This platform is down at least once a day. And there is virtually no support. They basically ignore you, while your admin has no clue what to do. Also if you use an app and a desktop version, that creates two accounts and no one will tell you that. One reason for this is there is no visual manual which would have all that a new user needs to know. They just want you to sit there and browse random articles they have posted online with no visual aids at all. Will be recommending my school administrators to stop using this platform.
First iteration would crash now and then but I noticed since the updates it’s been much easier to use and navigate. Great for looking up events I’ve registered for on the go as well as getting push notifications for messages that volunteer coordinators send me.
We switched to this system to simplify our tracking of hours. I find that this not quite formatted to mobile devices which is what we mostly use. I couldn’t use this at all on my iPad and it’s wonky on my iPhone. It has potential just fix a few things with the formatting.
I’m a shift admin and event manager. I appreciate now how I can log in with my credentials once to access abilities for searching, registration and now signing folks in for my shifts and events!
Givepulse allows our organization to post volunteering events that allow for our volunteers to pick and choose which events they like to attend. It helps our organization keep track of our impact. Although the interface could be better, the functionality of this app is phenomenal. This app is much more than an hour Striker, we are able to measure our impact, manage our volunteer and donor database, accept donations, do event ticketing, and much more!
My club cannot sign in on their mobile devices. At all. Don't know if it's a tech glitch with the new iOS or what, but this app is virtually useless to us. The website is amazing, the app is a waste of space. Don't bother with it.
