It dumped my claim several times, failed to upload pics, then keeps crashing when I attempt to upload pics. Too bad they didn’t take the time to make it work. Hoping they don’t give me as much runaround with my claim as their app has.
Won’t open my policy or any of my information to review my account. Very disappointed as I just got an email with new policy documents and the website isn’t working either
Unable to access Home, Details, Billing pages after this revision. The following message appears repeatedly: There is an error fetching your policies. You can try again by pressing the button below. “Try Again” This issue is the same on both the iPhone and iPad I’m attempting to us the app on.
