It seems that every other day I have issues logging in. I have my phone set for face recognition and still have issues. I am trying to reset my password and still nothing. If the system is down for maintenance, please say maintenance, not unable to access. I don’t know if it’s me, my password or something else preventing me from signing on. I’ve also tried to use Bank By phone for my second account and it’s telling me it cannot recognize my Social Security number, so now I can’t get a balance on that account.
If you close the app like every other app (swiping it away), you lock yourself out. I’ve had to reset my password dozens of times, and dozens of calls to customer service to grant me access. Logging completely out, and having to set up Face ID every time you log back in is a PITA. You also need to re-input everything if you want to use Zelle. I’m switching banks solely because the app is broken.
I love the app and how quick they it is to let me know about my money more going then coming in lol but seriously I can not find zelle for the life of me on the app nor can I even access the account on the website, please fix this issue!!!
I have an old iphone and the new update for the application is not compatible. (A small inconvenience... I can not access from my phone so I have to make sure before I leave from home to check from my pc, & if I am in a hurry,THAT will not happen)!
Every time I try to use the app it direct me to upgrade. When I click upgrade it tells me to open the app and I go back to the request to upgrade. I can’t upgrade
I would have given it no stars if I could. Can’t find Zelle. Can’t do internal transfers. And it’s always locking me out. This app needs a serious update.
The old app was much better! Why did we lose the "Pending" designations on the transactions list? Before you used to be able to see what transactions were still pending. Now it looks like every transaction has cleared. Bring back the old version! I have to log onto the website to see Pending transactions!
Very upset and disappointed!! Want the old version back immediately!! No more pending transactions and most transactions take a day or two to show up. Old version never had any problems with. Please fix asap! Thanks. Unsatisfied customer.
