Love this game but since the last up date the amount of my bet when I open the game starts at much more than I usually bet so you havto be careful to adjust the amount before you play also hate the unneeded tournament and slot previews on sides of screen pain in the neck much better since up date fun game. June 2016 fun game. Dec kinks seem to be worked out. July 2016 still fun. Aug 2016 still fun but all of a sudden the game "all that glitters" is gone note even put in locked mode for future levels to reach. Bummer...... forward to July 2017. Can't play the game unless I update the problem is I have two IPads and when I updated the older one my "money" I had accumulated was not forwarded to the new update. I don't care about the update it stinks!!!!!! No better than before. Mad I can't just play the old way and keep my balance. Finally updated second iPad what a MISTAKE!!!!!!! Lost my "money" and all the games I had opened over the last two years. Who wants these problems. Dec 2017. Still loving this game!

Wait! Consider this first!

If you’re even *thinking* about downloading this “game”, please strongly consider the following: Go find your bra, wallet, purse, mattress, or wherever you keep your valuables. Dig around in there and pull out 10 bucks. Then meticulously rip that money into the tiniest pieces you can. I’d recommend a blender, or one of those ninja bullet things. Those are really great. Once you’ve shredded your legal tender, take the remains, and soak them in a mixture of lime juice and salt. Price is ridiculous.

The app is filled with excellent games. The issue is after being a user for quite a while I find this app requires a lot of money to enjoy and it’s hard to justify the amount of money. I find this game can cost $75 an hour to play. If you played this game for a week and played it a hour a day this easily could cost $525 that’s a weeks play. Think about that. These games are fun but you should be playing them in a casino were the odds even on penny are FAR better than this app. I like to play huff and even more puff I played $500 on this app at the minimum bet and still be able to win a mega yes in this app if you don’t bet 5,000,000,000 coins per bet a box opens up on the screen and tells you you need to raise your bet in order to have a chance at winning the jackpot. People play these games to experience a jackpot without going broke then go broke trying to see it. I went through over $300 and never got a upgrade or even two gold bricks box’s during a bonus. this is just stupid the company is literally ripping you off just buy the machine from a local store and within just a few months you’ll break even and still be able to enjoy the game!!! If your wanting to play free slots for fun keep looking this isn’t the one! First of the games in here are a lot of fun and there are plenty to choose from. You get daily spin bonus pulse every 2 hour bonus however the amount of free coins and what you wil win you might get 5 spins out if if your lucky. The coins to bet are high and you might win small amount every 3rd spin. I have not had enough free coins to make my play time more than about 10 minutes then I’m out and promoted to buy a coin package. It’s a shame because there are a lot of cool slots on this app but freebies don’t last more than 10 minutes 🙀if you don’t mind buying coin packages then this is the app for you. My favorite slot game

I’ve been playing this slot for about 8 months now and it’s my favorite of all time. I love the variety of games offered and the payouts are pretty decent compared to other slots I played. I feel like this game is very fair and because of that I have purchased coins a few different times. One thing I wanted to point out is that I have encountered an error a few times while playing. When I got a big win I received an error that an error occurred and my spin was being refunded. I reported the issue via email and both times they reimbursed the win amounts. I am very grateful to the support team for taking my word and refunding me the coins lost. Both times I sent emails they have responded within 24 hours. I will continue to play this game as long as they don’t make any changes to the payouts.

Don’t waste the time or money

I spent a good amount on these foolishly because they are so fun and remind me of casino games. Unfortunately these games just take your coins like crazy they might ( and I say might) pay out on some but a lot just take everything you have do not use the auto spin feature that’s the worst. I spent my last 20B on the lantern game only for it to never pay anything even tho I hit the special feature twice both with 8 free games each and both paid $0 lol I understand they have to make money but the game developers take real money for fake money and charge you to play like it’s real money you might win. Good games- Needs some small changes though

So far my experience has been pretty good. They have popular slot machines that are fun to play and the leveling system, so far, has seemed fair and within reach. I really only have 2 criticisms for the developers. The first one is I wish they would add a toggle for the coin sound that plays when you get a line hit. The sound is louder than the game and takes away from the experience. It’s almost like if every time you won in real life someone started talking in your ear. The final wish is that the animations be more fluid and I believe this comes down to optimization. Actions such as tapping the continue button after leveling up or backing out of a machine feels a little sluggish and slow, almost as if there is a 0.5 second delay. These are really minor criticisms but I think would help the experience of playing even better.

