My previous phone had a fingerprint scanner and I used it to login, have a new phone and it uses Face ID, I have turned it on multiple times but every time I go back in it is turned off.
Since the last update everything has work correctly. But now when I try to login with my fingerprint it tells me I have to login first and turn that bit of it on. I have done this multiple times and it’s been turning it off. Also could there be a way you can see how much is left on a monthly loan payment? Instead of just showing it’s due this day or it’s due next month
App is fundamentally easy to use, however there is regular unadvertised down time. Not sure if that is just routine maintenance, but our cards typically don’t work at that same time. Frustrating to get declined at a drive thru knowing there’s money, and then trying to log in to app, just to get an error message stating that there’s an issue with credentials (there’s not). Happens pretty regularly.
Seriously the worst. It is always crashing, down for maintenance (literally always) and usually when the app is down you can’t even get into the website. It always feels like I’m going to war when I’m just trying to check my balance. They have no problem with letting this happen for years but are quick to take money from you. Hate this bank. I can’t wait to pay off my my last small loan so I can move to another bank.
I have had the app since it debuted. For some reason it disappeared and I have to go to the App Store every time I want to use it. I haven’t been able to get in at all since yesterday!
Got the new iPhone X and now this app won’t accept my password. I changed my password thinking it was a binary bit discrepancy, but it still doesn’t work. I need my banking mobile app.
I cringe when I need to take pic of check to make a deposit. Usually it says I didn’t endorse the back of check. Today it told me 3 times I submitted 2 pics of the front my check. Which I clearly didn’t. Finally had to restart my phone to make it work. As a Reference, depositing a check with this app only works correctly the 1st time, 5% of the time. Fix it please.
The latest version is so much easier to use. I like the ease of making a deposit. I give it only 4 stars because they don’t inform you that you must write “For Mobile Deposit Only To FSFCU” under your endorsement. Otherwise, very good app.
i like this app other than the fact that i wish i got notifications for each transaction that i’ve made. while i do try to check my account as much as i can, it’s not all the time. somehow people were committing fraud on my card and they were able to take over $100 without my knowing (i had my card the whole time so how was i supposed to know people could’ve been using it?) until it was too late when i finally checked on my account and my money was gone.
Whenever I open my app I get nothing but blank it only recently started happening It doesn’t have any kind of load up or anything just a plain white screen I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app several times and nothing seem to fix it
This is by far the worst bank I’ve ever had how are you going to lock someone out of their account without even giving them a courtesy call and not have a way to reach someone I can talk to about it
When trying to log in for first, it continually looped asking for answers to security questions. It almost sounds like a hacker attempting to get answers because it asked for about 10 different security questions, then would randomly ask the same questions several times. I eventually gave up.
Every time I try to login it try's to have me answer the dumb security questions that aren't even the ones I picked to answer therefore it never ever lets me login fix this or we will just transfer to another bank!
