When you log in, it use to tell you the date your bills are due next to the account number, now that the app has been updated a week ago, you have to go to account by account to see whats the due date.... wish it was still on the accounts page.
I use this app for basic stuff like checking balances and moving funds. I never have a problem with it. Not as up to date as my other bank but I'm just glad that hacu has finally moved into this decade!
Difficulty with this app timing out when attempting to move between accounts or when logging out. This issue has been reported a while ago and yet it remains a problem. Why?
I like the app and the idea of doing mobile banking. I wish we were able to see if payments are pending on the "Pay Bills" section. I still have to login to the site to make sure I don't have something scheduled already. Same applies on the "Transfer" section. It would be nice to also have push notifications.
Nice job. Easy to navigate, transfer funds, see transaction activity. What else do I really need? Haven't used bill pay on smartphone. Don't know if this app offers it. I like the color coded transactions, red for down, green for up. Like the title says...KISS.
Unable to log in to my account after recently updating the app one month ago. Repeatedly displays message "Bad user ID/password." Same credentials were working fine on the older version of the app, and are working on my Windows 7 PC.
My biggest complaint is that it requires you to know your account number instead of just using a username like other bank apps. Otherwise I find it easy to use.
This would be a good app if it didn't freeze and crash my iPod touch. After repeatedly trying to log in and getting booted out because of "inactivity" it froze my iPod and I had to restore TWICE. Serious issue
I am thankful for this app. It saves me time and makes access to my account and account tools much easier. I also appreciate the integration with DeposZip for remote deposits. I look forward to an update to the apps interfaces to give it more of a clean/flat iOs7 look. Thanks for a good tool.
