Worked great when I first switched from the paper version. Crashes every time I close it and try to reopen. Requires deleting the app, reloading, and verifying my subscription if I don’t read each issue cover to cover. I subscribe to three TEN Publishing Magazines and everyone of them does the same crash and burn routine. If you read the reviews in the App Store you will find this problem has been ongoing for months without any effort to fix it. Maybe the folks at TEN should look at the platform National Geographic uses. The magazine is much more complicated, wonderfully interactive, and it has never crashed once on my iPad Pro.
Was working fine, then out of nowhere it will no longer start. It simply crashes on startup. It was good (but sort of slow) prior to this....please release an update so I can my money's worth for the subscription I purchased. Other magazines work fine in newsstand....just this one crashes. I'm on an iPad 1.
Downloaded off of iTunes Store as an $8.99 per year digital magazine but couldn't view more than the cover of the magazine. Also the "Opt out" link doesn't work to block future junk mail. Hope I can find a live link to get my money back. Really wanted the magazine, used to get it in paper.