Buyer beware

UPDATE - no change. If not bad enough that the app developer doesn’t acknowledge this app is completely ripping people off, they make it sound like it is random. It is not. Don’t be fooled. Take your money elsewhere and don’t give these people a dime. Answer to Developer response- The canned answer of how you can’t control the outcome is ludicrous. You can program the app to be as loose or as tight as you want. You are not governed by the same requirement for a RNG as real casinos are. For coins bought to be gone in less than 10 min is ridiculous. I would give less than 1 star if I could. The real casino slots don’t go 20+ spins in a row without one single hit. It’s just dead spin after dead spin with nothing. For those looking for a fun time go elsewhere. This app is greedy, money hungry, knowing that most will pay and keep paying. I’ve had it. Tight! Swamped with attempts to buy tokens

Let’s be honest, there are games here we all want to play. The problem is I spent $100,000,000 fake dollars on Huff n Puff and never got a bonus! Interrupting the game play is continual upgrades to the next level winning you Bonuses of 1/5 a minimum bet and more attempts to sell you tokens. Anytime you download a new game is where you get the best and biggest wins to make you like the games, love the app. When you love playing you will pay and buy the tokens. They just forgot to let me have fun in order for me to want to buy billions in tokens. So far it's been a lot of fun.

I love your site but I and other users have problems with wagering. When one changes game the wager defaults to the highest wager. This is problematic because one can accidentally hit the spin button before setting the wager. This happened on several occasions and I reduced my coins by millions. Please make the wager the lowest amount so that the user can raise it to the amount they would like to wager. Keep up the great work. Since your last update I must shutdown my iPhone each time I leave a game and try to enter the lobby. This is very annoying and I wonder if other iPhone users have the same problem or is this specific to my phone. If I reload or update the app, will I lose my 450,000,000 points? Great!!

The graphics are great, the games are fun to play, but the creators of these games are not playing fair. They are manipulating the games in their favor to get players to buy more as they lose. It is all about money & not about giving their players enjoyment. They fix their games & as soon as you start winning they change the outcome especially when you raise your bet. When you see " submitting spin to server " stop playing because it will be downhill after that & you will lose, lose, lose. Karma will eventually get you guys & you may acquire a lot of wealth, but you will lose your soul to the dark side because of your greed & dishonesty. They don't let the game selection move because they want you to play the games they have manipulated so you lose, lose, lose. Such dishonest cheating game makers. Another complaint I have is that the games don't move easily & gets stuck on the first 2 games as if the game creator wants you to play those games. Horrible Odds and Non-Existent Win Rate after update!

The win rate was ok to begin with. No extravagant or completely flawed. Being a statistic major, we are assigned these types of games to validate how close they are odd wise to actually machines. Sadly after last update, something was changed or broke. 200,0000,000 @ 500,000 a spin should have triggered the bonus game more than 2 times. Note: that is a sample size of 400 spins making it a 0.5% win rate or outcome. Previous tally rate was 13 out of 400 making it a 3.25% win rate. I’m level 183 and the original stats were even higher, but it seems that either the higher the level yo get, or the patches, reduce your win percentages, which equates to no fun. Maybe that’s why they have recently been opening all of the games vs having you level to get to them. They may want to look into their stats or algorithm.

Changing of featured games every couple of days

Don’to understand why the games are changed every few days. In addition it appears you’ve completely removed the Cleopatra, Merlin and Neptune games that I really enjoyed playing. Why not just leave the games alone? No way under The support area is there an option to actually contact a live support person. Almost all other apps have a support button that you can actually contact a support person and get an answer to an issue. When going from one game to a different game the app changes your bet. Most of the time it goes from what you’re betting to 150,000;000. Clearly meant to cost you coins! Far to greedy and in my opinion unethical!

