Absolutely the worst service, hidden extra baggage fees, I couldn’t add an additional bag online, the system wouldn’t let me, I emailed & called them. They said I had to check the extra bag at the airport & there was no guarantee that it would get on the plane. In the end they charged me 270€ for the bag & said I was supposed to call them 24 hours before the flight. Their won’t be a next time. I wrote to them after the flight, they said it’s my fault for not calling them 24 hours in advance, when trying to check in. I could pay for a seat but not a bag and no where does it say to call them. This is the 21st century this should be handled on line. Every other airline lets you check In baggage on line. I travel nonstop, I’m a digital Nomad. Please do not give them your business. Outrageous baggage fees!! Never again
I tried to change the date of the trip but it changed the route deduct about 85% from the fair and ask to pay difference I paid the amount considering it is difference of changing time but when I want to get voucher it give me just about 10% from the fair from the total of the amount I paid which including extra bags and meals, my advice take care when running the application.
1. When selecting primary passenger the wheel for passport expiry is not working properly ( when selecting 6 the date shows 5). Other passengers work fine 2. When I tried to use my voucher I could not pay the balance with card - it would return me back for payment the full amount. I have tried twice but same result. Otherwise easy to use app
Great app. But the calendar doesn’t work properly. Open the app and choose book a flight ✈️ then choose date the calendar will open and you will see what is the problem then. Thank you.
First I spent 30 minutes try to figure out how to choose “one way” only as all app in the worlds present this option from main booking page. Later I found option “skip return”. Also, admin fees is something completely new which appear very minor at the last, it should be clearly showing. You have to choose nick name to write comment !!!! And it always chooses when I write any comment
My flight from Salalah to Dubai was delayed 5.5 hours for no apparent reason. The folks at the counter and onboard the plane had no explanation, and the App never updated that the flight was delayed at any point. Furthermore the app crashed every time I tried to check in. I will be avoiding FlyDubai in the future.
It’s impossible to retrieve neither to manage my booking thru out app. There is a constant error note says that “booking cannot be retrieved, please call our customer service”. Guys on customer service didn’t had an answer on that question. How I will on Earth manage my booking if you don’t give me a choice?? Worst app ever used.
One of the worst apps I’ve ever used. Not user friendly at all. Errors pop up at the selection of every flight, then system kicks you back to home screen.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS AIRLINE. THEY WILL CANCEL YOUR FLIGHT IF YOU JUST LOOK AT PRICES FOR AN UPGRADE UNLESS YOU PAY FOR THEIR UPGRADE !!! ONCE YOU CLICK TO SEE THE UPGRADE PRICES THERE IS NO CANCELLING OF THE UPGRADE JUST BECAUSE YOU CHOSE TO SEE THE UPGRADE !!! SCAMMING THIEVES!!! NO AIRLINE DOES THAT!!!
