This app would receive 5 stars from me if it weren’t for 1 elusive pair of shoes. I have made 3 attempts at purchasing a pair of heels that the app claims to be available that aren’t. I am able to put them through checkout, pay for them, have it clear on my card, and get a confirmation email stating that they are preparing and shipping my order. Shortly after receiving my confirmation email and being charged for the shoes I receive another email stating that the shoes have been discontinued. If a pair of shoes is no longer available or discontinued (as the GUESS customer service representative informed me) then it needs to be reflected in the app. Especially if they’ve been discontinued for months. It is disconcerting to find a pair of shoes you like on one single occasion, but to have it happen 3 times is poor management of inventory and very frustrating.
I love Guess - it’s one of the very few places I shop these days. I have a seriously hard time finding clothes I like anywhere but Guess. This app has always been extremely slow, but I put up with it because, like I said, I love Guess. I don’t know what happened with the newest update, but I haven’t seen any improvements. Everything still loads extremely slowly, and now on top of that, the spin wheel is now gone!! That was something I found to be really special about Guess - they gave you the ability to earn loyalty points with a fun little game every day. I don’t know any other store that offers that. It made Guess stand out.
It frustrates me that I save the items in the Wishlist and the application does not save any, although I have saved items, the Wishlist is always empty. Purchase points to earn Rewards always take a month to appear. I would like the items we buy not to disappear from the shopping list even if they are out of stock, sometimes I go to the shopping list to find out what size or color or type of material I bought and since the item is out of stock I can't see those details that I would like to keep looking at for future reference.
Their is no Receipt for my Purchase and a Tracking.
Hi! I just ordered an Abree Slim Wallet today (Sept 7, 2018). My concern is that the app doesnt have an order receipt to send on my email or any tracking for my order. I am wondering how to track my package cos’ I dont wanna wait for nothing and I dont want to waste my money since they that the app already took off my money from my card. Plus there is a charge fee of $1.00 and I dont understand why I am being charged of that amount cos all I know is that I’m only paying the exact amount I purchased on.
Unable to login with my account from the website for some reason. This applies to the website as well, but their location detection locks users into specific versions of the store, with no way for users to select the correct option. For example, while traveling (I have residence overseas as well), I can only see that country's content, with no way to view, order, etc. the US store, where my credit cards, delivery address, are. Because of this, I've actually had reward points expire since I couldn't access nor order while overseas, so it could be delivered and waiting when I got back to the US.
So, I had $30 because of the points but today, I got on and saw I had less. I don’t know if this is a glitch or something, but I want to know just so in the future, it doesn’t happen again.
Dear Guess You guys need to upgrade ASAP and seriously need to get these apps together !!!!!!!
This is the worst app I have, I honestly LOVE Guess ! But how can I ever even buy anything when I get kicked out like literally every second I’m on the app, both Guess apps at that. And as expensive as Guess is you guys can’t at least have the decency to have gold filled, sterling silver, or at least have surgical steel jewelry ??????? What the hell is gold tone smh !!!!!!!!!! Seriously unsatisfied new customer who’s trying to purchase my Christmas shopping but can’t because I keep getting kicked off both apps !!!!!!!
I can shop for myself and whole family here, it’s great! And even easier now on the app! Love the deals and latest trends. Shout out to the stylist too!
To piggyback off another customer, they do allow you to think you’re purchasing items, charge you then email that “it’s no longer available.” This has happened to me one time, too many & I will not shop here again!
Disappointed about many things. Offers do not work at all. Sign up for text alerts, 15% off first app Purchase all this is just to make you get involve but in return the codes are not applied. I used to like Guess but when it comes to the app ..
Couldn’t not check out, had to relog-in a few times. The app kept freezing. Ended up spending 1 hour 15 min on the phone with customer service to place an order for one item. The rep kept switching between customers every few minutes. Ridiculous!
Guess is fantastic. But the bug that keeps me from opening the page from iPhone is really frustrating. Tried at least 10 times on 10 different occasions. Downloads fine, but doesn’t open.
I updated the app and it doesn’t work. Unable to load content! it’s the message on the screen. Not that before the app was working great. It took about 3-4 months until my points were credited to the account. Fantastic!!!!
This app is costing them a lot of money. It freezes so often. It’s not user friendly and I often just leave when I’m trying to shop. They need a new app developer!
I like Guess product But the Jeans are way too freaking long for me.. wanted to buy some jeans but i cant coz the inseam is way too long.. you guys shouldve make some 26-27 INSEAM jeans for short petite people.

Not many companies have a personal stylist that you can talk to. LOVE that I can get fashion advice from an expert at the company. Guess Factory has been my go to store of all my back to school needs for me and my kids. Really excited that I now can shop through the app.

I've been waiting for GUESS Factory to come to the App Store for a while now. I'm excited to use it! The price points are great and the value is amazing.
I have made two in app purchases for over $100 each and have not received points for either orders. I also went in store and purchased items but never received points for it even after rent scanned by loyalty code through the app...
App wouldn’t load, and doesn’t give options to search like by size or color. You cannot checkout and cannot use the 15% off coupon or code when checking out and it won’t work on the website. It takes too long to load, and just doesn’t seem to work at all. Also when you call about orders they sold out of something then sent me an EMAIL saying that what I ordered was out of stock and cancelled-but it stated it was in stock when I ordered it originally and also was I stock when I called-it took them 4 hours to call me back. And then he told me to add the app-so I did to get free shipping but it won’t let me check out. It asks you to copy and paste your gift card # but won’t let you copy the number but I can’t pay anyway bc the screen is blank for address and Payment when I go to order summary. So it doesn’t say anything it’s not loading or anything it is just blank under shipping and address-payment... It is not synced with the website-except for the items so it won’t let me use the promo code there -but won’t let me checkout on the app? This is totally messed up.