Do NOT purchase coins! It is a RIPOFF!!

This game is fun, as long as you avoid the in app purchases.....They are a ripoff! For example, today I purchased $122,500,000 worth of coins....TWICE! Out of the first purchase and betting $500 thousand dollars, I got 2 free spins of 10 spins each and only won $12 million dollars total for all 20 spins. After spinning over 650 more times and purchasing another $122,500,000 in coins and not getting a free spin, I changed my bet to $1 million dollars, hoping that would change my luck. Another 225 or more spins finally got me another free spin, but those 10 spins and that $1 million dollar bet only won me $2.5 million dollars. And I was only able to play about 30 minutes on the entire $245 million dollars worth of coins! What a rip! And this happens ever single time that I have ever purchased coins on this game! I don’t mind purchasing “pretend money” as long as I get to play long enough to enjoy myself. But if you can’t play the game long enough to enjoy it, then why throw your money away?

Game is a RIPOFF!

I have bought coin packages on this game and plenty of them. During bonus rounds YOU WILL BE CHEATED. You will go through the bonus rounds and once it’s completed your winnings WILL NOT be added to your bankroll! There have been many complaints about this glitch and they do nothing to fix it. They will not reimburse your coins either. They will claim it’s the odds of the game. It’s not the odds of the game when you are in a bonus round and have won the coins but after it is finished it is not added to your bank roll. DO NOT INSTALL THIS GAME absolutely do not ever buy packages unless you’re okay with them ripping you off. Just warning those who love casino games as a way to relax and waste a little time. This game is a complete RIPOFF! For the 3-4 th time now ALL of my coins disappear or when I win the bonus my winnings are NOT added to my account. Don’t think support is going to help you. I Got Jipped! Money/Winnings Did Not Add to my Credit!!!!!

I was playing the Flintstones and won $49,350,000! Then the screen said, "PLEASE WAIT, SUBMITTING SPIN TO SERVER"! All the while, the circle was slowly spinning and nothing was happening. Eventually, I went to another game (Not in the Goldfish family) to see if they were hung up. They were not. I played a round just to check. Then I went back to the Goldfish screen and the same screen was staring back at me! I went to check another game (not in the Goldfish family) and it was playing just fine. When I got back to Goldfish, the Flintstones Game was no longer available. The Goldfish Family of games was in the "reboot" mode. When I went to Goldfish, the game was ready to play. However, my $49,350,000 was gone and my credit window was back to $587,084,547! I am very angry and I want my winnings back, please. My new total should have been $635,834,547. I have played this slot for years. It’s been great entertainment and consumed hours of what otherwise would have been dull and boring. After a month or two of what I hope was just lower luck and not a losing algorithm (because I do buy points packages) causing me to lose, I contacted support to let them know of my disappointment. I was pleasantly surprised they even addressed my issue. Was then surprised that they understood how I felt and compensated me a little to keep me playing. Needless to say, it keeps me playing. Of all the slots I have played, Goldfish is really the best when comparing the points you get for dollars spent. I like the variety of games, bonuses, and promotions.

Pop ups are off putting

Oh my gosh I have begun to hate opening this app because of the 4-5 pop-ups one after another. The pop ups are timed or something because I have to tap the x to close each one multiple times to make it go away before I get another pop-up. Hey, we know you sell credit coins, we can see the big SALE banner at the top. Why pop up over and over until you chase some people off? I have bought their coin credits in the past but I have lost patience. I’ll show up once a day to deal with free credits and play when I feel like it. I mostly lose anyway. It’s gotten boring even though the slots themselves have potential to be fun. Just too annoying to get to them.

My credits were deleted when I signed into Facebook. I had over $150 million & everything got changed to the $5 million first login amount. Someone needs to fix that. Until this gets fixed & I receive notice that I get back my credits that I won, I’m deleting this app for failure to have any support to get back the credits I originally had before logging into Facebook. FYI, do not login to your Facebook account if you have more then the $5 million they’re offering to give if you’re a 1st time user, because all those credits will no longer be available! Disgusted!!!

