Best app ever!!! 😍✨⭐️

I have used other apps from big names but nothing compares to Fresha! Fresha has completely changed the way I do business! It is simple to use and its graphics are AMAZING! Fresha helps me save money as I can promote my business on the Marketplace without paying any extra fees for Marketing. My clients can book online through Fresha app and they can manage their own bookings without having to call me each time. Not only that saves me money, but it also saves me and my clients a LOT of time which means I can dedicate more time to do what I love the most and to spend more time with clients when they come to me. My clients simply LOVE IT so do I !!!❤️😍 I highly recommend it to all salon owners worldwide! You will never regret it! 👍

Basics not working, no support response

My provider uses this to manage bookings but the functionality has not improved but rather declined. The reminder texts used to include the link to my booking but it no longer does; she changed nothing on her side. In addition, on the client side, none of her services/prices show AT ALL in the “book now” section. I cannot book anything via the app with her, nor check cost of services. When I reached out to their support I got a response email asking for the details I included in the initial email. I responded with that info. I then got a second email two days later stating “since we haven’t heard from you…” I sent a THIRD email with screen shot showing I responded. I have now heard nothing more. My provider pays (and I indirectly pay) for this app that doesn’t work. Not her fault; they don’t provide support to her neither. (She suggested the support email in the first place since they’ve been so unresponsive to her)

Kim has done my lashes for over two years now and I never leave disappointed. She really cares about her clients not just the service she provides but if it’s not the best choice for you she will guide you through to help you make the best decision. Kim is always 5 stars and above!!

Hard No

I’m a salon professional and I’ve used several apps for both booking and payment. This one is the absolute WORST of all! There does not seem to be any tech support, in my case I could not sync my business account on the app, and no matter how many times I emailed, they responded with “ we are experiencing higher than usual customer support issues and will get to you maybe never- please check our FAQ section” which doesn’t help. They tell you to describe the issue in detail, so now I’m getting emails ( from my replies!) that say they aren’t hearing back from me, so my issue must be resolved. Well, it’s not! I deleted their app and I’m moving to another Salon booking software system. Don’t fall for this junk!

Appointment list

On the appointment list it would be helpful to have a description of what service it’s for instead of saying 1 or 2 items. It would make rescheduling appointments for the same service easier, so you wouldn’t have to tap into it to see what the service is for, then have to go back to each one to see which one you need to reschedule, if you have multiple appointments but some could be a pedi and some a mani.

I liked it! But now it won’t open :(

I used this app all the time for my local nail salon but now the app just stays in the white screen after the update and won’t load? I’m not sure if the recent update caused this or what but I miss being able to use it!

I do not like having a credit card on file with any app online. I generally pay cash at the time services are rendered, and I don’t appreciate not being able to schedule without it. I understand your cancellation policy, but you don’t have a policy for people having to wait for their services when they have a scheduled appointment time. I might as well be a walk-in from the street if a walk-in runs over into my scheduled appointment.

I Love Ana ! Great Service

I absolutely love Ana. She is very knowledgeable about her craft and has given me great recommendations. I have been going to her for about 2 years and as a black woman it was important to me to find someone who knows skin and Ana knows skin! I trust her with my melanin 🤎.

Best and easiest way to book appointments

Stress free booking that is easy and convenient. You can book your appointment whenever it is convenient for you and receive confirmation of your appointment. Love it!

Lashes

Absolutely thrilled with the eyelash extensions I got at this salon! The work is excellent, and my lashes look fabulous. I couldn't be happier with the results. Highly recommend their lash services!

Doesn’t work

I was randomly logged out, and when I tried to log back in, my password was no longer working. When I tried to update my password through the app, I got an error message with no additional information. I had to call my barber and just schedule over the phone, this app doesn’t work.

Most annoying app

This app barely ever works, it’s always stuck on the fresha logo and won’t even go past it. Have sat and waited 10 minutes before it finally worked... get it working better and faster. It’s very buggy and horrible to use. My clients always get a call from their banks about fraud when trying to add their cards to their appointments... it’s very frustrating..

This app is retry useless when shops don’t stick their appointments. Not trust worthy.

No way to add a gift card to payment

Downloaded this app after receiving a gift card as a gift. I can’t load it in payment options but the salon wants a non refundable deposit from a credit card. Defeats the purpose of giving a gift card if the recipient has to pay to use it.

Basic features missing

Annoying you can’t turn off just the rating notification in app. And that you can’t click on the date to add it to your calendar.. basic features.

No Apple Pay

This app required me to provide my credit card to book an appointment. It both wouldn’t accept Apple Pay, nor would accept my Apple Card. Why is this app even on this platform?

No Apple Calendar/Reminder integration

Seems like a lay-up from app dev perspective. Not sure why it is missing... it would benefit both customer and business as it lessens chance of missed appointments.

Bookings don’t work

Interface is easy to use and pretty, but each time I tried to make a booking the app just says “unauthorized”. Not functional at all.

Worst App Ever

Used for about three months to book my appointments at my nail salon. Now I’m blocked because app thinks I’m not a real person.RIDICULOUS! Also now changing my appointments with my authorization. Won’t use APP and if salon continues to use this App I may have to move on. WORST APP EVER!!!!
