FP is the bomb with over 60 new items daily! The items range from clothes to home items. Live shows are almost every night but maybe one a week! FP carries clothing sized small to 3x! They do an awesome job of providing very detailed description of items and sizing ( fit advice). I am a plus size woman and its nice to find numerous brands that I can chose from; some boutiques only carry two or three plus vendors. I love having the latest shoes also available in size 11. They run numerous sales (cash back, % off, marked down) ! Let’s talk about a Matty sell items for .99 sometimes !!! They are very generous and donate portions of t-shirt sales at times to charity .They also donate to other causes ! I love that they share their family with us ! The boys are adorable ! They have hands down one of the best customer service departments for any sized business ! They are also very generous to customers with giveaways ! I am a FP Fanatic ❤️💙♥️❤️💙♥️Love FP!
I am addicted. Love love love Freckled Poppy. I have bought a ton of stuff. It’s so addicting and so hard not to buy more each day! Their app runs smoothly, is CONSTANTLY updated, is visually appealing, and offers SO MUCH detailed info on each item. Alex and Matty, the husband and wife duo that own and run the company, also do a tonnnn of lives and they are so adorable and friendly and fun! Even if you don’t end up purchasing during a live you’ll still enjoy having watched and participated. My one and only little thing is that I wish they shipped a bit faster. I buy from other boutiques and they always ship super fast- like within 3 days. FP takes a bit longer, but it’s always well worth the wait when you receive what you bought. Judy Blue jeans are amaaaaazingggg. In the end you can’t go wrong.
I’m so saddened by the customer service I was provided with today. I ordered over a week ago and asked when I should receive my items via email. I get a response from an actual person which was nice. An email here and back and I express how much I need my items as I’ll be leaving state on vacation for a good chunk of time. I’m then sent an automated message about their shipping process (if this doesn’t say “I don’t want to deal with you” idk what does!) also, I’m fully aware of the shipping as it’s clearly posted on their page and knew what to expect, except the fact that it’s not how it’s going down. I wish I would have read all the reviews about the company before I chose to purchase my Judy blooms from this boutique in particular. It’s seems as shipping is quite a problem for them. All of these 5 star ratings is to get into a drawing to get flashy items. Not surprising for a company such as this one. I will not be doing future business with them and will not suggest to my friends as well. (I have quite the following and I’m the guinea pig for this boutique as of right now 🥴) on to the next, be vigilant purchasing from freckled poppy!
I emailed customer service asking if I could return a gag gift I had purchased for my husband. He did not find it funny, and it was $45, so I sent the email to customer service. I had not opened the box and did not realize it contained unsealed products. I was told no. No problem. I understood once I realized the products were unsealed. I sent back a happy holidays email. I just watched the live from the night of my recent email. Alex mentions my email and made an cruel comment about why I must have needed the product. Women on the live responded with belittling comments and laughing emojis. I am in tears. This is not professional. Emails should be kept private, not used as fodder for cruelty at a customer’s expense. I have been a loyal customer, and Alex enjoyed a cruel joke at my expense during a live sale. I have spent hundreds of dollars at this boutique. I am not rich like Alex. Please don’t let this be you. This was cruel and humiliating, and I’m really sad about the whole thing. Remember that you never know what someone is going through, so why act this way toward a customer? Just be kind.
I understand you want to be your authentic self when you going on live sales but if an authentic self as an owner of a boutique where people are throwing gobs of money at you is to be rude, belittle, laugh at people, smirk, and talk crap about customers or people on your live… don’t bring your authentic self. I wish she’d just let the comments go and not feel like she needs to talk about to them and be rude. You’re putting yourself out there and people are commenting and asking question, just skip it if you don’t like it. As someone who always watches, it’s nails on a chalkboard to experience her mean remarks and I cannot stand when them other customers go after the one Alex doesn’t care for. It’s a bully move. You have a platform, be happy, and be nice. Shouldn’t be that hard as your watching the $$$$ come rolling in as you’re live on the screen. Hurts to see such a pretty girl act so mean and nasty. Also - stop saying your Judy blues largest buyer… you’re not. I’ve seen jeans at other stores months earlier than when you get them. And it’s cheaper.