I had 3 BILLION coins after the latest update and after playing for less than 2 hours I’m down to 300 MILLION!!! I only had 1 bonus that gave me a very small win!!! I have been playing on this app for years and this last update is absolutely the WORST EVER!!! I have been playing this one slot for years and know what the wins look like. So Annoying!

I’ve played this game for a long time, and love it because the slots are the same ones you find in real casinos (I live in Vegas, so...) Right now I’m REALLY annoyed with the level up procedure—when you level up, a pop up comes up telling you what level you were, what level you are now, and a button to tap to collect your reward. Right now, I’m betting high so it happens about every 8-10 spins! If I’m in the top 2 in a tournament and close to finishing first, seconds can count, and it gets extremely frustrating to have to clear the level up and keep going, especially when it happens happens so frequently.

…best slot ap I have tried so far, but the chips are way overpriced. My advice, pay attention to the amount you are betting as the ap does start the game on the highest bet. This is great to let you know how a game plays for your trips to your local casino. The ways to earn “extra” chips are absolutely ridiculous as you have to bet an astronomical amount of coins to earn those “extra” chips and these slots pay out lower percentages of chips bet. A low bet pays better. It isn’t a winning strategy for coins to play at the higher level, it will cost you way more than you earn. And earning “extra chips” is simply a ploy to get you to spend your chips quicker than you normally would. And for the love of all that is holy, don’t buy chips unless they are on a good special. And never ever when they are selling with a multiplier of 3.5x or less. While I do love playing this ap, it takes way too much of my time up when I have chips! It’s better when I don’t have chips because I forget to go back, and actually read books, put puzzles together and move! So them being tight with the winnings and sales makes more time for other things and I can at times forget to return for day/weeks.

Typical Casino App

Good games and payouts at low bets are not horrible. As soon as you start betting high your bonuses are sure to leave you frustrated. Keep to low bets or they will just take all your coins. Example: I’ve hit a few bonuses at 90+ mil bet only to get a payout you can easily get at the 5-10 mil bet level. So this your typical casino app game. You will lose more than you gain betting high. Worst part is when you go in a slot they put it at max bet. I have 5 billion coins and every time I go in a slot it’s set to 500 mil. Again, they just try to take your coins fast so don’t bet too high. There coin to dollar ratio is good cause they know people will bet really high only to lose it fast. Or people that don’t pay attention and just hit spin when they enter a game. Daily bonuses are better than most.

Heed my warning!

Just want to give those who want to play this app a heads up! Don't play the Ruby Slots because if you win any coins and the game times out, it doesn't give you the coins earned! Also, during free spins, I won 200,000 coins but as it was adding it to my balance, the game just shut down and it never added the 200,000 coins! CRAZY! Anyway, fellow slot players, I had to delete this slots app. I was scared if I bought coins and then what if the game shut down during a coin purchase...so I didn't want to take that risk! All Hype (With Players Money) ...

I’ve had this app for many years. Sadly, like so many apps that Apple does not carefully scrutinize, the customer pulls the short straw. I’m conservative and play very moderately. For many years I have played the same machine, which was 35,000 coins per pull at the low setting. Now the same machine at the low setting is 140,000 coins. I realize that you have increased the amount of coins when buying coins. And you have given the players free coins to adjust to this recent massive change. But why the change? I suggest Apple review your changes, and put your app “on hold” until they have finished said review. Additionally, I will contact governmental agencies to consider eliminating ALL “one-way” gambling sites. I’m certain that there are countless people that play with uncontrollable addiction, without the slightest chance of recovering any of their investment.

