App was created 3 years ago. Only update ever was ONE YEAR AGO!!!! Great site, great prices, great selection.....BUT their app is awful, it’s as if a child made it. Half the links on their menu don’t work, “search” and “back” overlap each other so it’s a 50/50 shot you’ll get what you’re trying to click. Very clunky and unorganized. Needs a serious revamp. It honestly makes we want to shop else where do to how difficult it is to navigate your way around. Please simplify the app for us. I know I’m not the only one that knows changes need to be made. 3/5 stars All because it shows the company shows that there’s no room for improvement seeing how this is not new. I’ve had issues with the app since I downloaded 2 years ago. I will not be shopping here until we can get a simplified app. Doesn’t seem to be asking for much after seeing FrangranceNets net worth. I ran into this website looking for my favorite scents at discounted rates and I was ecstatic to have found one. I went and made my purchases immediately, and I was even more jubilant to have two-day shipping at my dispense. I waited for two days...nothing. Waited an extra day, thinking maybe there's a delay...nothing. Waited the 4th day, and didn't see anything so I contacted customer service via email which was another delay in itself - they reply with the same automated message and never directly provide you with a proper response in regards to your issue. They even had the shame to tell me that it was delivered (through their faulty carrier) when it wasn't and issued me a refund...a week after waiting for the item that never came, so that was another week of wait for the actual refund. Okay. So they told me to try the order again, which I did (sadly). And I'm laughing at this now, but the same exact thing happened all over. I'm actually waiting for yet another refund for the same order, same shipment. This was just overall terrible customer service, whether it was the company itself or the carrier. There is no such thing as two day shipping or any shipping. I made the attempt twice so take it from someone who made the mistake. I won't order from this business again.

OK so I just downloaded this app I first heard of this on the website because I was directly directed from a survey I did online but after reading the reviews that are about two years old got me wondering if this app is still having the same problems because I’m planning on subscribing or start purchasing on this app I want to stop using Scentbird because I think sunbird is a little too expensive so far this app got my attention so hopefully in the further future this app become become one of a kind for me of course. PS the good thing about this app is the coupons/etc. keep up the good work and please don’t mess it up.

I love FragranceNet, and I have ordered from them many times. I love their low prices. However, the app is not any easier to use than the mobile website. It is almost no different than if you put a safari shortcut to the mobile site, except for fact that sometimes it is actually a little slower than the mobile site. The only thing I see that is useful is there is a barcode scan feature that you can use to search for items. So unless you’re a frequent buyer, or you need this barcode scan feature, the app is not worth getting; you can just stick to the mobile or desktop site.

We ordered during Christmas of all times! Ordered December 14th in the evening (a Friday night) and had our substantial and I must say, very well packaged order just a few days later, on the morning of the 18th! I will continue to order from them. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is due to the plethora of emails after my purchase, which I had a difficult time opting out of, as the option is hidden in a paragraph. But that is worth the savings I received on the several perfumes we purchased. OH! They also have an app, which I am going to use today to order again! Super excellent product, at excellent prices!

I have ordered from this company for quite a few years and never had one problem. I love Angel and have had more people ask me, what are you wearing it is so divine. Men and women alike love this fragrance. I have never had any problems with the delivery never had any issues at all. Sometimes things happen that there is no answer for at all, once we put the order in, pay for it, and it is shipped we are at the mercy of the delivery gods. Stuff happens no one has control over, for what reason once mailed out 100 and 1 things could happen. Love love love angel it is wonderful.

Non existent customer service. Multiple emails, phone calls. I’ve got the order number. Confirming it was received. I have the financial transaction from my bank to show the money was taken out. Never got a tracking number and now when I check my order status it tells me there isn’t an order associated with that number....fishy real fishy. So I begin to read reviews and I’m not the only person this has happened to. This company must be a third party that doesn’t have these products in their possession do yourself a favor and just order from a reputable company with at least one physical storefront in the USA. Taking this complaint to my financial institution as it is the only option left to get my money back.

It looks exactly the same as the website, which is fine it but it doesn’t save the items you add to your shopping cart and always signs you out. It’s frustrating that I keep adding things to my cart to buy only to go back the next day and they’re all gone. They’re losing money because I’m tired of wasting time shopping for things that I know will disappear if I don’t buy them right then and there. This wouldn’t be an issue if there was a way to favorite items or add them to lists, but there isn’t. I love the items I’ve purchased, but am annoyed that I have to do it on a PC to save my cart.

I’ve been noticing lately that prices on certain items in the app aren’t the same as their website (before coupons and deals). There’s been several items same oz. etc. Ive see on the website or ads that the app has but for a higher price. No difference in the app item, same exact description it’ll just be 10-20 dollars more and I can’t find its reason. I love using FragranceNet but I hate have having to cross check itself.

I am very happy with my purchase. I ordered less than a week ago and my perfume arrived today. I ordered Escape by CC and it’s exactly what I remembered from my childhood. I would suggest using the website rather than this app. Many perfumes on this app are not available but are on the website. I had no issues and received some samples in my parcel. I will definitely by from this company again.

