I have reviewed once before, I’m sure it’s here somewhere, but as I’ve been a customer for almost 2 years now I thought I would once again review. The customer service is IMPECCABLE. I can not say that I’ve not had an issue, but I can say that they quickly fixed it and went above what needed to be done. Somehow during the shipping or maybe during the packaging, a lid loosened on a cleaner and spilled over everything in the box. They replaced the cleaner that spilled with two bottles instead of one and gave me a credit on my next purchase. This happened well over a year ago so they may have done more (I feel like they did) but I can’t remember. They really do take customer reviews seriously, I feel, so even if you have a product that you didn’t like just let them know the reason! I read all the reviews before I purchase an item also. I really enjoy the products. I know that a lot of stores carry the brands they have and at a cheaper price (sometimes), but the reason I keep coming to Grove: customer service. I like thinking that supporting a company that is trying to be plastic free is helping also along with all the things that I do myself to reduce waste and using as much tree-free and plastic-free products as I can. I’m not completely green, maybe a sea-green, but I do what I’m capable.

I’ve been a Grove customer for some time now (before Ms Meyers or Method was seen in stores), and I still get excited when I get a shipment from them. I love the customizable capabilities they offer with recurring shipments. The products they’ve sent has never disappointed, as I was weary to try anything other than “brand name” before. The important thing for me during my change to responsibly-made products was the company’s awareness of the environmental impact and how they integrated that knowledge into their company in order to minimize that impact. Another important thing was worker/human rights and making sure the products I bought were manufactured and produced by people who were not working long hours, being paid cents, no benefits, and in an unpredictable, unsafe work environment. Everything I buy from Grove, I know, is produced by companies who have the same mindset. It was not long before I started venturing out from just cleaning products to towels, kitchen utensils, cleaning rags, laundry, etc. I have never been disappointed. I actually never write reviews, as I often see them as disingenuous and easily manipulative, BUT I was so happily surprised with the quality of the items I bought in my last shipment, that I just had to write one. TLDR: Grove is awesome. Buy their stuff.

LOVE Grove but app issues
I’ve had the VIP Membership for the past going in 5 years… absolutely LOVE Grove & LOVE the products sold by Grove. Customer Service is fantastic. Sales are wonderful & often. Definitely suggest the VIP Membership even if you don’t plan on ordering every month, or even every few months, VIP Membership is still worth it! I didn’t give 5 stars bc of an “items in your cart” issue I’ve been experiencing monthly for the past, 6+ months. I can add items to my cart, no problem. I can make the quantity of a particular item greater or back down to 1. The “slide left/right” options no longer work. Removing an item. Not possible either. I’ve contacted Customer Service at one point, problem was fixed, for about 2 log-ins. Then back to not being able to edit my cart besides adding new items & moving shipment date. And have been having issues I move my shipment date bc there are items in my cart I no longer need/want. If it weren’t for this “issue”, glitch or whatever one might say is hall I would 100% give Grove a 5 star review. Not sure if other people are currently or have experienced this same thing or not so wanted to be sure to make my review. Wish my 1st review would be a 5 start, never tho, I maybe coming back to change 4 stars to 5 in the future. I hope I do ;)

All around best company
I have been a loyal Grove customer for 3 years now. I enjoy the clean green products they provide. I originally joined Grove to have all my Method/ Mrs. Meyers products shipped to me, but I have since switched over to Grove’s exclusive products. Their hand and dish soaps are my absolute favorite! They have wonderful customer service and are always happy to help. I really appreciate and have such respect for this company. I purchased quite a bit before the Covid pandemic, so I was fully stocked for a couple of months. When I didn’t skip my month’s order and was ready to begin receiving my items again, Grove didn’t ship my items just in case I had forgotten to skip this month. The actually contacted me that day via email to have me confirm I indeed wanted my monthly order to go through. (They didn’t want to charge my card without permission, how cool is that? What other company will go that far for their costumers’ satisfaction?) This company goes above and beyond and I will continue to use them and share them with everyone I know. I also enjoy the hand-written notes they write on the boxes. I wish I could give Grove 10 stars. :)

YOU’LL WANT TO CLEAN!
I’ve used Mrs. Meyers for over a year now. When I couldn’t find the cleaning spray in stores my friend told me about Grove. I honestly was not aware of how many natural and waste reducing products there were at an affordable price. The app makes it super easy to discover products. I love that I can edit my cart at anytime for the next month. When I get my box I open it and cannot wait to clean and use my products. I feel better, my home is cleaner, my home smells amazing, and I feel confident in the products I’m using with my 2 children. I love that I don’t have to leave my house to get products. They have great sales and items you can get for free with your order. They also have fast shipping! If you’re someone who has been considering going to natural products and reducing the amount of plastic you use, I highly recommend grove. If you’re concerned they won’t work as well as bleach or 409 let me tell you, they work better!!! Plus you won’t have a chemical smell in your home and no cough or sneezing from using chemical products. I absolutely love grove and cannot wait to make many more purchases with them!

