I’ve been with Harrahs for years and can tell you to avoid this casino at all costs. Horrible customer service, no response to emails and limited availability .. which is just the casino being frugal. They claim they have little customer service due to corona virus, but the truth is this is a NJ licensed casino and to use that excuse for 6 consecutive months is unacceptable. The NJ Casino Commission should revoke their operating license. Management simply does not care, and when you have withdrawal problems, good luck getting your money. Good luck getting a response or answer with regard to your withdrawal. It’s clear what is going on here, and this is coming from a long time player and supporter of the brand. I’ve been using this app on and off for some time. They’ve changed a lot about deposits and payment methods and for some reason, my play+ card got deactivated. So, I haven’t been using it as much since there aren’t any good withdrawal methods without play+ Yesterday, they sent me $5 free to play. I ended up winning $150, so I decided to cash out to pick up at the cage. It said it can take 24 hours. Fine. After 24 hours, still nothing so I reached out. They’re insisting I confirm my last deposit method in order to get my money, even though that deposit has nothing to do with the money they owe me. I can’t even fathom how that’s legal. So I basically have no way to cash out my money since the last deposit is for an account I closed and the debit card has been destroyed. So, basically they’ll steal from you and call it legal. The software and game selection seem fine. I lost some Then I won some. I am giving three stars because they pay too slowly. It took me a week to get my money the first time I cashed out and I am still waiting after four days for them to verify my most recent cash out. I played here because the video poker odds are slightly better than other sites, and I like to earn Caesars reward credits and tier credits for my play. Never again. I am finished. The deposit process is clunky and antiquated and the withdrawal process takes a crazy token system. Let’s just make things as difficult as possible! This site is so full of it. They gave me 100 free spins supposedly however, whenever I tried to play a game with the free spins, I was unable to load any slot game. I called in and spoke with somebody who manually put in the hundred free spins, and I still was unable to use them. I tried on my phone. I tried on the computer. The person I spoke with, said they would escalate it to the proper department, and I would hear back from them, but surprise surprise I never did. I get emails from them every single day about some sort of a promotion but when you click on it of course you have to deposit. I play on all the other sites and I’ve never had a problem. First I don’t like that all the games that I was winning on when I signed up are no longer available to play due to a constant error message when trying to load, how convenient and Tech support blames device I’m using even though it’s the same device I use all the time to play . Also bonus spin games won’t load contact tech support and still no resolution so I lost over 60 free spins. Cashing out is also a problem takes over a week to get paid but two seconds to deposit. The male ( refused to give me his name) that answered the phone was nasty, rude, and obnoxious ... actually declaring” this conversation is over and hung up” not resolving the issue. Not sure why but they had to verify my withdrawal by me uploading my PayPal account screenshot. I’ve played on 3 other sites and never had to do that. I am on a bunch of different apps and this casino is the most difficult to pull your winnings out. First, I hit for $3500 on Gonzos Quest. While the game was in the free spin mode, it froze and kicked me out. Fortunately, the game kept my progress at $761 with 3 spins left. On the last free spin I hit for 2800 but the game froze again. This time when I logged back in, it only had me winning 761. After numerous calls, they were able to confirm my 3500 winning. When I attempted to withdraw 2k, they wanted bank statements,DL and pics of the original deposit card. After that, they still denied the withdrawal. I will never play this casino again
I definitely had success using this app, however I did encounter some occasional errors. I hit bonus games on two different slots but the games froze when I tried starting the bonus rounds. It allowed me to play other slot games but wouldn’t allow me to use the ones that froze at the bonus game screen. Either way I won a decent chunk of money in a short period of time. Not processing withdraw, customer service unresponsive
Requested a withdraw over 72 hours, status of withdraw states “awaiting process”. Sent all necessary documentation required to withdraw, still no updates and not processing. Customer service does not respond, has no live chat and r not accepting phone calls at this time. I would not recommend using harrahs online casino if u expect to withdraw your winnings, every other online casino I’ve used has a 24 hour live chat and gives an eta of when ur withdraw will be processed. Will be going back to golden nugget, thanks harrahs for wasting my time.
I tried to withdrawal my money Uploaded all documents 2 days later received another email say need documents?! For starters, the app is glitchy, poorly formatted and underkept. My winnings are frozen in a withdrawal queue because I need to verify my identity with a bank statement :/ but it has been 2 days without verification. Don’t deposit money if you expect to collect your winnings. If you withdraw any money they tell you they need to verify your bank account even though they took your deposit without verification. I supplied a voided check and it’s now two weeks later, no money, no response to the daily emails I send to customer service, no one answering phones. This is theft. You wait a an unreasonable long time for withdrawals
They make you wait at least 3-4 business days to process PayPal withdrawals. Other online casinos process PayPal withdrawals in 2-6 hours 24/7....so the only reason they take that long is they don’t like paying out and hope you cancel the withdrawal before it’s processed. Any other reason they give is just BS.
Do not use this. Since I’ve started playing, constant automatic log offs. Used app to address concerns. Have never, ever received a response from site. After large wins, they do not send you a token to withdrawal (don’t need a token to deposit.....) When you are able to have a withdrawal processed, it typically takes 10-14 days before wire transfer.