Alex and Matty are seriously the best. I love their lives and definitely look forward to watching them even if I can’t buy anything. They are so honest and transparent that you know what to expect especially during hard times. As far as their customer service goes, they literally blow me away with their kindness and generosity. Their virtual assistants are freaking amazing and I think the longest I have ever had to wait for a response was a few hours. They go above and beyond for their customers. I also love the fact that I can trust Alex on her sizing recommendations especially with jeans. #TrustAlex. She has never steered me wrong with sizing and that is not something that I can say about all boutiques I’ve shopped with. Thanks for creating such a wonderful uplifting group Matty and Alex ❤️❤️❤️
I use to support freckled poppy. I shopped over 3 years, spent thousands and thousands of money, and never missed a live. Over the years I’ve watched employees leave, followers get bullied by Alex or by other followers who worship her, and now she posts people’s profiles on social media when they are getting blasted for reviews so they get hounded . They pride on customer service which I think is terrible. They give generic responses about vendor box. They should check because not all vendors live are 20% cash back. If you get an item not right from vendors too bad they are final sale. Waited over 2 months for a vendor order. And if you order for Christmas, watch out, they can’t guarantee even if on live sale they say it will be on time for Christmas. But of course, no refund. Deal with it. Maybe they should figure it out with the vendors to give more timely and accurate shipping times. Oh yes, read the read me tab!! I’m done with them. I have found more kind, honest, and grateful boutiques out there.
A friend introduced me to FP.. I was kinda skeptical about shopping online at first .. Glad I took the plunge and placed a order with them.. I’m addicted now ! Everything I’ve received is good quality. Customer service is amazing , best customer service I’ve came across in along time. They reply in a timely manor and are very professional ! I love watching the lives with the ladies and I absolutely love the night time lives with Alex & Matty … They are so funny and are spot on with size advice.. I couldn’t be happier shopping with them.. I always receive my orders fairly quick as well , considering we’re still in the middle of a pandemic. I have no idea how this place has ratings as high as it does. The owner acts like a teenaged mean girl on the lives, making rude and belittling comments to anyone who dares to ask a question. I was stunned that a business owner would be so hateful to anyone, let alone potential customers. And their shipping- I placed three orders 12 days ago that still haven’t shipped. They tell me it’s due to a backlog from a big sale they had a month ago. Perhaps they should update the shipping info in their app that says 2-4 business days. Sounds more like people don’t want to work for this person and so they’re short-handed. I’ve also discovered LOTS of boutiques that are cheaper and have super quick shipping and nice owners and employees. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere in the future and I’ll be disputing with my credit card company if my orders aren’t shipped VERY soon. I won’t be spending another dime here!
This husband wife duo have created much more than just a small boutique. They created a community where women uplift eachother, celebrate all body types and allow us embrace our differences. All pictures are extremely detailed, fit videos are the BOMB and most importantly they are extremely honest with sizing. Their return policy is amazing and their customer service is unlike any other shop. Oh ... and I should add, their pricing is also amazing. Same merchandise in other boutiques is usually more money and a larger shipping fee. Can’t go wrong with Freckled Poppy!!! So happy I found them.
