Some trouble

Directions said to hit deposit on task bar but it’s not there I hit the + sign and found deposit key there. Also didn’t go through 1st time had to wait a bit and tried again and it worked

Mobile Deposit

Mobile deposit works fine however most banks set a much higher deposit terms. Raising the deposit limit to at least $5000 would be better. Need to raise Deposit limit!

Needs improvements

Love being able to see my balance at any time, however, sometimes it does not show current and I have to sign off and back in again.

I’d like to put a note on more of my accounts. Can’t find tag for some. Otherwise I like it very much.

Awesome but has flaws

Works great for keeping up with money spent bit doesn’t seem to work good on weekends not sure why but doesn’t like to show pending transactions every time

Powerful yet user-friendly

First National’s banking app is powerful yet easy to use. Whether I need to check my checking balance, or want to see a loan payoff, it’s all easily at my fingertips. Good job guys!

Isn’t keeping up with the times

Slow, has kicked me off multiple times, won’t let me sign back in after having to redo my password. They don’t have half the abilities as other banking apps. Ready to go to a different bank with actual progress in keeping up with today’s technology.

Perfect

It’s handy to have, I have it to check off my register. To transfer money! Also to pay payee if I want to. It’s a great App. Along with bank.

Options

I do enjoy using the mobile app. But you need to have the option to set up revolving payments. That would be a huge help for me.

Used to be great

When I first started using this app it was great...now every other day it can’t verify my device or authentication is needed. It gets old. Every other day is a new issue 🤦‍♀️

Available features include: Accounts - Check your latest account balance and search recent transactions by date, amount or check number. Transfers - Easily transfer cash between your accounts. Bill Pay - Pay new bills, revise bills scheduled to be paid, and review previously paid bills. All features may not be available in the tablet application.