I should be a spokeswoman for this company!
My friends and family are probably sick of me talking about how much I love Grove Collaborative, but I can’t remember the last time I was this excited about a company. I’m very passionate about recycling and trying to reduce my carbon footprint, and I love what GC stands for. I received my first shipment and just ordered my second one, and I am very impressed by the selection and the quality of the products. I was so excited to see that they have beauty products to, as I would really like to get away from using products that are tested on animals. That is another thing I am very passionate about. I can be hard to find ethical products that you can trust, and the fact that I can go to one place to find everything I need is so exciting! The glass cleaner that came with the free introductory kit is the best thing I never knew I needed. It is hands-down the best glass cleaner I have ever used in my life, and I love the reusable glass spray bottle with the silicone bottom. I also love the garbage bags made from recycled plastic! This app is also incredibly easy and user-friendly. Oh did I mention I love Grove Collaborative?

Update: Unable to communicate w customer service for a return
Since writing my original review I have had a much better experience with Grove’s customer service, and am upgrading my rating to a 4. Part of my earlier experience was due to me - I did not see an email from a Grove rep. But, I still would prefer a more direct way to connect with a human at Grove, such as a phone call. Original post: I am so unhappy with the lack of access to a person or method for returning unwanted items. There is essentially no information in the FAQs, I tried using a link to contact the company and also sent a text — but have received no response. I can only assume this is intentional. The attitude is “It was shipped to you, so it’s yours.” Let it be a caution to other users. In my current situation that means two eye creams that I do not like l, having tried them previously. They were in my shipment due to some because sort of automatic renewal that I wasn’t aware of. They total $65! The Grove boxes contain no return instructions or paperwork, and I have been unsuccessful getting any info from the company about how to return them. Obviously this will affect my future purchases from this company.

What a company
Grove Collaborative is amazing.. the products and the company are just outstanding. Just a little background.. I’ve ordered from Grove Collab. twice now and I’ve been meaning to make the switch with my household products now for years but I finish just decided to order a few things over time to get rid of my older cleaning products mostly that are not cruelty-free. I was shocked to know that makeup products are tested on animals but even worst to me is that the old products I was using to clean my clothes were tested on animals. That was the eye opener that forced me to switch over to Grove and I don’t regret it. I feel like Grove offers elegant glass alternatives and now I feel happy for the choices I’ve made but also elevated. I’d gladly continue using Grove products each and every month. I love that there are so many options, best thing is that this is a cruelty-free company and the products are environmentally friendly while providing new and innovative ways of reducing plastic and waste. I just love them.

Shipping, App, and Customer Service
I saw an add on Instagram for this company so I figured I’d give it a shot. It had a good deal going on so I got over $100 worth of product for about $40 so I went for it. It had a PayPal option. Seeing as I already had PayPal on my phone, and I didn’t want to walk downstairs to get my purse, I went with the PayPal option. I placed my order, put in my address, and went about my evening. The next day I checked to see if it had left the facility yet and it had an ARIZONA address, while I’m in New York. I called to get this fixed and they said “you must have put Arizona by mistake, this is your fault, and we cannot fix it”. I had ordered about 14 hours prior, it hadn’t left the warehouse, and they told me I was SOL. I later got an email saying that it used my PayPal address ( my PayPal address has been New York for almost a year ) and that’s why it was sent to Arizona. Regardless, they said they fixed the problem. I just checked, 3 days later and it’s arriving in Arizona tomorrow. Considering weight, it’s going to cost over $50 to ship it from AZ to NY. I’m going to spend more to ship for THEIR problem then the cost of the product I bought. Needless, I will NEVER be buying from or recommending this company again. Sad, I read such great reviews about products. However no customer should be treated like this for a problem on THEIR end.

Can’t browse products without it resetting and reordering products being viewed
I love Grove, I like the app but for the part where it keeps resetting so I cannot get through the 395 products listed. Example: I did a search for “sample” to see if there were any good items to add. I noticed it brought up a couple clearance items I was interested in trying as well. Search results brought up 395 products and that number has not changed. As I’m browsing products and scrolling through the list of 395 returns, it will look like maybe it’s updating the list and it will bring me back up to the top of the list and as I start to scroll again, I notice that products are in a different order and the number of hits on the search is still 395. I will never be able to see all of the hits as it continues to keep resetting itself and I’ve lost the patience to try to skim through the results to skip over what I already scrolled past and do my best to catch the products I haven’t yet seen that I might be interested in. Very very frustrating. I think I gave up after the sixth time it reset itself.

