Fixing until it breaks.
This app has had enough updates over the last couple of weeks, but none of them seem to add any useful functionality. In fact, some of the few features that were useful, like the ability to tag favorite items, was removed. They’ve also made it a lot more cumbersome to find your previous orders… if you want to do something useful in the next update, try adding a chyron on items that show when you e last ordered. If you’re going to build your business model on preorders, at least make your account easier to monitor.

Customer satisfaction second to none.
I was surprised to see that Hasbro had there own sopping app but then again they are a well known popular place for their figures for kids and adults. I purchased a prime Arcee figure and it showed up well cared for. The service and responding time and to add on to allowing tracking for whatever you buy is great and shows they want to make sure you know it’s every move making it to you. I’m overall satisfied with my purchase and how great it looks and taken care of for shipment. I’d recommend if your looking for a new collectible to add for nostalgia or your childhood and of course for your kids this overall seems to be a great place to grab your next power ranger or transformers figure and others as well. Hope this review helps you feel good about the app and overall quality and care for customer as yourself and others. I know I am.

Pulse App… Yes Please!
As a kid my go to toy was G.I. Joe and now as an adult I can buy(if not sold out ) the same toys I played with as a kid for my son. He’s five and hasn’t learned that he like G.I. Joe yet but I do have a collection of brand new toys for him when he does…. Ha! I just downloaded the App and it’s looks gorgeous. IMO it’s better than the website. I was actually hoping that Hasbro did make a stand alone app for Pulse and now that they did it’s everything I could or would of wished for. The app has other toys collections from different generations so it’s sure to be applicable to many fans of Star Wars, Ghost Busters, Transformers, Power Rangers, Marvel Universe and a awesome collection of board games like Monopoly and Trivia Pursuit. Marvel legends are impossible to get on here
I feel like Hasbro pulse is stupid for having a hasbro post exclusives like I remember when does Spider-Man no way home marvel legends, three pack came out they only restocked twice in every stocked again it really makes it impossible for collectors, the actually want to figures to play with them very hard to get it. I’m also getting really tired of idiots making videos about scalpers like whatever you say no scope is going to be like “ what they said changed my mind I’m gonna doing that” like it’s just never gonna happen plus most collectors or just any to buy the figure and then wait a few years on it and sell it for a higher price so I don’t think either party is right or has any right to tell each other what to do If you buy it with your own money, you have the right to do whatever you want to with it don’t let some random loser tell you what to do

I have to agree with the general consensus in the most current reviews that Hasbro took a shopping app that worked perfectly fine and downgraded it with the last major update. Removed the ability to save items in a “wish list,” made the ability to check pending and prior orders convoluted, and the search and sort features are lesser than the prior version. Makes one wonder whose kid graduated college and needed an internship at the company. The only thing left to do is remove the ability to actually make purchases via the app. When I reached out to customer service with a concise email detailing the negative changes I was given the usual brush off that you experience when a business knows they have a bad product and has no intention of fixing it.

App is on par for Hasbro
It works. You can shop here. Something is out of stock and never to return, will simply state out of stock. Want to order something that was just released for pre-order, hurry quick, might be out of stock (not sure why they don’t produce based on pre-order versus a limited amount). Something is out of stock, why not include it in the Pulse Days sale events anyway. Can’t find figure on here but some YouTuber can find eventually for a few bucks at Ollie’s? This is the App for you!

Notifications
The shipping dates for items change sporadically. Every time an item someone has ordered gets a ship date change, you need to notify the customers that have ordered them. I’m sick of getting surprise charges. One day it will say it’s two months out, then suddenly it’s ready to ship. I spend a good amount of money on there, but I also have other expenses. I need to know when charges are about to happen. The your item will ship soon emails are not consistent, and usually come too late to make adjustments. The hour head start I’m supposed to get as a premium member on pre-ordering certain items is a joke. I either get a heads up for a new item 15 minutes into the hour that I usually don’t see for several hours, because no one checks their email every 15 minutes, or if there is a decent heads up like pulsecon had, the app crashes for 90% of that hour. Push notifications have never once worked for me. It’s turned on. Never gotten one.

