Gosh! This is really awful. I have been with Fullslate for years and loved the app. Fast, easy, user friendly. This new app is awful. Can’t see your open slots, too much redundant information to fill in to schedule an appt, can only view a week at a glance, and worst of all, it won’t even list all of my services, ironically is only listing the one I use the least. I have been going back and forth with tech support for weeks now with no improvements. I am 100% frustrated and have to borrow a laptop to schedule my clients because I didn’t keep the old app version. BIG MISTAKE! When I asked tech support to send me the link to the old app version, I never heard back. I have zero time to be hanging on the line with tech support to resolve issues that shouldn’t even be issues. JUST GIVE ME THE OLD APP BACK! All of this testing should have been done LONG before releasing the new app to your customers!
I agree with LecFam. Redundant, difficult to see open appointments. I am the only user on my phone yet I have to always tell it which provider to schedule. I cannot scroll through the days. I have to pick each one to look at it separately. To set a time, you have to pick the exact minute you’re going to start and end by scrolling through every single minute like setting an alarm. It does not set the amount of time assigned to a particular service that I’ve preset as it does on a computer or the website. I see my 60 day “trial” has ended though I’ve used and paid for the Full Slate program online for years. Thank goodness it’s over, whatever that means.
If you have the old version of the Full Slate app then DO NOT get rid of it and download this new one. It’s truly terrible. There is no obvious way to see what slots are available as in the old version. Which means it’s basically useless for scheduling clients when I am away from a computer. That is the main thing I use the app for. Also, none of my services are available to pick when you click on add appointment. I am a massage therapist and when I type ‘massage’ in the search field for services absolutely nothing comes up. Unbelievable!
I thought maybe this would have functionality that allowed you to make changes to your schedule without an internet connection, (like say, when on the subway) then the changes would update automatically when you get a signal again. No such luck, this app has less than the original version. Can’t even see your entire week at a glance.
Been using Fullslate for many years and love it. I did have issues using it on the phone through the web and it wasn’t convenient. This new app makes it super easy. I think it’s great!
Not even my bank apps force me to enter my login information every single time. At least make the option to remember the account login. This annoyance greets you every time you try access the app, then once you get inside, it’s often glitchy.
Cant log in anymore because it says “the data could not be read because it is not in the correct format” App is now 100% useless but even when you could log in it was at best 15% functional
I’ve been a full slate customer for a long time, and I can only use it on my computer. The app is horrible. Every time I try to put a student and it closes. So frustrating. This needs to be fixed
It is impossible to use this Fullslate App for an IPAD or IPhone! I doesn’t save the appointments or allow me to enter all of my clients info. You can’t scroll down to see your calendar and it is sooo difficult to enter any appointments. They DEFINITELY need to work on and revise their App!
This app was better when it was in Beta testing. Honestly, it’s not worth the time it takes to log in (every single time). Just go to the full website and do what you need to do. The app is worthless.