Love the items but dislike the minimum order requirements
When I first started with Grove almost 3 years ago, the minimum order requirement was much lower then it is now. I used to be able to order my items monthly and was so delighted to finally have found a company that had green products but didn’t require more then $15/month to order. Sadly, this has changed. Grove has increased their monthly minimum order. I don’t need enough items to meet the monthly requirements so I’m actually buying less and less from them. I miss the $15 minimum. The products are still great, but the price is the same as it would be at Trader Joe’s, Walmart, etc. so why would I keep buying from Grove if I HAVE to spend extra money to meet their requirements when instead I could shop at local stores in my community, pay less (since stores don’t require a minimum), and not have to wait for shopping?! It’s frustrating that Grove is pushing many people away with with this requirement. What’s the point of requiring so much? Some families can’t afford $25/$35 extra a month. Overall, Grove has good customer, average prices, and good items, I just wish they would decrease their min requirements again.

I love Grove products and their whole company! I Was signed up for a monthly shipment of household items when we were struck with more tragedies than I want to remember! I called and told the customer service that I needed help and may I please send back the two boxes ( it was Christmas and I had gotten extra for gifts) I had received. Without any trouble they told me to help in a bad situation the least they could do was put my account on hold until I was ready to come back, and definitely for me to keep the products as a small gift for Christmas. They said that they hoped they helped in a small way, Merry Christmas! and they hoped we’d talk again soon! Attention customer agents——This is how you show appreciation to your long time(even short time) customers. Now that is how you treat a loyal friend. Love the Grove team, and the App!
I’ve been with grove since 2018 and the whole time they’ve showed outstanding costumer service! My e-mails and questions get answered within a day by a personal Grove specialist. If you have immediate questions you can alway call. Now that they have an app is so much easier to manage my monthly order. I had a few instances where I got a huge shipment with all the stuff I kept postponing to a next month and all I had to do was call them and cancel the order, they have always been very gracious with refunding. Now that there’s an app I can use, these things won’t be happening. The products they sell on the website all amazing and work very well! If you aren’t sure you can always read the reviews other grove members leave under the product! Once I feel like I’m all stocked up on the cleaning products, I pause my membership for a few months and then re-start again. Great deals and so easy to keep track of which items you need.

Not Your Mothers Cleaning Supplies
I joined Grove in October ‘19 and was very pleased with their first time buyer gifts. After receiving my first box, I was so excited to clean my home and feel good about the products I was using. There are an abundance of choices on the website or app to select from from your bathroom cleaning. These are not your mothers cleaning supplies my friends. They are chemical free, dye free, and (some) fragrance free products that are geared towards safe for kids and pets. Many of the products are helping to cut down on single use and geared toward multi use to save the environment from excess plastics and packaging. The Grove all purpose spray (and others) come in a concentrated form, meaning you can add them to a spray bottle with water without all the packaging being shipped to you. Brilliant. Overall, the customer service at Grove and the products are a win. You won’t be disappointed-maybe you can even tell your mom the good news and help her ditch the toxic cleaning supplies around her home.

This Company is amazing with all their products it’s just very expensive! Like if you only wanted to buy one item you can’t it always wants you to proceed to checkout with item worth at least 30-40$ and that’s just ridiculous!? I like to save money on kitchen and home cleaning supplies yes I love this company but it’s just too expensive in my opinion there’s still a lot I want but I can’t even buy what I want without having to spend more when I’m on on a budget? If it wasn’t for that I would keep the app and order all the time for walnut scrubbers and the dish soap and more sandwich bags because there amazing! All and all they have amazing products it’s just way too expensive!! If you don’t mind spending a lot that’s you but for me I like to save so I’ll just make myself happy by buying cleaning supplies that smell great and that I love to use 🤗 yes I’m disappointed in Grove but I know they have their business I just think it’s un necessary to spend so much when your suppose to be saving🤷🏻‍♀️😒 I’ll give 3 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ because their products are great but 2 👎🏻👎🏻 for their prices...

Best. Shopping. Experience. Ever! (Awesome Products too!)
I love ALL of the products I have ordered from Grove! From their own brand of toilet paper, cleaning products and room spray concentrate to known brands like Schmidt’s, Method and Tom’s of Maine, I’ve never been disappointed. I also love the fact that Grove sells mostly green products and goes above and beyond to ensure their practices are good for the environment too. My boxes always arrive on time and each box I have received has had a personal thank you note written in marker on the outside. I can’t say enough about Grove’s amazing products, services and subscriptions. I love the app and how it reminds me of my shipment, how I can add items and remove items or add them to the next shipment easily. It is also super easy to change a ship date because I get reminders that my order is shipping soon. 100% satisfied customer here; Grove has truly changed the way I shop for household items and I wouldn’t change a thing!