Honest Review

Another rip-off. These companies need to be investigated. Why is it that you never win? Even paying to get more coins doesn’t help. The bottom line is that these companies are simply greedy. When you level up you don’t even get enough coins to place a bet. When you do get a bonus they pay nothing. This should not be a thing where you can simply have your money stolen. These companies are lying and should be investigated by both Apple and the government. I don’t mind paying if you were truly given a chance but you clearly don’t. Your generic response won’t change my mind. I will continue to tell people that you guys are a rip-off, post your rates for winning. Show people how poor their chances are. You can’t win real money….

…….. so why do your machines pay out worse than the actual casino slots? People do not play free online not-for-money slot machine games so that they can be frustrated at the lack of bonus rounds, and then the absence of big payouts when you actually do get a bonus round. They play to enjoy the games they play at the casinos in their own homes. I can go to a real casino and waste real money and get a better experience. Bad!!! Pearl Bonus Mega feature

I’ve been playing @ Gold Fish Slots online casino for a very long time! Every time I’m in the Mega Pearl Bonus I pick one of the multipliers, as I just did (I picked the 8x’s) and sure enough it went to 2x’s , which was a complete row and 1 away from where I tapped. When I tap other times in a variety of places I never get more than 3 x’s. I’m sorry I don’t buy your virtual coin to play but there are other online slots that rather have dedicated players than just trying to sell or ruin the fun the player is having because they don’t buy something, not everyone today has extra money. Fun but BEWARE

Of all the casino apps I play, this one has the most win opportunities and the game selection is great. I spend a lot of money on this app (everyone has a vice, right?) but twice now, I’ve lost all of my coins due to internet connection issues. Let me be clear, it’s NOT my connection as I have high speed w great connection. It’s something w the app. It just happened again - I just bought a package, my bank loaded, I spun 2 or 3 times and lost the connection. When it came back, all of my coins were gone. I’m up to almost $20 LOST now. I will update my review if/when the developer addresses my issue and refunds me.

Fun slots annoying amount of purchase offers

The variety of slots many of which you see at a real casino is great however, what’s really annoying is the amount of times they try to sell you additional chips. When you sign on just to collect your bonus, you have to press the X to close five or six different offers to purchase additional tokens . When you play a slot and you exit out of the slot to the main lobby you again have to hit an x to close a pop-up I would definitely advise if you were going to play this to make sure you do not have one click purchase set up on your phone. thankfully I do not otherwise I would’ve accidentally purchased $99 worth of tokens. also advertised pressure your luck slot and I have yet to see it available to play.

I used to love it

I’ve been playing Goldfish for couple months and it was so much fun at first but now it’s nothing but frustrating... There is no way to win, you have to spin hundred times before you get any bonus and usually you loose it right after, you just can’t get ahead.. I’ve had few bonuses that paid ZERO!! Payouts are ridiculous, you can bet 1,000,000 coins yet you gonna get 40,000 back or nothing. Same with high limit games, you think at least these should pay little higher. I’m erasing it as soon as I loose all coins and looks like it’s coming very soon. It’s sad.

Better off not buying coins, they will change your odds

I made the mistake of purchasing coins. Much like many other reviews, once I did that it is nearly impossible to get any bonus or large payouts. I spent $300,000,000 coins without hitting 1 bonus, betting at 500,000 each. The algorithm is set so that once they have you purchasing, they change your odds. Prior to purchasing coins, I had been playing daily for months with better than average wins consistently. Hitting bonuses is why people play, and I was hitting enough to keep it fun. Playing daily for months, never hit a Grand or a Mega. I honestly don’t believe they pay those out. The developer has prioritized greed over user engagement, which is a shame. This app had so much potential. If looking for daily fun with slots…. Try myVEGAS slots by MGM. Buying coin packages doesn’t impact your odds.

Money Pit

While I really enjoy the games, and they are a lot of fun, you cannot win anything. In the 2 years I have had the game, it’s so rare that you will actually win any decent amount to continue to play for a while. In fact I have learned that the more you buy chips, the harder it is to win. Usually 24 dollars worth of coins will get you about 20-30 minutes of play, and that’s it. They company that produces these games have set the machines tighter than actual money winning slots. They don’t seem to understand this is a game, and not a real casino. I have spent less in Vegas and actually won money, which you don’t here. It’s truly unfortunate because the games are so much fun, but you will not win here, and you will keep spending money in hope you can win enough to play for awhile but this will not be the case. Such a shame.

