few weeks after I never received it. They assured me it was on the way. I waited several more weeks and asked for a refund. They finally gave me a refund for the item but refused to refund the 3.99 shipping. I realize the post office makes mistakes but I can’t believe you wouldn’t refund the full amount to a customer who never received their first order. This will be my first and last time ordering from your app or your site.

The shipping takes really long time I bought the outfit may 22 and it came June 5 but I love the packaging I have a gift card that comes with the package I was so excited when I opened my package it does not come to your door it comes in the mail very satisfied thank you love it

I received my order and everything was either too big or too small. I emailed customer service about doing an return and got a response “what items do you want to return?” I said “the entire order” and no more communication from customer service since then LOL! It really is laughable, but for their selective communication I give them one star. If they had been an honest company and taken back the items that didn’t fit (all of them), then I’d be a happy customer.

I ordered jeans over a week ago and just now got an email that they are out of stock! Why would they allow you to purchase items that are out of stock and then let you know almost 2 weeks later?? I paid with a gift card that I no longer have, they refused to give store credit! So the money is lost now. Terrible customer service and business in general. Please don’t risk it by purchasing anything from here. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Ok so my mom told me to get on and now when I got on I was looking for a phone case. So I got on it was some many pretty things on there and now I’ve ordered my case it took some days but when that day came. I told my mom that my case came so when we went to the mailbox it’s was in there and now I have my case it’s so pretty!! :)
