I've signed in 4 times now after getting an email for a coupon. I'm still not in. Why must I sign in every time there is an app update? Why can't I stay signed in? And why when I clip a coupon do I get a pop up saying "yay you clipped this coupon!" It's exhausting to use this app that needs so much attention.
I think of you as the healthiest grocer in the Columbus Ohio area. I am aghast that you would bow to carrying Bill Gates the eugenicist’shorrible products. You realize he has already made malaria and typhoid vaccines for the people of Kenya so they will be infertile ‼️Do you know how these Impossible products are made? They use animal cancer cells because they divide fast. This is what you want to put in your store! My friends and I are ready to look elsewhere to shop if you are going to continue to handle this line. People that don’t know any better are going to buy it thinking it’s a healthy alternative when scientists don’t even know what long range harm it’s going to do to humans. Not very smart of you.😡
Only giving 2 stars because the store staff is so helpful and kind and they deserve 5 stars all the way. The app however is the worst! So hard to find things and checkout is cumbersome. Weirdly I always receive a text confirming that my order is received, but NEVER receive the text that my order is ready in advance and have to go to the email and call the store when I arrive. This is annoying for me and although they never say anything, it has to be annoying for the store staff as well. After my order is picked up already, I get several texts back to back asking if I’ve picked up my order and then asking for a review. Please, please fix this! And please work on fixing the shopping in the app as well to make it more user friendly!
I am a mom to 3 young children so online grocery shopping is a major time saver. This app is horrible compared to other stores, and not even nationwide ones. We don’t have a Whole Foods by us or we would go there so Fresh Thyme is the next best option in our area but bringing the kids out to grocery shop is a hassle and ordering online doesn’t accept EBT cards so we usually cut our losses and shop elsewhere unless I can have a child-free shopping experience when my husband isn’t working. If you guys would figure out the app or online ordering system we would shop here weekly rather than every over month!
They put out a major update of this app a few months ago, and it’s the worst decision they’ve ever made. It constantly logs me out and changes my store. The coupons page never opens and gives me an error, so I can’t even clip coupons to use in the store. If I have a MyThyme account, why aren’t coupons automatically applied when I enter my number at checkout?? Another issue is that the deep links in emails don’t open in the app, and instead open in the browser on my phone and force me to login. It’s 2024 - apps are not new, these issues should not exist.
This is the worst app for any business I have EVER used. I am continually so frustrated by this app. I have put multiple items away at checkout when I realize my clipped coupons are not applying for some reason (it is always a different issue with this app) To reiterate: this app ACTIVELY stops me from making purchases and does so for many others. I have no idea why this app hasn’t been fixed yet. It is an absolute nightmare and just creates obstacles instead of being remotely helpful. Everyone I know struggles with this mess of an app and it slows down checkout during sale weeks because everyone is asking for help trying to get it to work!!! I have no idea why Fresh Thyme is ignoring what a nightmare this app is. A change is long overdue. Don’t even bother with this app, just consider the digital coupons false marketing.
I have had this app for over a year and only successfully used it ONCE for coupons. Every other time it has not let me log on. And won’t let me reset my password. The help desk responded quickly but… gave me a canned response with do all of the air 101 things on your side ( cache, spam). Which of course were already done. I have missed out on weekly specials and $5 coupons repeatedly. I suppose the next time I’ll just ask the store manager to honor them since I can’t actually clip. Ridiculous
I don’t understand why it is so difficult to navigate your sites. I usually end up calling the store to get my answers. They generally report that they are ‘having problems with the website’. Hopefully this will be fixed soon, it’s been a problem for months and I’d like to shop at FT more often but I don’t want to make the 30+ min drive without knowing if things are available. Thanks.
I am a frequent user of apps from quite a few grocery stores, so I have a lot of experience using these apps. This is far and away the worst app for any grocery store anywhere. I have been locked out of my app on several occasions while approaching the checkout counter. I can’t sign in, because I don’t have the right password. The link to set up a new password doesn’t arrive in my gmail. There is no option to use Face ID. Awful awful awful.
The app repeatedly keeps signing me out. Now even when I enter the correct login information it tells me it is wrong. When I try to create a new password it says they are emailing me a link to do this and I never receive an email. I don’t understand why they can’t get their act together. It’s as if they give you a loyalty card and digital coupons but they don’t want you to use them. Never have this problem with my Kroger app.
This is one of the worst shopping apps I’ve encountered. The app fails to recognize my user ID and password from one session to the next. The only work around I’ve found is to enter my my user ID and then select the Forgot Password option and “create” a new password. This is in spite of the fact that I use a password manager to keep a record of all my passwords and can copy and paste. I’m done messing with this app and have deleted it from my devices.
This app is very trying. I have only shopped in the Naperville store and yet it is always transferring me to Downers Grove or some other location. I correct it and within minutes it had reverted to another location.
I used to like this app. I enjoyed looking up coupons and clipping them. Recently, though, I can no longer log into my account. I click forgot password, and I don’t get a recovery email. I try to register a new account, it says my phone number is already attached to an account. The other day I saw fruit that was on sale with a clipped coupon. Too bad the app doesn’t function well enough for me to clip it.
This app shows promise, however, there’s some work to do. I constantly get signed out of it. The search option for the coupons could be made a lot easier. Currently, I can’t even get the coupon portion to open. Half the time a worker will just take the money off for me at the register and complain about the app as well.