Why bother?

I absolutely love the games offered in this app. Many of them are my games of choice at casinos. I’m not grumbling because I couldn’t win, rather, I’m grumbling because it seems to be incredibly difficult to ever win. I have better luck at a real casino than on this game. Can’t count how many times I’ve hit bonus in a game and finish with a win barely covering my bet. That’s not right. If they’re using the same generators and odds tables the real machines use, I’m the luckiest guy ever in a casino. I get they’d like to earn income from the game, and I applaud the work that went into this app. I would have no problem supporting the developers with some real coin for play ones, but not if it’s just going to go down the drain with no opportunity to ‘stay in the game’. Count me out as there are better options out there.

Worst casino ever!

These are not ‘fun’ games to play. Initial bets are astronomical considering you are playing with fake money that cost me $25 real dollars! We are looking for entertainment, not trying to become rich! So why can’t you show a little respect for those of us who are not wealthy and would like to play these games? Maybe try evening out the odds a little bit better so people can win enough to want to keep coming back, like Jackpot Party does! Or at least start the bets at an amount that won’t take all our coins before we have played for 30 minutes. We should be allowed to win more than our bet sometimes, with this casino that is not possible. This is the second time I have tried this casino and it still works just the same as the first time! Only win same as you bet or under, no bonuses, no free spins... nada! I’m done! Will not try again!👎

Lower the Betting Minimum

This has been my favorite slot for well over five years. Every evening I enjoyed playing the new slot or the featured guest slots for the minimum 5 million coin bet and then when the minimum was upped to 10 million I still played. I’d win some, lose more but was still playing because I enjoyed it and it relaxed me. Unfortunately, that is not the case anymore. I will not be playing while the minimum is 25 million and I can’t get a win after 25-30 spins. I used to enjoy Jackpot Party just as much as Goldfish Slots but stopped for the same reason. Please stop being greedy!

They do resolve any issues

I bought their sale pack for some coins and everything went fine. Then when I lost those coins I decided to buy the sale pack again every thing went fine until after a couple spins and my game froze. So I had to close it out and open it again. When I did all the coins I just bought were gone. Even with refreshing and closing it out and restarting my phone nothing helped. I requested support and have an open ticket they still haven’t responded to after two days. Update: they did respond and give me my coins back, no problems. Thank you!

Could be fun but it’s rigged

This app could be fun but just like all the others, the slots are rigged thinking people are stupid enough to keep purchasing if they rig the game to take all your coins/chips. Made 1 purchase and almost a second but decided I’m not going to be a sucker for them to keep pushing sales. Not sure how they have so high of ratings unless they bribe people or have fake posts giving high ratings. Deleted one rigged app yesterday and it looks like this one will be deleted also. I purchase when I’m enjoying the app, not when these clowns think sales can be made by taking all the coins/chips. This app can be stuck where the sun doesn’t shine and I’ll keep my real money. Don’t be gullible and purchase when you lose all the coins. This app will be deleted today. Good luck trying to get my real money.

It’s fun but doesn’t let you play very long

It’s a super fun game. There are a lot of fun games that are the same ones you would find at an actual casino. However, there are a few things that are annoying. First, it’s so odd to me that almost every mega bonus I somehow manage to pick the 3x. It just seems statistically impossible that that would happen that often. Next, on the daily wheel spin it’s always a super low amount. Again, it feels statistically impossible that it should happen over and over again. It’s an extremely rigged game, but it is fun. I just wish it would let you at least win bigger on the daily stuff to let you play a little longer.