Needs improving
It’s a good start but it needs some serious updates to the whole thing to be taken seriously. A lot of the features don’t work. The search feature is unreliable. The sorting feature is completely broken. But some stuff they’ve gotten right such as the ease of buying things and wish lists. Though I wish this app was for a company that actually cared. My true quarrel is with the Hasbro Pulse that when given two decisions it will always choose the worse one. The entire thing is in shambles. Items out of stock indefinitely. Toys being released for a short window of time for some absurd price and then taken away.

Consistently making it worse.
With every new update they roll out, the app continues get worse. They’ve gotten rid of the ability to favorite items and this gotten rid of my list of items I was going to purchase, which means I won’t be. They’ve also gotten rid of the ability to see your previous orders, which makes preorders extremely inconvenient because you have to use their slow website, so I’ve just started using BigBadToyStore to preorder any new figures that I want. Lastly and possibly least important, the app crashes after using it for only a minute or two, every time, without fail. The reason I say possibly least important is because I have an iPhone 6S, so I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt that it’s only doing that because my phone is old. Fix the app, there’s no reason for this, it worked fine earlier this year before y’all started breaking it for no reason.

App is a total wreck now
Hasbro recently totally redid their Pulse app. It worked more or less fine before. Now it’s a total wreck. For example, they recently posted a GI Joe exclusive. If you try to order it on the app it will say product not listed. If I switch to the website on the same device I’m able to order it. But then I have to reenter my phone number a minimum of three times because it keeps saying the number is invalid. Why they would roll this out without getting rid of all the bugs right before SDCC is incomprehensible. I just hope these issues are worked out before the SDCC exclusives are listed.

Favorites issue
This is a really good app. Good for buying Hasbro stuff, but I noticed that once you have about 100 items in your favorites, when you try to tap on a figure it takes a REALLY long time to actually pull up the product. As well as that, you can’t tap on anything else after that, only scroll. While on the topic of favorites, it’s also irritating that the app doesn’t save what you put in the favorites if you delete and reinstall the app.

Removed payment options
why is it ONLY this App that removes the Pay in 4 option? no real reason and when asked they give no real options because O LY this app does this. shame, I pay for a membership and things I want I can find elsewhere for less or much sooner. o ly saving grace is exclusives and they always sell out before I even get a notification it’s available. Why pay for a expensive premium membership once a year if premium members try their luck with everyone else? Hasbropulse also does nothing to stop the scalper bots to buy up inventory before real members… so great job there too.

Selfie series: Mediocre with little support for curly hair
I only downloaded this to try the new selfie series feature. The actual facial accuracy for details doesn’t matter too much, but were mediocre (good enough for how it’s used though). The main identifiable feature for this is the hair. However, the hair options are very limited. This is especially true for people with curly hair. That being said, even Apple’s Memoji doesn’t have much support for curly hair.

Broken App
I never leave reviews on apps. The latest update has pushed me to rate this one a singular star, but I would give zero out of five if the option were available. I open up the app to look through my favorited figures…gone. Before I can get in though “my password had expired”. Can’t see my orders, which is unfortunate because I’m hoping it doesn’t impact one that I had pre-ordered but can no longer see. Ya’ll need to get on it and fix it. My discover page is currently glitching and not showing anything outside of the ineptitude of the app developer.

Where did the favorites go?
This app is great to see all the products that are coming out and/or past ones that are out of stock. I’m disappointed to see the favorites button removed. This was a great function that allowed me to keep and eye on certain ones that I wanted to purchase in the future. Please bring back the favorites button!

Great app!!
I’ve been shopping from Hasbro Pulse for a while and typically make purchases from my phone. The app has a great UI and is easy to use. Maybe at some point in the future, there can be a notification system in the app to notify new drops, maybe as an alternative to the email subscription.

