I think that the products are amazing and Millie her self is amazing g but the people working there is my problem, First they lie about there discounts and offers like there was an offer that said “EVERY order over thirty gets a gift from Millie herself” key word every, and when I received my package and I expected the present to be there but of course it wasn’t there, and when I asked them why they said they only give the present if they have enough items in stock and now the order I placed 9 days ago still says that it is confirmed and I have been trying to reach out to them but they have ignored all of my emails and they don’t even have a phone number which is very unprofessional but overall I love the products.
To be honest with you I love millie to the moon and back I love her so much I could cry thinking about it, I love her product and everything but when my mom bought some of her products from her website it didn’t come so good it’s like the people that were shopping it used it or just pored it all out like my face mist is empty and my mom’s skin tint has like water or some type of fluid in it the rest of the stuff we got is fine but I don’t trust it, I would maybe rather shop for it at target or a makeup store, I mean I don’t know if it’s the company or the people shipping it but whoever did this needs to get fired. So sorry but I just wanted to get that out there, I love Florence and millie no hate on her or the company bye!❤️
I love Millie and I like the products received but the app and the way they handle business is horrible. There is no type inventory written into the website/app, so when they run out of stock, your screwed after you've already paid. I’ve tried ordered two different time, both times i got my order partially shipped without notice. And both times they ran out of a different face wash, I need face wash. I can’t just not have it. You need to keep up with your inventory correctly so I don’t keep getting charged for items you don’t have. The customer service doesn’t help either, I tried leaving a review and emailed them and I got nothing useful back, just a beat around the bush, auto email. They don’t care if your happy, they just want your money.
I love Florence I have all of her make up skin, care, hair, and accessory items. I have every Florence By Mills item there is.💜🐬 I bought the app so when anything new comes out, I can get notified and I can buy it well I didn’t buy the app. I meant to say I downloaded it but it’s the best app ever and if I were you I would definitely definitely definitely download it and I’m never wr a review on any app, but this app is just so good that I have to.💜🐬💜🐬 Bye flo fam
I absolutely love Florence by mills and i adore Millie Bobby Brown she is so incredibly and inspiring and she’s my idol her line is so good i'm turning 14 soon and as a teenager her makeup collection has the right amount of coverage and at the same time it looks very natural i’ve seen numerous of people bashing Florence by mills saying that it’s horrible and all of these things that are NOT true i love Florence so much and the skin care collection is also incredible and i’ll continue buying it :) <3
I 🫶 Florence by mills. It’s literally perfect for girls my age around 12-18. It’s also cool how many products they sell at local beauty stores very close to me like ulta beauty and other stores like that. Each product really helps your skin, I absolutely adore the skincare products Millie sells. I recommend this to teens who are struggling with clear skin and feeling like they could express themselves with makeup 💕 definitely get this app and but the products.

I LOVE Florence by mills!! As a teenage girl I really adore Millie Bobby Brown, she’s so inspiring and definitely one of my idols <3 I love all the products, especially the skincare and makeup. This app is ridiculous, for a company who gets a lot of love you will never receive your order. I ordered from the app three times and I got my first order, it took forever but it came, my second order NEVER came and I had to contact help to get a refund or I was just never gonna get one at all. My third order I ordered on Cyber Monday thinking ok I’ll give it a chance, no never received my order nor my refund and now here I am having to contact help AGAIN. I’m done I’ve given it three tries and I’m now deleting it. Horrible company. Horrible organization.

Florence By Mills is the best makeup/skincare I’ve ever used, its a really nice natural the right natural. The skincare has little smells of cucumber or lavender that just makes even more amazing. Ok so the brand itself was setup beautifully the website is cute so are the colors!the products are top notch quality wise and the products packaging are just beautiful!