I love shopping at fresh thyme, can always rely on quality food and ingredients. However quality is lackluster when it comes to the app, please update the app and make it more user friendly! Would love a store navigator like other grocery stores have to help find items when shopping in person! Or item availability.
This app is terrible. It won’t take my log on and when I request to change my password it says an email is being sent but never is. If I try to register it recognizes that I already have an account. This app is very frustrating. How am I to get the digital coupons if I can’t get logged in???
I have tried to get the app for this store three or four times over. One of those times was having the cash register person try to help me out. They couldn’t do it either. I might maybe after I sleep on it for a few weeks try again. But trust me, it will be my last time. And that will include no longer shopping at the store If I cannot take advantage of the digital coupons as advertised. Then I’m not going to torment myself by trying to get this app. I like the store. But I will no longer shop there if this can’t be fixed or made easier. It’s not worth a 35 mile trip one direction It used to be no longer This is not customer friendly
Apparently the number was entered incorrectly by ME. Trying to update for the past hour to view something I had purchased in the last 10 days. Impossible. And prices have soared. Frankly, one can purchase most of the exact items from other locations.
This app wasn’t updated by anyone who shops for groceries. No longer able to search for coupons by category; produce, meats, breakfast etc. I don’t own a pet but must scroll through pet food coupons to get to human food. Why must I scroll through Health & Beauty if I’m not interested in those products?
I love shopping at Fresh Thyme! Easy in and out, fresh food, good sales, nice employees. I live 25 mins from our closest store but it’s worth it. The app has been a problem since the upgrade but I think they have it. The store is great!
This is the worst app I have ever used or tried to use. I keep going in circles. I have asked the cashiers for help, but that just slows down the checkout line. And the cashiers don’t always get it right and call others for help. If you can’t make it easy to use just do away with the app and make the sale prices good for everyone.
Love the store and the employees but the app is a pain. Frequently it won’t display my loyalty barcode unless I log in. Plus I can’t find promos! Store, produce , prices and staff get 6 stars! Please develop a frequent shopper card for quick scanning. Even sending a review is annoying. Fire your programmer!
I buy the cut up watermelon because at 85 I’m not able to handle cutting up a watermelon. Sad fact is I have to throw out about a third of Fresh Tymes cut up melon because instead of bring all red sweet watermelon about a third is white core!
This is single-handedly the worst app ever. It makes you log in every time you go to store, and once logged in it doesn’t recognize you nor your loyalty card anyway. Plus coupons cant be accessed most of the time and if you get to them they no longer can be sorted. All this creates much frustration at check out.
Terrible app. Super laggy on newest iPhone, can’t view all products, doesn’t show coupons, and relies on using web version of the site to order. This app needs to be rebuilt from bottom up to focus on online ordering and the cheapest team from India you got needs to be fired and you need to hire people that are capable of building apps.
Digital coupons advertised in the flyers don’t show up to clip. Doesn’t ever honor the conditional sales, like spend 50 get 10 off. Fails to keep track of your purchases. Not sure what it’s actually good for except for maybe giving FreshThyme your information. Deleting it, not worth wasting the storage space on your phone.
Tried to login to download coupons to my account. Response was”email or password incorrect”. So I requested password change from which was emailed to me. Filled it out and submitted and received response that “password successfully changed “. Tried to login and received response: “email or password are incorrect.”
How do I update password? There is no option whatsoever in the settings. I don’t understand. Also, no way to contact customer support wether you try online, which won’t redirect me anywhere, or in the app, which has not even an option for it. I love the store, but app is not very good.
I have no idea what the purpose of this app is. The main thing I’m looking for in store apps is the location of particular products. I do this with Kroger and Walmart apps and they work pretty well. As far as I can tell, that critical feature is not available in this app. Step up your game Fresh Thyme.
I’ve experienced repeated issues with the app signing me out. It’s not user friendly and the repeated issues cause me to not use it and I avoid the store. With all of the negative reviews here, if they cared about the shopper, these would be addressed. Obviously they do not. I’ve moved on.
If I find something in the app or the ad, I want to be able to highlight it there and add to my list or my cart, with the functionality to increase or decrease quantities.
I have not been able to use the app for a couple of weeks and have been unable to clip coupons or get specials. It’s very frustrating and happens way too frequently.
So far, nothing I enter in the app shows up. Must be awful to have an empty store..almost as bad as having a crappy app that alienates customers and, in its incompetence, urges them to shop elsewhere. Do better!
When I close the application and leave closed for a period of time I am unable to log back in and must reset password. Kind of ridicules…. So, I am gonna quit using it.
Don’t even bother downloading this app. You can’t enlarge ad pages let alone get to the ad to view the pages. They are blurry and the rewards are also a joke.
You have the absolute worst web site I have encountered. Whoever is responsible for this portion of you business model needs to be replaced. In today’s world, a 6 year old could do better.
I gave you a 1 because zero was not option. You run great ads with no product. A waste of time to shop your store. No raincheck for out of stock sale item. Back to Kroger
Coupons don’t work. App doesn’t work in store. Name and membership number does t even come up. Clerk is frustrated. Says doesn’t work with iPhone anymore.
This is a horrible app!! Very user unfriendly. You need to have better coupon clipping! I want to be able to delete the coupons I won’t use. I don’t want to see them every time I have to clip coupons!! Categories should be all individual instead all strung together! Makes you not even want to shop at Fresh Thyme because of the hassle!!
