I really only used it real quick for the room service menu. Would be cool if they added a feature to order from the app instead of having to call it in. But it was still helpful.
Seems like just a front end to their website You have to login to the app and then when you want to do stuff in the app like book a room you have to login again to their website. Seems useless to me
Not able to view my “offers and events “ in the updated app. On the, “Foxwoods Rewards” page, it does not allow me to view all my offers. The page is stuck on the first 6 offers. Using a IPhone 12. Please debug.
This app has many issues… First the reward points don’t show on the account page. It has shown zero since the new update. Next, choice rewards don’t show up either, kinda pointless to have an app if nothing works. Then there is the double log-in needed to book a room. Why, I’ve already logged in? Lastly, there is no back button for any of the tabs. So if I click a reward offer to see what it is I need to start over because there is no back button. Worst app ever…
If I could give it zero stars I would! As previously mentioned by others, there is no way to see or manage your itinerary. Although, somehow I supposedly deleted some reservations for show tickets. Not sure how that happened when I can’t even see them! Go back to the old interface please!!!
App does the job. Sometimes a little slow. I would really like to see "Touch ID". All apps seem to offer this now. Let's face it there is no security risk with this app Gordon
After many years of lukewarm performance, this app is now useless. It will not accept my login credentials, even though they work fine thru my phone’s browser. It’s always been mediocre at best, now it’s just plain useless.
Foxwoods has been continuously emailing me promoting their hotels. Every time my wife and I try to take advantage of one of these offers there is never availability. Why send me emails with these promotions if you don’t have availability?
The latest update is terrible! Impossible to manage your players account and offers! Deleted the app, it’s a waste of time and space on my phone! Shame on you Foxwoods!

As a frequent player at Foxwoods, I have found beyond a doubt that the games with spinning reels are somehow being manipulated and controlled by live person(s) at the online casino control center. Foxwoods denies any controlling of reels other than " observing that the reels and games work correctly and that the spins and wagering are being recorded." Time and time again I find this not to be the case when I play, and examples of this are too numerous to list. The spins are not random as they claim, and I believe for many reasons, that they are being controlled by the private company handling the online casino. I find the experience at Foxwoods online casino disturbing as paying customers are being cheated and deceived. This is outrageous!!
With the millions of dollars Foxwoods is spending on renovating their hotels you'd think they'd put a few thousand into hiring someone to update this app. It never remembers you, so you have to input your Foxwoods card number and password every time, it randomly resets the screen while you're using it and is basically just grabbing their website and crunching it down into this app. Could definitely benefit from fingerprint login and having an app designer revamp. The only reason I give it two stars is because it allows you to check your point balance without going to a kiosk or login to the website that is not really smart phone compatible.
I recently updated the Foxwoods app (which worked perfectly fine) because I assumed that there were new security updates or features. There was not. They changed the look of the app but removed all the functionality that a rewards player needs to manage their account. ALL OF IT. You can see your itinerary, reservations, offers - nothing. It added functionality like an interactive Foxwoods map that is of ZERO use to someone who goes there all the time. I literally cannot believe that someone from the casino host department approved this change. It makes zero sense to alienate your most loyal players when new casinos are opening in the area. Disappointing.
I have been using this app for quite sometime and over the last 3 months any new game crashes. I have deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times(as suggested) and I have downloaded the app on a different device to see the same results. All existing old games/slots work with no issues. The moment I select a new game, it will crash the moment it loads the slot machine. Crashing screen leaves a spinning frozen circle and will eventually put me to my lock screen on my phone. Annoyed..
The new version of the app is awesome. There are no more crashes and I can book dinner reservations and buy show tickets from the app. I can also access my rewards account easily and quickly. Love the deals!
The app does not work to make dinner reservations. Does not connect with open table and you get errors that it can not connect to the server. I’ve tried multiple networks and same result for days. I call the restaurant and they do not return calls. It is impossible to get reservations and four in this app. Bad design
Love that it tells me what's going on daily, and I can check hotel availability very easily. Never have any problems with this app - Foxwoods is the best!
Their wifi is terrible (one bar out of three) so this app took 11 minutes to load. I only wanted a property map (since all online were burry) but it wouldn't load. Waste of time
