Slight disappointment
We have had you do our laundry 3 times the first two times we were thrilled it was clean and nicely folded but this last time the laundry was not up to your great jobs before . Cloths were folded inside out they were all wrinkled up and some of the towels were still wet , your pick and delivery guy is super great and your timing is great. So in all we are happy with your service , now I’m not sure if I missed anything on my ordering or if you had new people . See you again soon thank you .

Back to back delivery issues
Zero issues with the clothes they was clean and nicely folded. My issues are with TIME MANAGEMENT, this is supposed to help you save time on doing laundry but when you schedule for the pick and delivery and they can’t come within the 2 hour window they give then that’s a problem. First time my clothes was scheduled to be delivered between 8-10am but didn’t get delivered until Noon. That’s two hours over the scheduled time and I had to get up with the company to find out what was going on. I ended up giving them another try thinking it was a one time thing but no once again delivery scheduled for 8-10am and still no delivery as of 1 pm. I again had to reach out to the company to find out what’s going on. This is completely unacceptable for a five hour window of time for the clothes not to be delivered or a SINGLE UPDATE. I will NOT BE using them again and will be demanding a refund because I lost over 7 hours of my time and honestly you can easily do your own laundry within that time frame.

When I confronted their customer support, expecting a resolution or, at the very least, an explanation, I was met with rude and dismissive behavior. They were completely unprofessional, constantly dodging my inquiries and giving me vague answers that made no logical sense. It was as if they had a rehearsed script to manipulate frustrated customers into giving up. The most distressing part of this whole ordeal is the fact that they haven't returned my clothes. I entrusted Hamperapp with my valuable garments, only to have them vanish into thin air. Their lack of accountability and refusal to take responsibility for their incompetence is truly mind-boggling. It's not just about the monetary value of the clothes; it's the sentimental value and the inconvenience it has caused. The incompetence and unprofessionalism displayed by Hamperapp are beyond unacceptable. Their business practices are unethical, untrustworthy, and leave customers in utter despair. Without a doubt, I strongly advise against utilizing their laundry delivery service. I strongly urge potential customers to consider alternative options that value the customer experience and prioritize the safe handling and timely delivery of clothes. It's a shame that a service that initially appeared promising turned out to be a complete disaster; spare yourself the headache from Hamperapp at all costs.

Incorrect bag weight
Received my receipt claiming I had given 271lbs worth of clothes costing $670. Upon receiving my clothes I immediately took photos of all 6 of the bags as well as pictures of them on the scales to prove the total weight was only 77. Some variation is obviously ok by nearly 200lbs to absurd. I emailed to ask for proper pricing and they were quick to respond saying they would investigate. After not responding for a couple days I reached out for an update. They responded immediately saying the laundromat assured them they had received 6 full bags adding up to 271 so would not be refunding me. I understand people have probably lied before but I wanted at least some type of assurance they would come up with a system to prevent this in the future because the laundromat clearly lied to them and I’m suffering losing nearly $500 because of it. Take some responsibility.

Bad scheduling / stained item
This was my second time using this app and i don’t think I’ll be using it again. I originally scheduled the drop off time for the motioning from 8am-10am. However, i called to reschedule the drop off time the afternoon and the lady i spoke with told me she rescheduled it to 4pm-6pm. The day of the drop off i got a texted saying it was out for delivery so i called back to make sure it wasn’t going to be delivered that morning when I wasn’t home. They told me it was never rescheduled but they would call the driver and tell them not to deliver it. Regardless, they delivered it anyway at 9am when it wasn’t suppose to come until that evening. So I have to drive an hour home from work just to make sure no one stop my clothes from my front door. Also, my clothes were returned to me still having stains and some items were wrinkled.

Your clothes won’t last using this service
I have been using this service for over a year now and I have had my clothes delivered incorrectly multiple times. This was never enough for me to stop the service as they always quickly recovered my items…however, I recent received multipe damaged items. I have two garments that were discolored, I have a blanket that was washed incorrectly and ruined and the latest is my $100 Aritzia jumpsuit which returned to me with 4 dryer burn holes. I am so extremely disappointed and unsatisfied. When I reached out they told me I only had 24 hours but the order was completed 2 weeks ago… understandable but I never had a damaged item and I have never gone through my returned laundry THAT FAST. As before mentioned, I have had plenty on red flags but wanted to continue using this company to give them the benefit of the doubt. Well, without a doubt I will be closing my account and NEVER using this service again. You have been warned and I will go on to warn and advise all of my friends that have used the service through me to do the same. Absolutely disgusting and careless treatment when I have spent over $1000 in laundry services.