I do hate the fact that the app is slow to open using my internet data however the app it self is amazing, the prices are unbeatable, they have everything you can think of, their delivery is very reasonable, and they are authentic, i do recommend you to use this site and actually purchase thro them, i used it 3 times already and I’ll keep using it, i don’t go around to buy cologne anymore everything comes to my house. The app has continuously malfunctioned. I submit an order and think all is fine. I however never received an order confirmation email and they took my money. The order I submitted cannot be found in my order history and it looks like I never submitted the order because the items are in my cart when I relook. However, the order was submitted because again my money from my account was taken out of my account for the amount that the order came to. This isn’t good and I am seriously frustrated because when I try to call the customer service phone number no one ever answers.

I was supposed to get my order due to nov 1st, was out of town, my place is secure enough not to be stolen. I was constantly tracking the order and it said it was delivered, asked my good neighbor to check that out - nothing.. came back next day, waited 2 additional weeks meanwhile calling and emailing anywhere I could to find out what happened - order was worth about $300, nothing. Now I have no idea what should I do and how to get a refund - the crappiest service ever, they were trying to blame the Usps ppl that had no idea that the order was even supposed to be arriving to them... it didn’t happen before so that’s why without a fear I made the order. No what should I do?!

The only hang up I ever have with them is that I pay for expedited shipping and it’s like I might as well have just let it ship standard. A good selection at a variety of price points and it’s a great resource if you have your favorites already because it can save you so much money. But it’s genuinely the fact that you pay for expedited and it still takes so long that keeps me from freely recommending or using the app more frequently.

I have ordered from the company three times so far. The prices are crazy discounted and the selection is HUGE!!! Never had issues with payment or delivery of my items. Everything always comes thoughtfully wrapped and in wonderful condition. Shipping is usually 3-5 days (not counting weekends) which is more than fine with me to save as much money as I have. I will never go to the mall to purchase perfume again.

I started using this app and boom started having problems when it came to riding my my stuff, they would send me automated emails saying we need this and that( phone number, address, etc….) but they already had it in the system but still asking for the same thing. And the shipping does not come on the same day and the customer service does not work…. If you want to order from a better site try fragrancex it’s way better in my personal opinion and it’s cheaper If you start having problems cancel order and use a different site trust me and all the other reviews

I’ve ordered a handful of fragrances from fragrancenet and have not had any issues. My first fragrance had a delay in shipment and took about 2 weeks which was a concern, but every fragrance since has come within a week. One even arrived the next day! All with their free standard shipping. I get a rush blind buying fragrances and feagrancenet is definitely the way to go, especially for niche fragrances.

The experience with this app isn’t the best. It’s choppy and takes a while for screens to load. There’s also a problem with certain screens freezing. When it’s time to pay for perfumes, I had to close out the app for me to type my information in. There needs to be more work done to make it run more smoothly and make it prettier, too.

Love this website/app so much, heard it’s better to order from the website. I rated this a 2 in my last rating because I didn’t get my refund and my current order wasn’t shipping for like 4days. Everything is good now though. Really good offers for your fragrances, definitely gonna spend a lot more money on this website (not the app), the app is still fine :)

I order from fragrancenet a lot. Like, a lot. I don’t understand how they can’t manage to sync shopping carts between app & web site. The emailed coupons don’t work on the app, only the web site. Desired additional functionality: A wish or favorites list (honestly I can’t believe they don’t already have this) and a rewards program. Maybe even the ability to select a sample or two based on order amount (I don’t need another sample of the same third-rate fragrances I get with every order).

I have used this app for about 10 years. I see they have the updated version which I just changed to. Updating apps just as updating Apple software is necessary to make everything run right. BEWARE of you don’t have time like a month or two to wait for the items. Excited when find the wanted items in great price. On their website it says takes 4-7 business days for goods to arrive, now it’s been more than 2 weeks, which 11 business days and products haven’t even been shipped out. Now I’m leaving the country in two days but all I get is template response email reply from them that totally helpless, and the phone won’t get through in their eastern time business hours.

I ordered perfume and the bottle leaks CONSTANTLY! I emailed customer support, and never got a response. It leaks so much, that I have to keep a towel under the bottle at all times. Their prices are great, but at this rate I’ll only end up with half of what I bought. I gave it two stars because it at least still smells like the perfume I ordered. Might as well have paid full price and then I wouldn’t have to deal with a bottle of perfume leaking and spilling all over everything in my toiletry drawer.

I literally ordered a bottle of Britney Spears Midnight fragrance yesterday afternoon around 2:30PM and by 11:30AM today it was delivered to my door. I didn’t have to pay for overnight shipping or anything, I can’t believe how quick delivery is. Not only is the delivery super fast but they sent me all these great coupons and complimentary goodies with my perfume, I will be ordering with FragranceNet again for sure!!

Stumbled across them a few years ago because they sell my cologne, Creed Neroli Sauvage, at an enormous discount. The price is literally half (or even less) for a cologne that sells $400 a bottle. The prices were so low that it even made me question the authenticity. Ordered it despite that and sure enough, it's the real thing at a huge discount. Highly recommended.