Basically Unusable
After the big overhaul in July 2024, the app hasn’t been as good. Not even a showdown of its former self. They removed favorites and made it very cumbersome to track orders. Worst of all, the app crashes constantly. Without fail, ever time I use it. I have reached out to help multiple times. Their advise was to uninstall and reinstall the app. First of all, that didn’t work. Second, they expect people to do that every time they want to use the app? They then advised me to just use the website. ??? Basically useless.

Really good for select figures
This app is super cool I found an action figure that I wanted for $40 cheaper. Now the only reason this isn’t getting a 5 star is that the app will crash when you go to deep into the marvel section but it’s fine because I just look at all figures and can find them the same if not easier. So 👍👍 for me

So slow and crashy…
It seems like the app is far more prone to slowing and crashing ever since the “Selfie Series” update. It was noticeably faster prior to that update, and now it’s laggy and eventually crashes every time I use it. I’m using an older iPad, but I had no problems with the app prior to the recent app update. I was happy with it initially since their website doesn’t run very well on my iPad…now I’m kind of stuck… It would be nice if they would fix the app…and add the ability to view the app in landscape mode.

Cancels my pre orders!
I just tried to pre order something off the app and every time it tells me my order is confirmed not even a second later it’ll cancel my order I’ve asked them directly but wasn’t given a clear response I’m not sure if it’s a system issue or if there’s a limit to how many pre orders I can have but someone needs to fix this I just got the premium membership to so I’ll probably have to cancel that too.

Fans come first?
I cannot recall one of these projects that was requested by the fans. We are presented with what Hasbro will make and THEN we can choose whether to fund it. Take some actual fan requests and open a voting poll as to which items should be made. A USS Flag would be an incredible option or a Death Star. Something the people paying for this stuff grew up wanting or imagined would be amazing to have made. No more random picks chosen by the company.

Solid App
If you like Hasbro, this app is solid. It just has two issues: 1. A tendency to glitch out after a while. Things take a long time to load if you surf the app for too long. 2. Sometimes, the search results return things that it shouldn’t. Why should Megatron show up if I’m searching for Optimus Prime?

I mean it’s a cool concept you get your own action figure and also you get to put it onto another action figure body I mean the advertise inside the pictures. This is by far the worst app I have ever downloaded and experience up to the point where I can no longer scroll through the app without it freezing, going black and logging out. You think what’s suppose to be a billion dollar company like Hasbro would fix something as simple as a shopping app, even Temu is better than this app. All they do is downgrade the app and claim it’s an upgrade to the point where it’s unusable. I can’t tell if it’s sad or pathetic.

I started collecting action figures when I was 2 and I’m 11 now so the fact that all I need to do is go on the app and it’s like I am in heaven. They have every action figure you could want and amazing prices! Definitely a app to have!

No real choices
Only Hero pre sets can be chosen except for a Storm Trooper. You can’t mix and match parts for a unique figure. Women only get 1 choice at each figure category. There is no way to edit your finished face. Overall they need to cater to more adults because we are the ones buying. Offer more villain sets or at least let us mix and match parts. Give women more than one fixed body set for each franchise. Also add a customer service tab.

Worked well until the update
App was working great until the update happened. Now its harder to buy products some say product not available. Sometimes the page loads sometimes there is just a white screen. There needs to be a patch for this. I have had to order through the pulse website the last few times.

Collectors Heaven
All my kids are grown I turned there bedroom into collectors paradise. I love this app gonna collect leave them in packages and in 25 years I will have lots of memories. Its money in the bank retirement plan invest into the future love the app exclusive products. Win Win for everyone.

Latest update removes wish list.
For all the items I buy I used the Wish List option heavily to keep track of them and what I still needed or was thinking of getting, or for out of stock to catch it when it was back in. The new update eliminated the Wish List effectively cutting my ability to use the app in half. Please put it back!

Can’t open my cart?!
So I has been going on for a very long time, the Hasbro pulse app will not let me open/ look at my cart, it always says something along the lines of “Oops! We’re sorry! Something went wrong and returns me to the home page/ screen. Has anyone else have this problem???

