Helpful app, but I'm forced to a mobile phone experience because the dev team failed to consider iPad users...not everyone is limited to their mobile phones, not everyone likes to work in Portrait View!
One of the vendors scammed me and GlobalSources didn’t do anything about it Didn’t even try to help me get my money back just told me to contact Paypal It was my first order on platform I’m not sure how somebody is a verified seller but never even sent me my order and sent me a fake tracking number Don’t order through this website they obviously aren’t in control of the money process so I’m not even sure why they have a website if you can just easily get scammed by all of the suppliers that are on there The supplier controls whether you get a refund or not which doesn’t make any sense
I’ve never wrote an complaint before so this will be my first ever. I deleted this app and emailed one supplier and got hit with so many spam emails from suppliers on their site! I’d emailed them to get my account deactivated and still receiving emails. I’ve reached out to their support multiple times and no one emailed me back to stop the issue.
This app is a scam. Please do not trust anybody sell stuff in the global source. Also, they have bad customer service you cannot communicate With real human

I would like to make a formal complaint against Abdul Nasir & Mark Washington. Abdul Nasir 301 Blake St, Ontario, Canada. Contact Number 1 4377741642 Mark Washington. Seller on WhatsApp at 1 213 205 3302 They both have misled me about one of the products is advertised on this website. It was advertised for USD 3000 for Z15 miner with free shipping. I contacted the seller to find find out all associated fees via the WhatsApp number provide on your website. I was told that USD 3000 all I have to pay to get the product. After I made the payment I was asked to buy insurance for the delivery process to start. Once I made the payment of USD 825 for the insurance. After paying for the insurance now I'm told to pay the price control vat & tax of USD 875 or the product will not ship. I have paid USD 875. Now I'm told I have to pay USD 1325 for something called EUR.1 certificate. If I don't pay for this EUR.1 certificate the product I paid for will not be shipped. Your website falsely advertising that the product Z15 is USD 3000 with free shipping. So far I have paid USD 4700. ($3000 for the product + $825 for the insurance + $875 for EUR.1 certificate) & still didn't get the item I paid for. I would like a quick solution to this matter. I'm not willing to pay any more to get this product. I'm demanding all of my money back ASAP. Please let me know what would be your next steps to resolve this matter quickly.
