Cool App for AV Geeks+

The other reviewers summed up some solid points - a free app version, a trial period, and a way to manage and cancel the subscription (within the Apple App Store) without losing access, as well as a monthly option, should all be taken into consideration. That being said, it is a very good app with lots of great data. I love tracking new routes at my local airports. However, I wish there was a way to bookmark and track new routes as they are announced and old routes as they are discontinued at my hometown airports. This would put it up there with ThePointsGuy and Simple Flying as an excellent travel resource for all.

Great app with login flaw

The app overall is great. My gripe is getting into the app. It never remembers my password and I have to look it up every time. If I switch apps it logs me out when I try to go back to it, which is a pain when I’m trying to figure out flight routing. They should allow Face ID if it’s going to do that. Other than that, the app is fairly helpful

Great app for frequently travels

I was happy with the app while traveling frequently, being a paid subscriber for two years. However, it charged me again without prior notice when I no longer needed to travel or use the app. Email support was unresponsive regarding a refund, but I managed to resolve it through a phone call and confirmed the refund. I hope to return as a paid user once my travel activity increases again.

Good app and could be five stars 3.5 stars.

Love the app data, but would be better if it could remember my login each time (or at least connect to Bitwarden), not change to 100% zoom out after a reset. Also would be better to manage subscription with Apple like other apps. Would be one of a kind if it could link to available airplane reward seats. Seems to be slow displaying prices and timetables.

Not updated quickly enough / pay system inadequate

Updates - I’m on iOS 17.0.1 and it won’t open then crashes. Payment system is awkward and uses a strange third party. I had to write to them to pay - bring that in house and accept cc’s please : ) Otherwise - it’s a unique app and Infind it very useful. More filters would be nice.

Makes international travel so easy

Planning a trip abroad to a more remote place? This is the go-to app/site. Instead of having multiple tabs open at one time, you can figure out your path BEFORE you go through the headache of searching every website or getting overwhelmed by Google Flights.

Need a update ASAP

I love using app to find out all of the different carriers I could use for a trip; or just to look around but the app has been not the best when it comes to stability. It just crashes at times, and it always ask me to type my login information which is beyond annoying and makes the app unusable!

Unable to create account

Looks like an awesome idea. But after I downloaded it the only page I get to is a sign in page. No option to create an account. Any attempt to enter info comes back with no account recognized. Not gonna jump thru a circle jerk trying to figure out to this if it’s not simple. Deleted.

Lots of issues with login notifications some airports not updated on time

While they did update some things in the app the login continues to be a problem especially as I switch between different devices.

Logging in each time is EXHAUSTNG

Typically the point of downloading an app is to streamline access to a service. Unfortunately, I have to log into the app every single time I use it, which is beyond frustrating.. especially as a paying customer.

Anyone supporting this app?

As has been pointed out in numerous previous reviews dating back months, if you are new user there is no way to create a login. When you download the app and open it you are taken to a login which assumes you already have an account & there is no way to create a new one.

Routes Rarely Update

New routes load for airlines almost weekly but takes weeks to months for Flight Connections to sync the data. DL XNA-SLC & XNA-DTW still missing 3+ weeks and AA XNA-PHL still missing after 2 weeks. Tried reaching out to their support on the missing routes to no response.

Zoom out annoying

So annoying when you are searching in an specific area and then hit X. It zooms all the way out to the whole world. When an user hits X it should remained zoomed in the area where you were searching.

Have to have paid subscription to use, yet it’s listed as free

Right off the bat you have to have a paid subscription/login to use, yet app is listed as free!! The information it provides on the web version is great but the app experience feels totally wrong. It makes me wonder if it’s circumventing some App Store rule.

Good app but constantly logging in

Whenever the app updates or you go a couple days without opening it, it requires you to login. It is extremely inconvenient and annoying.

Can’t even use

When I open this app it asks for my login info. There is nowhere to sign up to create an account, so I literally can’t do anything besides type in my email so it will tell me no account exists, and then doesnt give me an option to create an account. Useless

Great app… when it works

I love this app and the corresponding website. But I’ve just had to delete and reinstall it cause it won’t let me log back in. 🙁

Nasty cancellation, in accurate info, avoid!

Shows flights that aren’t applicable for your travel periods. Littered with in accurate info. Premium is negligibly better, you pay for a year but if you cxl early to avoid auto renew, they cut off the access you had paid for and no refund.

App Doesn’t Work

Opened the app for the first time. It only accepts my login info - But I have nowhere to register my email to set up the account. It offers no option other than login on the opening page. You cannot bypass this. So the app is useless.

It used to work, but not now

Unable to access

Downloaded the app on iPad and it requires to log in. I don’t have an account set up yet. Tried reset password but it stated it I don’t have an account. No way to access the app. Probably a bug but a big bug!

Unusable

You can’t use the app until you log in with google or create an account on the website. Neither option worked

Horrible

Immediately requires a subscription. You aren’t even able to go in and see the layout of features. Why pay for an app you can’t even see!

Forces Paid Subscription

This can’t be in compliance of the App Store. Upon opening the app, it forces you to login in for the premium features with no option to start a subscription.