They lost 2 items - Awful Customer Service - Avoid!!!
I used the service 2 times and on the second wash there were 2 items missing and the returned laundry bag included items that were not mine. They did not seem to care about the fact that I received items that were not mine! Good luck finding your lost items with that kind of customer service! I complained and they said that my order was delivered with all my items and that there were no extra items in the laundry room. They did not offer any kind of compensation. When I asked them to reimburse me for the cost of the wash they mentioned some kind of compensation formula based on weight of the lost items and that basically for 2 items it was less than one pound so it was going to be nothing. AVOID!

Stay away.
Where to start. They start off great! Seems like they care. Once they get your business it’s a wrap. They destroyed a pair of my dress pants. Hole and ripped them. I reached out. They gave me 5 dollars off my next order! Like what? I said ok whatever. After that I had three pick ups on a Saturday and 3 times they failed to pick up my clothes. 2 times they said they would be by Monday. Didn’t happen. Showed up Wednesday. I have had clothes go missing. This last time they were almost a week late getting my clothes picked up. I asked for a discount or my order to be free they ignored me. Never heard a word. Looked at my account and I got charged full price. Go somewhere else. Save your time. Until the customer service and organization gets better

Just a bad company
Let’s keep this nice and simple: 1. They claim you get a reusable bag to avoid plastic bags, but I got nothing but plastic bags. Even when I sent my own reusable bag, it was returned to me with the clothing, in a plastic bag. 2. Three orders in and I have 20 white t-shirts tinted blue and pretty much ruined, plus a streak of bleach on a pair of shorts I’d worn once. Filed a complaint THAT day. When I followed up, they claimed they never got it and I had to complain “within 24hrs”. These aren’t “high end” shirts, they aren’t worth me lying about. If losing a repeat customer over one order is worth it to them, that’s fine, but it’s definitely bad business. I switched to a local cleaners that provides the same service, with actual accountability. Hamper App won’t last.

I personally love this service
I had a great experience the 4 times I used this service. The pickup was exactly in the time frame that I selected and the drop off was actually done the same day or early the next day. Clothes were perfectly folded, I just put them in the closets. I use this service every time I get overwhelmed with the piles of laundry. Will keep on using it.

Disappointed
First time customer, was extremely unhappy with customer service. Scheduled laundry pick up and drop off 8-10 AM. Pick up wasn’t there until 5 to 2, then drop off wasn’t there until almost 2. Customer service took forever to answer the chat leaving me hanging with a “ETA” for over 20 minutes, called twice with being in the queue as #1 with a minute hold then it went to in queue #2 with 4 minutes. Very confusing. Regardless of getting a discount on the service, not pleased. There was no communication in any of the delays. Now my laundry is sitting at the door waiting for someone to come home 🤷🏻‍♀️ would I recommend, no. Try another service.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DO NOT USE
I STARTED TO USE THEIR SERVICES ONCE A WEEK. THEIR SYSTEM SEEMED ALREADY PRETTY WEIRD TO ME BUT IT WAS KINDA CHEAP FOR HOW MANY CLOTHES THEY WERE TAKING IN SO I WANTED TO TRY IT ON. Worst desicion!!!! I GAVE 2 BAGS FULL OF DIRTY CLOTHES TO THEM AND WHEN RETURN, ME AND MY HUSBAND STARTED TO REALISE WE WERE MISSING CLOTHES FROM THOSE BAGS WE SENT OUT WITH THEM. SO WHEN WE REALISED WHAT WAS WHAT WE WERE MISSING I CALLED THE COMPANY AND EXPLAINED WHAT EXACTLY NEVER CAME BACK TO US FROM THOSE BAGS. THE RESPONSE OF THE MANAGER WAS THAT THEY DID NOT LOSE ANYTHING AND THE BAGS WEIGHT THE SAME THEY WEIGHT WHEN THEY WERE PICKED UP. WHICH IS ABSURD AS I PUTTED DIRTY AND WET CLOTHES INSIDE THE 2 BAGS ALL TOGETHER AND THEY WERE RETURN CLEAN AND FOLDED IN PLASTIC BAGS INSIDE THE BAGS SO ITS IMPOSSIBLE IT IS THE SAME WEIGHT. THEY HAVE NO CLUE OF THE QUANTITY OF GARMENTS OR CLOTHING ITEMS YOU ARE GIVING THEM, WHICH MAKES THEIR SYSTEM UNRELIABLE. ABOVE THAT THEY HAVE NO SERVICE RECOVERY IF ANYTHING HAPPENS TO YOUR CLOTHES, AND GIVE NO SOLUTIONS AT ALL. I GOT SO FRUSTRATED NOT ONLY CAUSE THE MISSING CLOTHES BUT THE SHADY RESPONSE THEY OFFERED ME TOWARDS THE OPPORTUNITY I HAD WITH THEM. VERY DODGY COMPANY, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL. MANAGER TOLD ME HE WILL INVESTIGATE AND CALL ME BACK IN 2 DAYS. AFTER 2 WEEKS STILL WAITING FOR THAT CALL. VERY VERY SKETCHY. KNOW THE TOTAL WORTH OF ALL THOSE MISSING CLOTHES WERE LIKE 1000$.

