This bank is pathetic & is only around thanks to Korean immigrants who don’t know any better. There is a $500 daily limit for their debit card & atm withdrawal which is ridiculous in this day & age. They also don’t provide tap to pay for their cards which is really basic technology. Also when you sign up for e statement, you’re basically signing up to never receive statements at all as they never send them through emails as written in their estatement agreement. Also you can’t print out your statements yourself and they charge you at the branches to do so. Ridiculous.
This app requires further development, it is so inconvenient to separate checking and credit account, also the photo function is bad when try to process check through phone, photos can get very dark and there is no option to turn flash on. It is ok but far less convenient than other major bank apps
The app could use some improvements. Difficult to navigate due to lack of instructions. Tried to send a payment but got a prompt that said “subscriber has an agreement to acknowledge or sign” but does not explain where that agreement is or how to get to it. The app overall is not user friendly.
Can’t do wire transfers, can’t do direct mobile deposits like BOA. Little ability to perform any kind of mobile transactions. Very behind on today’s latest mobile/on-the-go for today’s business. I basically use this app to check what balance I have. Reference other bank apps, try to improve your digital offerings PLEASE.
Have to keep deleting & reinstalling to get it to work
I click the app & it looks like it's trying to start up the app.. then it crashes. Only after removing & reinstalling the app does it work, which is a pain because I have to re-set up the face ID & whatnot every time as well...
Message pops up when taking video, out of storage space More or less 8 weeks & the problem is not resolved. Talked to Devin last week, Adam earlier, waiting for call back. Today I saw the message to upgrade iCloud storage & I have clicked yes in hope it will fix the issue though the error has been pointing to the iPhone storage & not iCloud storage, over the last many weeks. I’m having to uninstall and install again and register my same device every other time I want to check my account because the app pulls up and instantly closes itself. This has been happening for months now.