I tried to get into this “boutique “ which is Actually not what I’d consider a boutique when it’s grown to the size it is. Alex and Matty are BOTH Terrible humans. Alex and her mean girls pick on costumers during lives & on FB regularly if anyone dares to ask a question they don’t like or critique anything. Matty and her run a Terrible warehouse where they treat their employees like animals. Don’t believe me look them up on Glassdoor, indeed or Reddit has Plenty to prove these people do Not deserve Anyone’s money. They have so many scammy things they pull to make you keep their overpriced cheap in many cases bootleg clothing. Seriously I’ve never followed so much “fit advice” from anywhere else and ended up with over 9pairs jeans/shorts that fit or remind me of something you would get off of Temu. Guess what if their own fit advice is off and you received during any type of sale and or as credit you’re not getting to return and they’ll call it a final sale🙄 Seriously spend your money at one of them Thousands of Decent real boutiques that have Kind, Humane, Honest and customer service oriented non bully owners because this isn’t it. I bet when she runs out of foolish young girls she pays (some of the lucky ones from what I heard) and manipulates into behaving like brand ambassadors she’ll be out of business.
The owner of this “company” is the rudest, most judgmental person I have ever encountered! Her whole “thing” is to “spread kindness” but she belittles people, is so rude, and talks crap about her “customers” on their lives! She comments on her lists on Facebook and hides her rudeness with emojis and saying “lol”! And omg if you ask the same question be prepared to be barked at! I have stopped shopping with them for awhile and I’ll never look back! There are by far better boutiques that are selling the same brands for a much better price and your not made to feel bad about yourself!! Your confidence will take a huge hit if you shop with them and you will spend twice the amount of money then other boutiques! There policies are bogus and there staff is just as rude and judgmental as she is! Will continue telling people to stay away and will do my best to make a complaint to the BBB!!
Literally the worst boutique. I’ve ordered my last from them. Beginning with the absolute rudest person in Alex, the owner, to the worst customer service. Shipping takes months and they will lie and say it doesn’t. I waited for an order for two months and when I finally got it, it had the wrong item. They replied back we refunded you and the item we sent is on us. I wouldn’t wear the item they sent me ever! They think offering 20% off of a vendor box is doing you a favor even if it takes forever to ship and then half the time you don’t get the items you ordered. They brag about how great they are and the lives are a hang out session for mean girls. They don’t care about bad reviews and people leaving because they have so many other customers. This company is the WORST!
I’ve been shopping from Freckled Poppy since they first opened business, and they’ve always had beautiful, high-quality clothes. That being said, they’ve become an ESSENTIAL for Covid and Post-Covid life. Most brick and mortar stores aren’t allowing customers to try on clothes right now, and eww, I don’t really want to try things on in the stores right now either. So, the videos of Alex and some of their other employees modeling clothes has been a necessity. They have models of all shapes and sizes, and include that model’s usual size + what size they are in that clothing item. Online shopping can be dicey sometimes but I always trust that what I’m buying from Freckled Poppy will fit perfectly. The app is very streamlined, makes it very easy to find what I want. They also sell cute accessories and delicious snacks, so that’s a plus. And the owners are fantastic people! I would get this app and this store more than 10/10 stars if I could.
I purchased over $500 of merchandise from this boutique this week. My last order was about $45 and I was charged shipping. I contacted customer service inquiring why I would be charged shipping twice, especially when nothing has even shipped yet?! This was their response, “We do offer free shipping if your single order is over $150 or if you order exactly within 24 hours of your last order. We are not able to give credit for the shipping charge.” They wouldn’t budge! As if they couldn’t just throw the shirt in the package of the multiple other things I ordered this week?!? I’ve never heard of such craziness. I’ll never purchase from this boutique again, hope those shipping charges were worth it to you!

Shipping was backed up when I ordered due a holiday and other factors. I didn’t see this when I placed my initial order. I emailed the company, got a response on the weekend very quickly and they were kind enough to help get my order to me in time for my vacation despite my oversight. I received my order in time and loved everything I got so much I ordered again right away twice as much as I bought the first time! Earned a long time customer on the first shot!
Just want to start with this app and the people that sell freckled poppy is amazing I have ordered 2x now the first order was way to big I reached out they responded very quick I could not return them but I understood cause it was a sale! I ordered just the other day hoping my jeans would be here in time for a Reba concert and they would not be so I emailed the company and they expressed shipped my order for no extra money to ensure I would have my pants I can’t say anything bad about this company they are just absolutely amazing!!!!
