I have been with Golden Plains for over 30 years now. I was scared when I learned I had a serious health condition that found me seeking medical care in a different state. I did not want to move to a new bank. Since this has happened the staff have been able to help me continuously throughout the years when my account has been stolen and with any other issues that arose! Thank you Golden Plains particularly Dorthy Meoder for being so wonderful.
I’ve been trying for days to add a recipient on my GPCU app. I’ve called support and I get the same thing every time. I think the app is down or something because I KNOW I’m typing in the right information (especially after calling so much). Each person denys that the site is down. But why would three people on three different accounts have the same problem if it wasn’t down?
Online banking is great as it’s easy to use, very accessible, and convenient. I would like to see things come out of my account as they are depleted. Such as bills I pay on bill pay. They are no electronic depletion notifications until the evening. Otherwise, I’m satisfied with the service of online banking through GPCU.
The app is always crashing, but when it does run it doesn’t run correctly. It tells me that there isn’t any Valid Accounts or there isn’t any money in my account which I know for a fact that there was because it was pay day, or the correct balance isn’t shown either. It’s annoying and I’m over it. It was like this from the get go. I just call a teller any more which I shouldn’t have to that takes time out of both of our days, but whatever I’m deleting the app and won’t use it until it runs better.
Love it so easy to navigate. But hate that the text alerts are super slow. So when I get a deposit or I send money it’ll notify me about 24 hours later.
This app is AMAZING!! My previous bankers did not have an app and I hated it! The log in process on this app is great! Super easy!! If you have an iPhone 5s or higher (with the fingerprint ID) you can log in with just that! The process for depositing checks through the app is easy. Transferring money from one account to the other is easy! I LOVE LOVE LOVE this app!!
Love the app. Makes life easier by being able to pay bills, check my balances and the finger unlock for the iPhone makes it more convenient to access it!
This makes handling my account all the more easier! Yes GPCU limits you on how many transfers you do that is the only downside I've experienced with them so far.
I've been with GPCU for a few years and their app is great. Would be better if the app had more detailed error messages and they supported Apple Pay. Not all of their customers are illiterate to technology.
I was so happy you guys had Touch ID available for use until it updated and stopped working. The on button in settings won't even switch over to on now! Ugh! Fix it!!
