The app is good for viewing transactions, but that’s about it. I attempted to get my account number for a deposit from the website. I entered what Harvesters indicated was my account number. When I was told the other bank received an error I called and Harvesters said “we don’t show the entire account number for your protection” mind you can they only left off one digit from the number I had. It was totally inconvenient. Especially with me going through 2 step verification to ensure it’s me and my information not be correct.
Credit Unions are member owned, but Harvesters has too much control for me. You have to rely on them too much for simple things. You can’t find your account number online or in the app. You have to call them to set up direct deposit. When you swipe your debit card it should automatically deduct the money, but it doesn’t. The employees have even stated the app is “not always accurate”. You can’t deposit money in the ATMs (at least none of the ones I’ve seen at branches) and I don’t like the feeling of having to ask my parents for allowance every time I I have to call a branch.
I can’t login , I even uninstalled the app and re-installed it . Still can’t login . It has been doing this for a few days now since you guys have updated. Not cool
Won't let you use app unless you register an email on the actual website. However, there is no way to register an email on the website so this app is pointless.