At first they are entertaining to watch… then you start noticing the “mean girls” attitude and Alex is the ring leader. They do not discourage bullying and it’s rampant all over their Facebook page. This is where all the mean girls that you went to HS shop and they have not lost they mentality, they are a pack. Like others have mentioned the shipping in lengthy and rarely out when promised. I can deal with the shipping but I can’t deal with the attitudes. The prices aren’t great. The customer service is responsive. I would rather spend my hard earned money where it’s truly appreciated instead of people that are constantly flaunting the luxuries they have and have to listen to the fan girls that think they are all friends, it’s a business. And a poorly managed one at that.

All the items I got fit exactly right and the sizing guides for each item are spot on. Sizes are modeled on all different body types so you can see what it actually looks like and makes picking out the right size much easy. The items were shipped according to their shipping info page. People that don’t read the shipping timeframe on their page are likely the ones with negative comments, business days people! Love shopping with Freckled Poppy!
I understand the vendor box concept of selling items you aren’t yet carrying. But if you are advertising 10-15 business days it should not take 8 weeks to ship those items. I ordered stuff a week before halloween and it won’t arrive by Christmas at this rate. And they act like you’re ridiculous to be annoyed that now you have to go spend more money on gifts because they cannot meet the timelines they set. Don’t presale items if you can’t deliver them within a month. It’s frankly irresponsible to expect customers to wait multiple months and deflect any responsibility or accountability because they got a discount.
Freckled Poppy is the best clothing boutique out there. They are fun and inclusive. Lots of amazing brands. One the best customer service out there for any company. They answer questions in minutes to hours and have the response you needed vs other experiences at other boutiques where it’s 2 weeks of back and forth to get a bad out come. This has become the only boutique I follow and don’t bother with big corporate companies anymore.
I’ve had amazing experiences when ordering from this boutique. There are a few times that I’ve had order/product issues. Customer service is super quick in responded and went way above and beyond what I expected when reconciling the issues. I’m also thankful that they carry plus size in any item they can. Some boutiques I’ve come across only offer regular sizing.
I was able to meet Alex and Matty a couple years ago at a training they hosted. I was instantly drawn to the connection between the two of them and their infectious personalities. Since that time I’ve followed them on their journey with Freckled Poppy. This app is so easy to use and is always updated. It’s filled with amazing pieces hand selected by these two awesome beings! The Laigles and the Freckled Poppy team are absolutely amazing. They put so much time and effort into making sure we have affordable, top quality items. I love the fit videos! I absolutely love the app, the lives, the deals, all of it. Alex’s fit advice on denim is perfect and something you just don’t get when shopping other online boutiques. It’s spot on. However, they lose 2 stars on shipping speeds. I understand the vendor box shipping speed, that’s perfectly understandable, but in-stock shipping still takes two weeks most times. I love the items, people and for advice enough to keep shopping but just a warning to all new people, be prepared for very slow shipping.

The customer service is also superior to any other clothing retailer I have shopped. The virtual assistants are amazingly helpful and so quick to respond. This app makes it so easy to shop. Just click on your item and look up your sizing info and color options. Love that it posts pictures of all different body styles in the item and shows pictures of outfits you can put together! You can easily add/remove items to your waitlist and you can preauthorize it so if it comes back in stock you don’t have to worry about missing out.
If the amazing, on trend clothing aren’t enough to keep you coming back (which they are!) the customer service, sizing advice (always SPOT ON) and REAL people will keep this app a favorite! Alex and Marty are the best online boutique that I’ve experienced! Very friendly. On the App, they never put the “original” photo, they take the time to actually try on, model and capture each and every article of clothing on different body types you can actually see how each piece looks and wears. I don’t know any other boutique that actually takes the time to do that for their customers.