Couldn’t consummate the first order
Was excited to place my first order. Then the pickup time range came and went, no one showed up, no one messaged, could not gat a status on the app. After a couple more hours tried repeatedly to cancel the order but even though there’s a cancel button, it doesn’t cancel the order. Then I tried to remove my credit card info, and it WILL NOT let you do it without putting in a different credit card. Finally at 7:30 pm someone texts me to say they can’t pickup today and asked to do it tomorrow. I declined. Still trying to get my credit card info off of here . . .

My Uber for laundry
I have been using Hamperapp for 3 months and they deserve the 5-star rating. I tried for the first time after my friend suggested me to start spending my weekends doing something more productive than doing laundry for my family of 4. Pricing is convenient and they return everything 24 hrs after. I’m subscribed to their service and save money.

Very friendly & professional
I live in Dallas and I have used Hamperapp for over a year. They always show up and deliver on time. I can’t wash my king comforters at home and that’s why I use Hamperapp at least once a month. Good job and kudos to the Hamperapp team. I’m a satisfied and happy customer. Totally recommended for anyone looking for laundry services.

Returned order late.
Beware of the 5 star reviews. The service was ok except for I received one order a few days late. I normally never rate. But it peeved me to get a call just now, asking me if it went ok from customer service, and when I told them them that I had gotten my order late, instead of apologizing they proceeded to ask me to give them a 5 star review for a $10 discount. I would have given them 4, but this call took them down to a 3.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! A team member answered my call at 10pm and took the time to walk me through the process patiently. I was able to place my order perfectly, all my questions were answered and I was offered a promotional price for my first visit. Avoid if possible
I used HamperApp in Miami while at a hotel. The pickup and drop off times are *not* reliable, and you won’t get a text or push notification when there are delays – you’ll have to call customer service to understand what’s happening (which I had to do for both pickup and drop off). Our clean clothes were significantly delayed and delivered late the night before we flew out of the city. I would keep some clothes on you and plan that your clothes won’t be delivered on time if you’re going to use this app.

That sounds like a great review! Here's a refined version for the App Store: I wish I had discovered Hamperapp sooner! Previously, I spent so much time at the dry cleaners every two weeks. With Hamperapp, I pay the same amount but save so much time! Highly recommend it!

Won’t show up after accepting your order
I scheduled my first pickup for 8-10am and they texted me asking if I still wanted a pickup after 10am. I responded yes and then they asked me how many bags I had for pickup. I have never used them so my laundry was in a large laundry tote not a bag so I told them that. Then a couple hours later they sent me a lengthy message about how they couldn’t service me? I had been waiting for them to pickup nearly all day and was counting on it! It was so disappointing and unprofessional. Don’t waste your time here!

what a scam of an app, basically kept my clothes hostage until i paid ALTHOUGH i had cancelled the request and asked that no one washed my clothes i paid total plus cancellation fees and on top of it all they never had the decency to pick up or drop off at the time THEY scheduled me for, customer service is one chick who does not speak clear english so she will not help and she will argue with you back and forth. WORST experience ever. Next time just drop off your laundry its much easier than this. App needs a lot of work

Between business, mom life and house shores hamperapp simply makes my life EASIER!! I’m not longer worried about doing laundry or spending what seems endless hours of washing and folding at the laundry or even house. My first experience with them was a great experience …they picked up on time and the next day it was delivered… the clothes smell fabulous and they were folded to perfection. I will definitely use them now and in the future.

Completely ruined clothes
I ordered Wash and Hang service with baby detergent and they dried and fold it using a detergent with strong, horrible smelling detergent that stunk up my entire closet for a week, even after I rewashed everything in my own detergent. Several of my items were shrunken (they even dried an underwire BRA!) and all they did was have the laundromat refund the order. This company took no actual accountability for the damages or the extra work I had to do to rewash everything. Never using this again.

Disappointed
I’ve used this app/company a few times. The first couple of times it was great but then I used the a few more times each time they would deliver my clothes with less clothing. The people they have employed have continually stolen my clothes and my families clothes. I don’t understand how you let your employees steal from your customers with no knowledge of what’s happening whatsoever. I will not be using this company again because I know have to rebuy my clothes that were stolen.

