Hanmi Mobile Banking

Looks nice, navigates easily. The app itself is okay. The bank itself, makes it a bit harder use. Always calls me whenever I want to make a transfer between accounts if don’t answer, no one ever picks up the phone when I call back, if it’s after hours, they cancel my request or refuse my written check.

This bank is pathetic & is only around thanks to Korean immigrants who don’t know any better. There is a $500 daily limit for their debit card & atm withdrawal which is ridiculous in this day & age. They also don’t provide tap to pay for their cards which is really basic technology. Also when you sign up for e statement, you’re basically signing up to never receive statements at all as they never send them through emails as written in their estatement agreement. Also you can’t print out your statements yourself and they charge you at the branches to do so. Ridiculous.

I love the mobil app it linked all of my accounts where I can see them. And the added plus is the function that you can transfer the funds to the other accounts. And you can stop payment on a check. Without having to physically go to the bank.

I’ve been using this app almost ten years. Easy to use. The utmost vibes feature is check deposit.

This app requires further development, it is so inconvenient to separate checking and credit account, also the photo function is bad when try to process check through phone, photos can get very dark and there is no option to turn flash on. It is ok but far less convenient than other major bank apps

Hanmi app is so easy to navigate and get task accomplished on the phone. Going to the Bank is always pleasant. Very welcoming, professional and kind. Special thanks to Artesia blvd location.

It’s ok system , could be better and more accurate such wrong debit , later showing plus credit back instead of erasing them from statement

It allows me to keep track of my balance, pay bills and transfer funds in Hanmi account as well as other banks

Poor system compare to others bank. We need to check daily balance by text. Also need the bank to send daily balance. Thank you for listen to us feed back.

The app could use some improvements. Difficult to navigate due to lack of instructions. Tried to send a payment but got a prompt that said “subscriber has an agreement to acknowledge or sign” but does not explain where that agreement is or how to get to it. The app overall is not user friendly.

Can’t do wire transfers, can’t do direct mobile deposits like BOA. Little ability to perform any kind of mobile transactions. Very behind on today’s latest mobile/on-the-go for today’s business. I basically use this app to check what balance I have. Reference other bank apps, try to improve your digital offerings PLEASE.

The app is the way I can operate. Not so confusing.

Your application is OK, printing is small and hard to read. Sometimes the application will not open until the second or third try

I click the app & it looks like it's trying to start up the app.. then it crashes. Only after removing & reinstalling the app does it work, which is a pain because I have to re-set up the face ID & whatnot every time as well...

Use it for almost everything

Message pops up when taking video, out of storage space More or less 8 weeks & the problem is not resolved. Talked to Devin last week, Adam earlier, waiting for call back. Today I saw the message to upgrade iCloud storage & I have clicked yes in hope it will fix the issue though the error has been pointing to the iPhone storage & not iCloud storage, over the last many weeks. Not comprehensive and user friendly enough for business accounts compared to other banks.

Remote deposit doesn’t work on my iPhone 12 mini but I tried on my old iPhone SE and it worked. Hopefully the dev look into this.

I’m having to uninstall and install again and register my same device every other time I want to check my account because the app pulls up and instantly closes itself. This has been happening for months now.

This is well designed app however I had to delete and re-download several times. FYI, I use iPhone XR. Except that everything is fine

I was surprised to find out how easy it is to use this app. Face ID works seamlessly!

Sometimes the app lets me do face recognition sometimes it makes me put in a password. Kind of annoying.

App sign-in works as WiFi. However, app crashes as mobile wireless sign-in. Thus, making this app unreliable .

All good but little slow during initial load.

You can pay bill from app. I can’t do anything with my phone. Also even if you are online with your computer, you can’t set up Auto pay. Very comfortable.

Not showing pending deposits makes payment planning difficult.

I have enabled the fingerprint option but I have been asked to enter my password every month. I have never experienced this issue with other banks except Hanmi. Need to improve the login access.
