The apps functionality is great. I can order in less than a minute. BUT, we need the ability to order half/half signature pizzas. When I want a half Hawaiian/Pepperoni pizza, I have to select the Hawaiian, select half the toppings and add pepperoni to the other half. Inevitably, I get a call from the store to confirm the order. While I appreciate the thoroughness and attention to detail (great job CMR-San Diego!), its kind of annoying after ordering pizza for over a year. Should be an easy option to add.
With complete focus into the function of the app, and not to do with the amazing pizza, it’s an app that works but could use an update. Especially to allow a user to check their history and receive an email notification. I understand the delivery system is different, but it would be nice to at least wait with a confirmation instead of half paranoid if I even ordered the pizza or not.
Forces you to start an order over from the beginning if you leave the app, even for a moment. ************** Update Apr 11, 2017. Payments problem fixed. Interface still a bit clunky but works. Would love to see Apple Pay.
As others noted, it needs a better way to change toppings on half of the pizza. I think this would help on accuracy for the cooks to get the topping right on the pie too.
Never lets me down. We order half-n-half and specialty pizzas all the time!! Super simple to use. I appreciate the email confirmation with approximate pick up time.
Cannot place an order for today, only tomorrow or later. Trying to enter my address and am told that Google mapping service cannot find my address. Literally worthless unless you want to place an order for a delivery date of tomorrow or later.
The app is a bit confusing if you want to change specifics like delivery address. My biggest issue is that there is no way to include a tip for delivery.
App doesn't scale properly on iPhone XR, which makes the keyboard take up half of the screen. App also cannot find my address despite being one mile away from a location. You lost a sale because of this app.
Makes no sense to use the app when you have no idea the status. Call them and speak to a person. If your app is in beta mode dont let it out to the public.
The app works really well over all, but it's a pain having to get out my credit/ debit card every time I want to place an order. I don't always have it with me, so in those instances I can't order. If y'all would store info or let us use passbook or even PayPal it would be amazing!!! Your pizza's the best- now get the app up to the bar!
Was excited about this app because I really like the pizza and we order from there a lot. But the app doesn't work. :( It freezes up on the screen where you enter your credit card info. After entering the card information, there is no way to move to the next screen to place the order. Please fix it.
Possibly one of the worst apps I've ever tried to use. Really wanted to stop and pick up a pizza on the way home, but it would have been faster to open a franchise. In the end it wouldn't work at all because of some unexplained error about email format, though there was no place to enter my email. Just terrible. Cost them my business tonight.