Don’t bother
The app asked me to input my address to see if I was in the delivery range and then congratulated me because I was, indeed, in range. I placed my order for 10am-12pm the next day. No one ever came. No one texted. No one called. Then 4 hours later I got a text saying sorry I’m out of the delivery range and they cancelled my order with no other response. Fix your app. I shouldn’t have to wait OVER 24 hours to find out I can’t get something cleaned the day I need it and you promised it.

DO NOT USE !!
Worst service ever. I paid 3x the price for delicate and hang dry they made the mistake of putting in the machine and not only did everything turn to infant size. Everything came back ripped too. Customer service is even worse. To get in touch with someone who doesn’t act the a robot is impossible. They ruined over 2000$ worth of clothing. The best they can do was refund me for the service that they made a mistake with !! This app and service is a pure joke. Trust me do not hire !!

Not reliable - expensive - terrible customer service
Do not rely on them to do your laundry. Only use it when you don’t need it in time. Their “scheduled delivery“ isn’t so. I needed my work clothes on Sunday and someone called me saying that they had some issue and couldn’t deliver it until Monday. The app doesn’t send any notifications and is very limited with scheduling etc. Wouldn’t recommend nor the service or the app.

Worst possible service
Clothes were not delivered on time and company was unresponsive about issue. However, later they are incredibly responsive to collect their payment (my credit card on file had expired). I fixed the issue by switching to applepay as the preferred payment - but this didn't work due to a tech glitch on their end. They continued to hound me. WIll never use again.

No Follow Through
Took company an entire day to tell me no one could come at the scheduled time, so I had left my clothes out on the front porch literally all day for no reason with zero notification expect for several hours after scheduled pick up time, and only after I called. And when it would have been appropriate to reschedule a new day/time, they just completely canceled my request.

Not the same post-pandemic
Things have clearly changed with this company post-pandemic. I have used hamper of the last year and the change in quality is clear. Last delivery, they did not return the bag I gave them my clothes in and simply left my clothes in plastic bags outside of my house. This time they have lost articles of my clothing. Just do your own laundry if you want to keep it

First time user - late pickup and stained clothes
A friend recommended hamperapp to me recently since my laundry facilities are down in my building, so I gave it a try. The pickup was nearly 30 minutes late after the 2 hour window (6-8 pm) and my lights were returned stained with a blueish dye. I reached out to the support number and sent an email to get a refund but no response. Huge bummer.

One of the best laundry apps I have seen, and very convenient. The delivery and pick up and very quick and on point. Very clean app and clean laundry when receiving back. Dry cleaning is no longer a hassle for me. Super clean.

Lost half my laundry
Not only was my laundry a day late and required five phone calls to receive, but they also lost one load of clothes. I have called three times since then and received no help on its location, just a vague we will get back to you. Don’t worry, they still charged me as if an expensive about of clothing wasn’t lost.

Terrible service and communication
Pickup and delivery were both delayed. Pickup by 4 hours, delivery by 24 hours. They offer a $5 discount for the inconvenience, which is nothing. I would never ever use this service again. Huge waste of time trying to figure out where my clothes are. So much for a convenient service.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Ruined my towels. Turned brand new white towels pink and denied it, even with photos. Driver was 30 mins late outside the pick up window both days in a row. Charged me a lot to wash my comforter and dropped it off to me wet. Then hamper said the place confirmed through the cameras they did not in fact ruin my towels and my comforter was dry so they can’t do anything.

Delivery need more coordination
No issue with the clothes, the only problem is with delivery they give me a drop off to em from 10:00 am to 12:00pm, he arrived at 2:20pm, no called to notify is coming late. When I told the driver that he was supposed to arrive from 10:00 to 12, he answered I didn't know that was the time frame

Awful Service, Always Late
If you’re depending at all on your clothes being delivered on time, do not use this app. My orders were late every time with no warning or explanation why. Customer service will answer your call but do literally nothing at all to help. Incredibly frustrating experience.

Horrible response & service
Laundry was never picked up within the window. When I called customer service I some how went #2 in line to #4? How does that even happen? Ended up waiting for more than 45 min just to ask when my pick up would take place!

Scam
I downloaded the app from a friend referral. The credit never came. On my first order, I asked for 12 shirts to be laundered. The total was $31. However, I was charged $82 because they dry cleaned them. They are non-fancy cotton shirts! It’s not worth not knowing how much they will charge you or if your credits will be honored. Please avoid their service.