Fantastic Service, Great Outlook.
This is the one place to easily access all of the eco and humane conscious businesses you want to shop, AND they stay within normal retail prices for everything. Also, Grove Collaborative brand products are great as well as being eco-friendly. Their bamboo paper products have sold me forever, seriously they’re toilet paper is life changing, and earth saving! The VIP club is fantastic, from the free shipping and new VIP discounts every month, to the gifts they send with shipments if you buy certain monetary amounts, to the trial size free samples they give away all the time and the product testing club they may send you an invite to; well worth the $20 a year. There’s also a Facebook ad. going around that gives you a complete Mrs. Meyers cleaning kit(worth $35) with your first shipment, AND you get free VIP membership for 3 months with your first shipment as well. Seriously great app and monthly service.

wasteful for your wallet and the planet
For a service that is supposed to bring two things: sustainability and ease to the process of ordering home supplies, Grove does the complete opposite. The app will place random "suggested" items into my cart each month that I don't want (usually something made of plastic, there is A LOT of green washing happening on this service) and if I am not careful I end up over paying for supplies I don't need. The interface is not intuitive at all and seems geared at every turn to confuse you into spending money. I'm 25- if I was older and less tech savvy I probably wouldn't be able to use it at all without paying 100$ a month for cleaning supplies. It's wasteful and expensive and the app makes it difficult to navigate and understand the terms of my subscription. There are a few items I really like from grove (the walnut dish scrubber is the best I've found on the market) and I will continue buying them but the way that the app is designed and how it pressures you to overspend is a major turnoff for me and I think it contributes to the culture of clutter and waste that Grove markets itself in opposition to.

Pretty Great
I like the service. I also like most of the products. Things I would like to see: (1) Service: more refills for purchased plastic containers that are made with paper/cardboard material cartons rather than more original plastic containers. For instance, when I buy a plastic spray bottle of multi-surface cleaner, I’d rather buy the refill in a larger container than just another plastic spray bottle. I see this as even better for the environment which is what keeps me coming back. (2) App UI/UX: Being a UI/UX product designer myself, I see some disparages in the experience. I’d love a looser search so I don’t have to enter the exact name of something I’m looking for. It works at times but it’s inconsistent. I’d also love to see a better experience where I can set up a subscription for a product BEFORE having to purchase it. It has been hard to create the right subscription “rhythm” for our household due to the need to have to purchase something I don’t necessarily need this order and having it delivered before I can set up a subscription. In my mind it’s a better user experience because I forget what I want by the time I actually need something and want to set up a subscription which actually leads to me purchasing LESS from Grove and just going to a local retail store for the very same products. Hopefully this helps. Otherwise, love the service. The VIP subscription is worth the money.

The dollar that goes beyond
I know I will have to spend a little more at the grove than other places yet I find it worth it again and again. Their eco minded products get much of the attention and while this is why I started buying from them, I continue to find more reasons. Last week my company volunteered at a food pantry and I was ecstatic to see palates of Grove collaborative supplies. I came expecting to pack low cost cans of food for struggling families but what I got to do was pack high quality, good for the the environment, good smelling, beautiful products for these families. I was so proud to have supported the Grove and now see how they were supporting my community. I think they give all returned packages away AND there was hardly anything wrong with most of what we opened! Made my heart so happy to be preparing packages with such great products that I know these families cannot afford to enjoy. Still on cloud nine from the experience 👏🏼

Easy, Eco-Friendly, Great Products
I have found some of my favorite home cleaning, laundry and skin care products through Grove. I was initially draw to their collaboration with Arbor Day Foundation with their tree-free paper products, which are honestly better quality than the tree products I used to get at the store. I feel good knowing I’m using products that support less toxicity to the environment and save trees. The reusable storage bags and beeswax cloths are a game changer for me. Reducing my single use plastics was a major goal of mine last year, and Grove has played a big part in helping me do that on my budget. I love getting all the text and email reminders so I can change my subscriptions, and I love all the options available with how frequently to order. Makes it so easy for me to always have my favorite products exactly when I need them. And I also love the personal touch of handwritten “thank you’s” on each box.

Best products but most importantly BEST customer service
Even though I absolutely love Grove Co’s products, the main reason I love giving them my business and will continue to do so forever is because they truly care about their customers. The first experience that solidified them for me was when I was a brand new customer and didn’t realize my cart would auto ship and I accidentally had a large order charged and coming my way. I reached out to Grove, a little panicked, asking them to refund my card and cancel the order. Their rep was so kind and got back to me so quickly and said, in the event that the package made it to me anyway, that I should please accept it as their gift to me or to donate it to someone in need. WHAT. I knew from then on I would be a Grove customer for life. Even now, when I get my box, there’s a handwritten “thank you” message with my name on the outside! Who does that?! Thank you, Grove. You rock!!