Can’t win

I can’t win to save my life. I’ve paid multiple times and still can’t even get a bonus. Doesn’t seem much fun when you can’t win. If this game is for fun you’d think they would allow you to hit free spins or bonus more often. Just disappointed that you put in $2 or more and still can’t get anything. Oh well that’s my rant but done paying anything to this game and probably my last time playing since this happens on a regular basis I may as well just go to the actual casino or an online one where you can win real money. I just enjoy watching the bonus and makes it fun to see what different machines do. Having to constantly lose does not make it fun and that’s why I give 2 stars. I like the variety but wish I could play more than 10 spins a day

Duplicate charges, Bonus round disappears

This has been my favorite casino game for some time but as of late, I’m not so sure anymore. Over the holidays I ordered a few sets of coins but was charged for two extra sets of coins. I would recommend only ordering one set per day if you do decide to order. I won’t order any more coins. This morning at 6:55am I got a bonus round in Lucky Meerkats with 2 crates and 2-2X’s which would have doubled my winnings. When I went to select select my crate, the screen went blank and I lost my bonus round. Sooooo frustrating!!!!! Maybe it’s time to find another game.

Fun casino games, dumb bet amounts

I like this site because it’s got a lot of the games that I like to play at a real casino. what I hate about it is the better amount, they come up with stupid wagers like $1,001,250 for a bet which makes a large portion of the win amounts have 666 in them which is just bad luck! If you aren’t prepared to spend money buying chips, you’ll have to collect your daily chips for a week or two in order to play for half an hour. The more you play the higher they make the minimum bet so the last time you can play. I’m not sure what their payback percentage is but it seems to be less than a real casino which really isn’t very much fun at all!

DO NOT buy coins from this game.

I have 6 casino slot games on my phone. I usually play one and save up coins on the others to play when I run out on the prior. I’ve been playing this game on and off for about a year now buying coins intermittently. I noticed that when I bought coins my wins would be significantly less. I decided this week to buy 3 $9.99 packs over the course of the week, just to test my theory. I just finished going through my last 4 billion coins at 10 million coins a bet and did not hit one free game, I got my coins back on only 20 spins and hit four times my bet twice and eight times my bet twice. In over 600 spins I hit more or less NOTHING. Please play other games if you buy coins, because this game is a money pit.

Pretty sure it’s rigged

I understand this is all just fun and no money is exchanged, unless you are buying coins, but, why is it the treasure chest bonus only ever gives me a 2x symbol. I choose the same chest every time. There are 8 of them to choose from with the possibility of a 3x win on 3 chests; 4x on three chests; 1x on one chest and 2x on one chest. I have played this part of the game no less than 100 times and the one time I chose a chest other than the one I always choose, my go to finally had something other than 2x and the “new” chest I chose revealed a 2x. To coincidental not to be rigged. Otherwise, I like the games.

Not a happy camper

I actually have 2 gold fish slot apps on my ipad and it keeps telling me on both of them that I don’t have the most current version. It won’t let me log on to facebook. On my ipad, I’m back to level 1 and the initial coins you get when you first start a game up. I’m on level 164 with over 353,000,000 coins. The game on my cell is fine. I mainly play on my ipad and I’m not starting from level 1, again. It might be time to delete this app. I really liked a lot of these games, too. Update: The developer emailed me and my problem was resolved. I’m back in business. I love the SG Interactive slots.

No thanks and beware if you ever purchase more coins

Overall it’s a fun app but the issue I’ve been having is that twice this month I have had 2 unauthorized in-app purchases. I have it set up on a family members phone where they need my iTunes password to download anything. Also they don’t even know my password. I can’t even contact the developer for help or feedback because there is no longer any valid contact info. Even the link iTunes Store provides is invalid. Since this is now the 2nd time in a month, Apple doesn’t want to credit back my card. This is the first time I have had any issues with an app. So, I will be deleting this one; there are many other casino slot games out there. *FYI again, there is no contact info for the developer.

Customer support

After getting a new I phone with more memory I inadvertently used Facebook to switch over to my new phone after discovering my mistake I contacted support. After a few times I finally got a lady who said no problem they would merge my two accounts. It’s been weeks now and still no merge when I contacted them again they said o we don’t do that here we have to put in a request for that. That was another week that I have to keep my old phone active so I guess I’ll bite the bullet and just delete it from both phones. Very unhappy with their customer support