I have actually just used it once but was quick getting here. I Love Beautiful, needless to say everyone complimented me. Now I can’t even smell anything , and I would really like to know what the newer ones are 😄😄I am downloading the app as I write this, because I am planning on ordering some for my husband 💯💯

Omg my first time ordering from ur company and I can say I order a lot of men’s fragrances and other things from other vendors but I’ve never seen or experienced a 10 star packaging and product until now way to go on ur superior frame of delivery I’m sold xoxo ur company rocks 🤘🏽

Use the app to look around and track my orders, but when I’m shopping, I have to go online to the website. Everybody should as well to avoid problems with this app. Just open the website on safari or chrome and shop. The app is only good for looking around and tracking orders. :) I love Fragrancenet.

I’ve purchased many perfumes from here and have not been disappointed yet. Most times they always have what I want and for a better price. They also send you coupons a lot. So make sure to sign up for text alerts.

I’m not sure why expected this app to function properly. Their website is horrible with the most counterproductive and antiquated websites I’ve seen in a long time. The app functions even worse. Search and filter options are a joke and to top it off… They don’t actually work. lol! They have great deals if you dont get frustrated and just find it somewhere else with less headache.

Do not use that apps. Lots of bugs. Website is better. Their website discount and apps discount doesn't match. Customer service is below average. They say if you buy something more than 50$ there is 2 days shipping which I never got. They used to post through usps before, now they're sending through FedEx. I used to get their products 5-7 days but my most recent purchase tracking shows it's gonna take more than 13 days. Other than that I always got authentic products.

I love this app, sure it’s a bit slow and choppy. But all the products are authentic and everything that I’ve order has always shipped no problems at all. And for the discounts they offer I really don’t mind the somewhat flawed app.

Love this and the variety the site has, even some old perfumes! My only thing is I wish there was a way to save my favorites so I can refer back later to purchase instead of searching all over again

You publish a telephone number for customer service and it is impossible to communicate with you, you leave one on hold for a long time until one gives up. What bad service you have, I don't think I will do business with you again. It is impossible to return something with them, they do not have good customer service.

This app is horrific! It never saves my shopping bag, it’s slow, clunky, and the buttons and search bar are way too high! I always end up hitting the button to take me to my previous app instead of the Back button, THATS how high the top bar is. And mid session my bag just empties after I’ve gone through pages and pages and added so many fragrances to my back. I’ll stick to the website.

I’ve been using this site for over 15 years and other than periodically being out of stock on some HTF fragrances, I’ve found the prices and selection to be excellent.

It’s so disappointing to get a wonderful perfume at such a great price but This app has 100% ruined that for me and 2 of my friends. It’s the worst site I have ever encountered!! I would normally not bother to write a review unless it was 3 or above. The reason for me going to this length is because I’m really hoping the company or and web developer will do a complete overhaul on this app so many of us can shop easily and not run into so many problems

This app is clean and pretty. The one problem which makes it terrible to use is the response from tapping the buttons. It will take a minute or two for it to respond to a command, whether it’s pressing BACK or opening a page. Took me forever just to checkout....if I wasn’t invested with everything that was already in my cart I would of gone back to the mobile browser. Too bad....

FragranceNet has the best prices around when it comes to fragrances, but I’ve had a couple bad experiences when receiving my products. I order from them a lot but lately there’s been some damages and unauthentic products being delivered. I’m going to find another source even if I have to pay a little more. I am not happy with what I’ve been receiving lately.

I have been wearing the same perfume since grade school; Promise me by Aeropostale this is the second time they discontinued it. This is the only place I can order it! So excited to have found somewhere to get my favorite perfume!

My momma put me on to fragrance net a while back and ever since? That’s where we get our perfume. Girlllll, I’m telling you, you will not regret it. Tracking updates, discount coupons, on time delivery. It’s amazing.

They just copy their website even they did not compatible for mobile application. I disappointed too much. I was expecting they add some new features but they just copy that website. Nothing new there. Especially they should add favorite list or save later. For example you chose some perfumes but you will not buy that time then when you login that website your bag is empty so that should be add favorites.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I placed an order - waited weeks. Nothing. No email confirmation, yet they charged my card. I ordered again to replace it and request cancellation of the first order. They said it was “too late.” Both eventually arrived but what a mess. Now I have to try and get the duplicate shipment refunded. Update: I proved I requested a refund repeatedly and they ignored it and send a return label repeatedly to the wrong email, then refused to make a full refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

I have saved so much money with this app. Even when things are on sale at the store, this app still runs less expensive. My collection of fragrances is quite large but I’m still collecting

Very legitimate source of getting great fragrance at a great price. First time I order it did take a while, but it was definitely worth the wait. 2nd order came in within a few business days.

So bad service that can’t help you with anything, when you call them they put you in hold long time and after that they says unavailable to help you in this time call again lol, if you want fix or change anything in your order you unavailable to do that and they can’t help you with anything don’t Waste your time with this people's make your shopping with another