Grove’s the greatest!
I love Grove for so many reasons, but, save for time and space, I’ll try to keep it brief. 1) I know that 90% of the time I can come here and find the product that I’m needing. That saves me having to run around to the shops only to find they don’t even carry it! 2) It saves me from having to run around to the shops. I’m mobility challenged and unable to drive. Any shopping I can do online saves me a lot oof headache. 3) I’m able to browse around and find products to swap out with the ones I’m currently using and buy with confidence that they fall within the criteria that I hold for new items coming into my home because I know you have already done the research. And finally, this will be the last note I will point out. 4) The customer service is outstanding!!! Any question or comment I have ever had has been responded to within 12 hours, at most! Overall, Grove is a fantastic company with fantastic people, fantastic values, and fantastic products!

Love all the options
I live in a small town that doesn’t have all these natural options for my household so when I came across Grove Collaboration it was perfect for me! Not only can I shop from home but I get my shipment every month, with the option to add or change the products whenever I want. And I get to read all the reviews on all the new products to what other shoppers think. And I love that there are always something new to discover, different brands and new products. The only problem I have is not being able to smell the different options:( And I cant always remember which ones I first ordered and liked, which is why it’s a good thing to write them down. So MANY options. And now that there are Health and Wellness options, what more can I ask for? AND the sales...so this is my favorite website and I can’t get enough!! I don’t remember how I came across Grove but I am SO happy that I did!!!

I absolutely fell in love with grove when someone told me they were having a sale. Who doesn’t love a sale? Then I noticed that it was safe, all natural, organic products which we had recently switched too in my family. so I was searching for products an somewhere I could purchase all the main necessities! Most stores only had like one choice. I immediately was in love with grove because I had so many options, you get a special deal an free gift, I could have it shipped monthly, and can even change your ship date. So if you get paid later or are off work for any reason you can even cancel that months box! They are amazing! All around! They use bamboo instead of trees. They help plant trees when purchasing anything seedling! All together an amazing company! Even though most stores have gotten more product in... I will always shop grove first! Thanks for all you do for us grove 🙂

Grove A Complete Line of Clean
Love your products I love your variety of scents you offer I love love love not having to use bleach or harsh chemicals!!! I can clean my home and my lungs are very happy indeed!!! Thank you also for your app it is very easy to use and it helps me keep track of products I use along with all the products in the Grove line, Mrs Myers , or featured products. I always look forward to ordering from your wonderful product line I have definitely become a fan of Grove There are so many products that work fantastic I suggest maybe starting with a few dish soaps and hand creams, maybe a candle or two because they are such familiar items. With the pandemic, it has become much easier to order through Grove so many products always in stock. Thank You so much Grove for bringing us products that are safer for us and our environment!!!

Grove Collaboration is the BEST!
I love Grove! I get all my natural home care and beauty products delivered to my home for great prices! I even get some amazing ‘Grove exclusive’ finds that I can’t get in stores. Things that are good for the environment, my home and for my family too! The app is so super easy to use, I log in, pick my products I want for the month & they ship it to me super fast! I even get text reminders that my items will be shipping soon so I can update my cart if I need anything else! How convenient. All of the Grove team are so friendly & wonderful - they always make me feel so well taken care of! And their items are always packaged with loving care. I’ve never received a box that was leaking mess. Everything taped up and wrapped so carefully. I even get a thank you & smiley face on my box!! How great is that?! I Love my Grove Team!! I tell everyone about them, because they really are the best!

GROVE IS THE BEES’ KNEES
I care a lot about the environment and was looking to find ways to reduce my consumption of single use plastics that never break down, as well as begin using cleaning products and self-care items that do not harm our planet, and Grove has been an essential part of this transition. I love that I can subscribe to products that get shipped when it works for me, and their free gifts for making purchases at certain price points are awesome. I also love how they suggest new products based on products you purchased before. I love this service so much, and I appreciate their commitment to sustainability. Everything is plastic neutral, and all of the shipments come in boxes with brown packing paper so you know it isn’t going to sit in a landfill for a million years without breaking down, in fact you can recycle the materials and do the planet some good!

I’ve been using Grove for over a year, but recently stopped because the prices are just out of control! They give free shipping on orders over $35 (I think that’s the amount), but recently added a “supply chain” fee, which is now $2.99 on every order. That’s super annoying, when you advertise “free shipping.” But it really is just way too expensive. The most recent order I was going to place was going to be $125 after tax and supply chain fee. I ended up buying THE EXACT SAME items from Target for $100 after tax (with free shipping). They sell Grove items at Target, and most of the other brands (Method, Seventh Generation, Andalou, etc). I really want to love this app because I appreciate that they’re trying to reduce plastic waste, but not when I can buy the exact same items from Target for $3-6 cheaper per item. I’m just not willing to throw money away to support this app. Do your research and you will see that items are significantly cheaper from other stores. Grove is ridiculously overpriced!