Needs order search
Need to be able to search through orders by keyword or product name. The website lets you do this. Need to be able to know what items you have already ordered or preordered when viewing the catalogue. Otherwise I don’t know if I already ordered it. So then I go to past orders which I cannot search through by product name and click around… bad experience

Order history needs major work
The app is frustrating in that you cannot search your past orders like you can on the website. There are also NO PICTURES of the product you’ve ordered to quickly scroll through and check if you’ve already preorders something. How hard would it be to add a small low res photo?

Back to crashing again…
Just leaving this as 1 star until it works for a solid month, then I will get my premium subscription back. Changed from 1 to 4 star. The app doesn’t crash anymore. I can finally actually check out the transformers. It’s still pretty slow to load, but no more crashing. Now how about bringing back some functionality and UI improvements.

The ‘fun’ of trying to use the Hasbro Pulse app is that you never know what experience you’re going to have. Some days it runs perfectly smooth. And then there are the days when it only wants to lock up or simply refuses to load. You’ve had the time to get this right Hasbro. Let’s get it together.

Preorder and stock
I’m mostly here for the marvel legends but come on everyone they are slow on updating the figures from preorder to able to ship. It’s stupid really needs to be fixed along with stock issues as a lot of the figures on there that people want are sold out. Please get this fixed

Now the app is awful
Now the app can’t find products, has wrong info about previous Haslabs, and has made ordering more difficult. It now won’t recognize peoples phone numbers during checkout. It also removed the “favorites” which is incredibly annoying. The whole app needs to be fixed now. There was nothing wrong with it before this horrible update.

Needs updating
This app constantly crashes and it’s almost impossible to scroll through items and pictures without it crashing. Would love to be able to browse on my phone, but find that I have to use the website on my laptop if I really want to shop. It’s disappointing.

Not able to stay signed in
The “stay signed in” box is always ticked, but it logs me out once I close the app. Also, after signing in, the “account” tab doesn’t display any of my account information, as if I’m logged out. A fix for this would be great

I grew up pore but, my mom always got us some GI Joes. I binge on this now that I’m successful enough to spend money on plastic. Me and my son enjoy toys so this is a way to bond on nostalgia for us. The app just made it easier for us to get all the cool things we want!

This app is a nice thought — I like having this on my phone, but it’s shoddy. I’m trying to log in with the very same credentials as on the website and it doesn’t work. And if I reset my password and log in, it then boots me out every few days and I can’t log in again. Favorites don’t stay synced with the website, either. Very frustrating.

Marketing Ploy
This is just a sales catalogue on your phone. It doesn’t offer you insider alerts or pre-orders for members or exclusives… and getting your info and history is a chore. The faithful deserve a better overall experience, from the app and membership fees. Use the website or buy from a site that rewards you in the aftermarket.

Won’t stop crashing
I love this app it’s one of the only places I That doesn’t raise prices on high demand items but ever since they redid the app it never stops crashing. Whenever I try to scroll down to see what’s available it will close out of the app entirely and doesn’t stop even after I deleted the app and reinstalled it. PLEASE FIX THIS!!

App is Glitched
The App was really good at first but a few months ago it has started glitching where I cannot access my cart. Every time I do I keep getting an error. I have a uninstalled and reinstalled several times and made sure the app was up to date but no luck. So outside of seeing what’s new the app is completely useless.

For an app that is literally only used to buy toys I don’t know why it crashes every time am going through figures and I have used this app on different devices and they have the same issue so it’s not a phone problem. fix this issue because there is no reason for an app like this to have a huge problem like this.

Worst app I have
Absolute dog $h¡t. I currently can’t even place an order with out getting an error message. It makes you put in your phone number with every single order because even though it’s saved to your account the idiots saved it in a format that they don’t accept. So every time you have to erase your phone number & then re-enter it. Yeah, it’s that dumb.