Their website claims they take returns unless they are marked as final sale. However, they frequently apply a cash back credit to your orders, which you aren’t notified of until after your purchase, and then they claim this counts as a final sale item and will refuse your refund. Very unhappy with the shady policies. They sell clothes for goodness sake. These things need to be tried on as they all fit differently. It’s not worth gambling on something fitting when it’s a surprise if they will refund you or not. Will not shop here again.
I’m going to be as objective as possible and say that the products I received exceeded my expectations in quality, fit, price, packaging, and shipping time. I’m extremely happy with my purchase, and will likely purchase from this boutique again very soon. I’m glad CommentSold is able to bring these boutique apps to people like me who choose not to participate in social media.
Awesomeness, positive vibes and the clothes and environment really make women feel great about themselves. The fit videos are exceptional. I hate dressing rooms and when I shop at FP it takes away all the guess work and frustration. The quality of material is outstanding and coming from “a big city” to this small town I hated driving 2 hours to shop for items I was used to. The customer service is great too.
This app is so great because it allows you to view items in a previous live video simply by clicking on the item. It takes you directly to the item you want to view without having to rewatch the entire video. It’s sweet because you can also manipulate the video and go back 10 seconds or skip forward. It’s a genius app FR!
Alex and Matty are very informative and bend over backwards to help in any way they can do that you have an enjoyable buying experience. They also have a great team that works with them to make sure items ship out quickly and are to the customers liking. Returns are super easy and you will most definitely be a happy customer!
They take more than a month to ship (website states within 10 business days) no it’s more than a month. I bought a “last sale item” I never got that item and forgotten about it. I accidentally ordered them again. I email CS quickly and ask them to remove just one pair of the jeans because it had been 3 weeks and I hadn’t gotten my item, I’d forgotten about it so I accidentally ordered the same item again. (I was ordering quite a bit back to school shopping so one item just kinda slipped by me) They told me they can’t to keep it fair for all customers. I told them the item hasn’t even shipped, it isn’t even in my Possession so it isn’t even my item yet. I pleaded with them, they still refused. I’m now on my 3rd Payment with my orders and I still haven’t gotten my items. I do Sezzle which is pay every 2 weeks if that tells you anything.
I have been a customer since the beginning of Freckled Poppy, but recently feel like they deceived customers with their $1 Judy Blues offer. The instructions posted noted you must spend over $100 before tax and shipping to qualify. I followed the rules and did t receive the jeans so I reached out to customer service and was told I didn’t qualify for the offer. Feels like they just wanted the money and no longer put customer first.
As a shopper, I love the variety and quality of clothing carried by Freckled Poppy. Their customer service is top notch. I love when they do mystery purchases as they sometimes take me outside of my comfort zone. As a mom, I love that Alex and Matt put family first. They treat their staff like family which is a rare thing to find with employers. Alex and Matt are just amazing people and I’m so glad I found them.
This app is designed really poorly and makes me question the legitimacy of the company. You cannot filter for anything but size, and the search feature is useless. I attempted to search something as specific as “dress” and it did not filter out anything. There are no categories to choose from. I’ve never seen anything like this from such a large entity. For a store that adds so many new items daily, how is there not a better app in place? I don’t know how anyone finds anything here. It’s bizarre.
Alex and Matty and their crew bend over backward to provide all the information and sizing hints to make ordering easy. On line can be such a guessing game but they make sure that the fit of every item and the qualities of the materials is explained so it is hard to go wrong. Have lived every item I have purchased. On top of that their lives are always fun.

I love the clothes! The selection you have is endless, I even have several friends now shopping on your site. The energy is great! The one thing that I find to be a little disappointing is your shipping time. I order from a lot of venders and get my purchases within a week and they are all over the country. I understand that Covid is an issue but I think that an order placed on 11/18 should have been shipped out already.