Love Grove if they have what you’re looking for
I started Grove when I was gifted a bottle scrubber and needed to replace the head. For things like this, I love it! I have replaced all my hand/dish/body soaps, toilet and dish brushes, and spray cleaners/air fresheners at home with products from Grove. I also love the option of NOT shipping a box each month if you don’t need it, but knowing it’ll add refill/replace products to your cart when you need it. That said, I’ve looked on Grove for a few things that I was sure they’d have (ex: first aid products, kitchen dish towels) and fell short. Either there was only one option, in one size/color, or it didn’t exist. Sometimes the one option was a guest celeb product, and cost more than I wanted to pay. So Grove hasn’t become my ONLY go-to for household products, which is why I gave 4 out of 5 stars. I do recommend it to friends, and it is really great for a lot of things!

Love the products and delivery service
I live in a small town where the closest Target is 40 minutes away. Our small town grocery stores quickly ran out of any and all non-toxic cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, hand sanitizers, hand soap, and anything else you could think of at the beginning of the pandemic quarantine. So Grove has been a great place to get non-toxic supplies, and I don’t have to risk my health getting these things at the grocery store. Also, as a teacher, I’ve noticed that word is starting to spread in school about Grove’s hand sanitizers. One of the other teachers in our school was sharing the Blood-orange hand sanitizer with her students. She had heard about the product from one of the other teachers in the school. We prefer it to the hand sanitizers that the school is supplying us with; the school-supplied sanitizers tend to be sticky and slimy.

8 months with Grove and loving it!
The products are wonderful and cheaper than you can get these same brands at the store. Also some of my favorite things are exclusively at Grove. You have to order at least $15 a month which is so easy because there’s always a ton of stuff I want. $20 once a year for in your vip membership but that covers your shipping costs all year so there is not additional charge for shipping. My only caution is just to check your cart and your shipping dates every month because if you don’t add anything to your cart they will automatically pick your items for you and it may not be what you want. Also shipping dates might change by a day or 2 depending on what day of the week it falls so just check and make sure you are ready to be charged, if not it’s really quick and simple to change. All in all I love Grove and you will too.

can’t go wrong
i been using grove for a bout a 2 years at least now and could see myself doing a lot longer. i’ve appreciated them and kinda felt appreciated since my first box. I started using them when the pandemic started and they were still able to deliver all the stuff i’d needed but wasn’t able to get myself from stores. it’s super convenient being able to pick what i need from the month from tissue to bath towels to soaps to cleaners. But my boxes get thank you notes and such sometimes. I’ve never had anything missing or damaged when it comes in. Some of the plastic stuff i’ve used could be a good bit more durable regarding the mops and shafts but almost all of the stuff is really good quality. so i’m rocking with it. And a lot of this is good better for the environment. Can’t go wrong.

Great products
I found grove by tryspree. Yeah a sample sight. This huge box showed up at my house. An the hubby freaked but was excited to see contents. We found all these free products I researched grove collaborative online and then called and found that. The everyday cleaning products I was using could/ might be causing harmful affects to me. This is before I saw Mrs Meyer’s on store shelves. I have fallen for her and groves scents. And responsibly sourced product. I had gone paper towel and tissue free. Using hankies and microfiber to clean. I’ve also fallen for method and a lot of their products. And I noticed the daily shower and grove antibacterial made triggered my allergies. So I gifted it to a few families in my neighbor hood. And two love as well. It was a relief to find they were sustainable sourced fair trade and ethically made. We both are excited when a box comes. To see what face or new product or free gift is with in the box. I have had some minor mishaps with orders but still an awesome company.

Excellent products, wonderful company
I absolutely Love this company. I eagerly await every shipment. I have not been disappointed in a single product. I love the no waste philosophy of the company,And all of the products that I have received have been exactly as advertised. I love the idea of refillable glass spray bottles that are individually labeled. All of the Scents have been wonderful. They make the house smell fabulous! They also get the job done. The laundry detergent, the deodorant and hair care products without packaging have been my favorite item so far. I also love the tile and tub cleaner and the dishwashing liquid. The sponges with the crushed walnut scrubbing side work wonders. The fact that there is very little plastic involved makes his company amazingly environmentally conscious, which is something I value. I recommend this company and these products to everyone!

So easy to use, amazing products, fantastic customer service!
I’ve been using grove for a while now and I absolutely love them! Not only is the app so easy to use and the products are great, but their customer service is hands down the best! I tried a serum once but it irritated my skin a little so I reached out explaining I wanted to return it. Without any hesitation they refunded me a credit for the serum and let me keep it and give it to a friend! Also when a room spray got loose during shipping and spilled all over my box (thankfully not damaging anything) they immediately offered to replace anything that could have been damaged and refunded me for the spray! Their customer service is the reason I buy the products! Plus, it makes me feel better that they are eco-conscious and doing a fantastic job being eco friendly!!

1st time customer
Hello, I am a 1st time customer and so far I can say I like the products. I wanted to try Bamboo toilet paper so I googled it and found this site. I had to place an order for more than just toilet paper to meet the minimum shipping requirements but it allowed me to try other items as well. I am a huge fan of the bamboo toilet paper. I have used Charmin for decades and I stick with that brand for a reason. I had yet to find a paper as strong as Charmin, until now. With this new paper I can use less and get the job done just as well. It’s not rough. I am used to quilting but As long as the product works without chaffing it’s not a relevant need. I hadn’t used all the other items in my box of goods yet but I have used my order of paper towels and paper napkins. Those do well also. I will likely replace my normal Charmin and Viva stock with Grove going forward.

I love the scents and cutting the amount of single use plastic
I really like the fact that Grove switches up the scents. Plus they bring back the popular scents. It makes cleaning and ordering fun. Lilac is one of my favorites!! Grove products are safer for my pets whom are closer to the floors that I clean. They are far more sensitive to smells and I do not want to use anymore harsh chemicals when cleaning it’s another reason I switched to Grove. I use to use those same chemicals to clean with that I grew up watching my mom use. Dawn dish soap for one. It’s very popular right. Well most of us have watched Erin Brockovich and the company that they sued was P&G. Guess who makes Dawn dish soap??? You guessed it P&G. I want safer products for my family and pets and I’m trusting Grove. They have helped me get away little by little from single use plastic. That’s another bonus to using grove.

I’m impressed
I’m a newbie to Grove. I just got my first order today. I have not tried any of the products yet, but I was so impressed with my delivery that I am compelled to leave a comment. The first thing I noticed was a cute hand written note on one of my boxes, that said, “You inspire us” with my name. I thought it was a thoughtful gesture. It immediately made me smile. (I’ll have to remember to check the other box 🤔lol) Secondly, everything in the boxes was packed so nicely. There was obvious care in packing. I get recurring deliveries from other companies that are continuously packed so poorly that I think I have called 8 out of 10 orders to complain about damaged items or spoiled items. Anyway, it was a pleasure to receive a package that obviously was carefully packed. Thank you Grove. I look forward to trying my new products. 🙂

Love your products but….
I love their products but honestly, my local Walmart sales most of the products I buy. I could really go to Walmart and buy what I want/need and cancel my subscription. However the good part(s) about my subscription are simple. I do not have to run to my local Walmart all the time and can have these items shipped. Plus they have certain things every now and then that peak my interest and I have to try them, so I place them in my order on occasion. I do not like how the website places things in my cart because I bought a product that falls into the same category on a prior shipment. Please don’t do that Grove. Thank you! Other than that, I’m pleased with my subscription and the fact that it’s easy to manage and switch the delivery dates to my liking. Thank you!

Love their products!
Where I live we have cesspools, septic tanks and wells for our water. Using more natural products is a HUGE help to our systems because certain chemicals in our drains or even on our grounds will kill the good bacteria needed for our systems. I love that I can get virtually everything my family and my home needs in one place for a decent price and I don’t even have to leave the house. My house was borderline condemned when we first purchased and our kids were getting so sick week after week. Finally after weeks of work they’re not getting sick from the house and I have Grove to thank for providing more chemical free products that don’t hurt my childrens noses from overpowering smells. I love how clean my home is not just physically but environmentally too!! Thanks for helping us help the planet!!

Happy Grove Customer!
I learned about Grove from one of those "mom celebs" on Facebook (I know, so basic) and tried the VIP Program. I had really high hopes, having heard the oohs and ahhhs about Mrs. Meyers, Method and all these other eco-friendly, mom chic cleaning brands. And, since the very first delivery, I've been impressed by Grove and the products they provide. I appreciate the personalized, eco-friendly packaging that always arrives on schedule. I am now a subscriber to the "Mrs. Meyers soap by every sink" way of life (and so many great scents to try) and a follower of the reusable baggie phenomenon (#lunchboxrevolution). The products look good, smell great, work well, and are extremely well-priced. I've enjoyed becoming a Grovehead and I sing it's praises to every mom friend I have. One word of caution: remember to check your cart before auto delivery each month, lest you end up with products you don't need to reorder yet.

Great Products & Service
I love the convenience, products and service at Grove Collaborative. With Grove, the products I like are conveniently delivered to my house each month. I also get to try new “green” products that I might not be able to find at the stores at which I usually shop. Some of those new products become “must haves” in our house, while some others don’t work well for me or my family. But I’m always glad I had the opportunity to try them. As for service, one time an item was accidentally left out of my order, but as soon as I notified Grove they sent the product right out to me and they offered me something else for free to make it right. I dropped one star from my review because I get frustrated when something I would like to order is repeatedly not available. It doesn’t happen that often, but just enough to prevent me from giving 5 stars. Overall, Grove is great!!

Easiest subscription ever
Grove is the best! They really help our household with minimizing our plastic usage by offering refillable versions of everything- from dish soap and laundry to cleaning tools. Wayyy more sustainable than grocery store brands where you throw out a chunk of plastic just to replace a dish brush head. Their app is also the best I’ve had for any type of subscription service. You can subscribe to products and choose your cadence, they show up in your cart accordingly but you always have the option to either remove from cart altogether or simply push to the next month (without it cancelling your subscription). This gives you time to perfect your inventory. I’ve been using grove now for 3 years and will continue doing so. Great service with great missions and good ethics. I’m a fan.

Paying for VIP but do not receive VIP benefits
I’ve been a Grove customer for a few years and the products are excellent, however there have been problems with my account for months and while customer service is nice, they do not resolve the problem or ever follow up. I pay for the VIP service but no longer receive emails or access to sales and no longer receive the quarterly gifts or other gifts that are part of the VIP membership. They just charged me for membership again a couple weeks ago, however, it has been over 2 months since I have had access to the benefits. I have reached out to customer service numerous times and all they say are they are confident it will be fixed at some point. That’s it. I have an open BBB complaint hoping that will help facilitate a resolution. I would absolutely recommend these products any day, but buy them elsewhere - Grove has become a terrible platform and they have no interest in correcting errors or even taking ownership or accountability for their problems.

We get almost all our household products here!
It has been a bit of a trial and error process to find our favorites but WE love the concentrate/spray bottle system, the seedling toilet paper, the grove face washcloth thing(takes makeup off like magic), peach bar shampoo/conditioner, grove recycled trash bags, grove laundry soap sheets, molly’s activewear concentrate cleaner(laundry soap) concentrate, bio bags(ziplock style), and the foaming handsoap concentrate/dispenser system. Like i said, we tried several before becoming consistent with these item! We have yet to find a paper towel(or unpaper towel that we love yet but fingers crossed🤞🤞. Oh, i love the flexibility to change ship dates! My only complaint about the app/their system is that it adds suggested items to your cart for each system so you have to watch carefully and remove unwanted suggestions from your cart before your auto ship date.

Awesome Products! VIP membership has drawbacks.
I love the products I get from grove and look forward to my orders every time I place them! Unfortunately, with the VIP membership (about 20 dollars a year) my shopping cart auto fills every month and then get sent an email about my order. The cart fills with every item I’ve ever purchased and it warns me my order is getting ready to ship. This month my cart had $350 worth of products and I definitely didn’t need all of that! And I can’t ship the order unless I have $55 worth of product in the cart, even if I don’t need much that month. Luckily I always find new things to try! But if I don’t, and don’t put enough product in my cart, my order won’t ship. Sorry for the long review but it’s a weird thing to explain! Like I said, love almost everything I’ve gotten and I will continue to pay for the membership even with the weird quirks!

All my supplies in one place
I was used to making time to go shopping for all my essentials. I found the overall cost to be a bit steep. Since I started using Groove I have been able to cut back on buying things in bulk plus feel good about getting sustainable products for my family. Having the option to edit and update my cart as I see fit makes shopping through the app a wonderful experience. The only downside that I have, that does not pertain to my rating, is some items do go fast. You are warned in advance the product may sell out before your order is placed. Depending on your schedule you may need to place and order early to secure the item that is in low stock. Regardless of this I would say this is an exceptional organization.

Makes things easier
I am really enjoying the Grove products and service. The recyclable metal and glass bottles for their line of products is so great for the environment, and the products are awesome! I hope they expand to have many more of their products in these bottles. The new samples are a nice touch as well! Their new glass selector spray bottles with the silicone bottom are ingenious. I especially love this design for using in our school bus conversion. I’ll bet I’ll be using these same spray bottles literally forever! I think I’ll buy these along with the glass bottles of cleaner for housewarming gifts. I love how I can get so many cleaning and home supplies from the same plastic-neutral company, shipped straight to me. I often shop the sales at Grove, and they are very competitive with other major vendors in their pricing.

Often out of products
This is such a great service, but unfortunately they are frequently out of products and will switch the scents without your permission. Grove just responded to my review. I dropped a star as they have been out of most of my subscribed items for nearly a year. This is not “a top priority to replenish the items” as stated below. I would purchase monthly, and have been a customer working on two years now. When my subscription was “temporarily unavailable” I used to switch to different brands, but now, only two items are in stock and I can’t meet the delivery minimum. You pay for a yearly membership to have the items shipped to you for free (minimal cost), but lately I haven’t been able to use it. Where is the method lavender laundry? Fabric scent booster? It’s super unfortunate that this company doesn’t want me to pay them instead of the grocery store. When I do order, the shipping is fast and there is a cute thank you note.
