Amazing

This app is awesome. First of all, this is the first app I’ve ever come across to allow you to upload photos and videos, delete them from your phone, and still go back and watch them at FULL quality in the app. I’ve imported 100+ items, and it only took me 3 seconds AT THE MOST to import them. The app runs smooth, I don’t even think I’ve seen a single add, and best of all, it lets you disguise the starter screen. Instead of opening the app asking for a passcode, (which is a dead giveaway to anyone trying to HIDE something), you can change the disguise screen to something like a calculator, or a random daily joke, or a crash screen to act like the app crashed. Honestly, overall the best app to anyone who is trying to hide sensitive photos or files 👌🏽.

Amazing, but note…

This is the best secret app for photos and videos on the market! However, it has bugs. 1: I’ve noticed that when albums go over 100 images, it tends to crash upon opening that album. This can easily be avoided by making a new album. I am using over 50 albums and it doesn’t have issues 2: adding captions/stories/logs are annoying and long in the notes, I avoid this by saving my captions/stories/logs as pdfs 3: I have found that the unhide button is unreliable for two reasons. It saves everything that was selected into your camera roll as jpgs. This means that moving images and HD images are saved as lower quality static images. This can be avoided by selecting the “save image” button(below move image) 4: Finally, I have noticed that videos are very hard to remove with the same quality that they were uploaded with. Be sure it is safe to stay on the app before deleting it on the device Beyond these 4 simple bugs, this app it amazing. How many apps can you say have only 4 small annoyances?

Please, when you restore the backup copy because there are new photos, previously it was only reading and downloading new photos and files. Now it takes a complete copy again every time, so that the number in the cloud is different from the number in the photo folder. لطفا عند اعادة النسخة الاحتياطية لوجود صور جديدة بالسابق كان يقراء وياهذ الصور والملفات الجديدة فقط الان يقوم بكل مرة باخذ نسخة كاملة من جديد بحيث ان الرقم بالكلاود يختلف عن الرقم بحافظة الصور

Best vault app

I’ve had several vault apps in the past few years, and this is the best one I have found it allows more than just photos. You can put notes PDFs and disguise it with a double password. The only thing I would like to have added, would be documents, otherwise best app out there, I suggest highly!

Okay

I feel like this app works great even if you have a lot of photos and videos. There are some downsides for example once you have a lot of photos and videos the app becomes a lot more slow. Another thing is that sometimes happens is your videos lose their audio idk why it does this but it’s sometimes frustrating. Another pretty big annoyance is when you want to save something or delete it it doesn’t do the task at all and it’s still in your regular image folder on your phone

Fix this now please

So I’ve had this app for a good year now buuut I just noticed this problem you can find any image you downloaded simply by going to the Search on iPhone and anything starting with image or whatever title the file would have would show up in search. Do fix this if you can and I will give you a five since I’ve never really had a problem till now. (One more thing I’m using an iPhone 7 just checking to see if it only occurs on just this model.)

Worked great for a while….

Been using for a couple of years. Worked great and had all the features I wanted. However, now it crashes when I try to add photos to an album. I opens, allows me to select option to add photos from my gallery, but then crashes after about 5 seconds. Perhaps there is an unpublished limit to the number of photos? I tried emailing customer support but no response yet. I will upgrade my rating if they respond and fix my problem.

Easily compromised

If you are forced to open the app using the escape or decoy password, the perpetrator can easily reset the actual PIN because the menu allows you to change the PIN even though you logged in using the escape or decoy password. Furthermore, the app doesn’t require you to enter the original PIN before you are allowed to change the PIN. It’s quite silly to design the app this way. The idea of an escape or decoy password is to open the app into a different folder, and the PIN option should not be shown unless you enter the PIN. It’s so silly to allow a perpetrator to reset the real PIN simply by clicking on the option to change the PIN.

Lost pictures

Genuinely i love this app. It has never gave me issues until recently, I got a new phone and when I signed in my iCloud on the new device it wouldn’t let me download the HIP app because it needed to be updated. So it forced me to delete the app and redownload the update and when I did all my pictures and videos where gone 😥 does anybody know a way I can find them or is it a loss? Please if you can I have some pictures in there with a deceased lover and thats all the memory i have.

Recent Problem

I’ve been using this app for about a year and it’s been great. However, recently I noticed that the videos I’ve been transferring over to the app haven’t maintained their original quality. Whether the videos are 1080p or 4K, they end up converting to what seems to be 360p quality when transferred to app.

No false advertisement

What I love shot this app is that you get what they are claiming to give you. So many other apps, especially apps of this purpose, limit you to a certain amount of pictures or things you can do, before they start to ask for money. I absolutely love this app. Thank you thank you thank you.

Admin doesn’t respond

This app deleted one 100+ videos that I had saved after an update. Dont use this app. I used to love it but now I can’t get a response from anybody. Update- they answered my email and fixed the problem! Quick and easy solution

New Update

Ive been using this app for years and I’ve never really had a problem with it until the recent update. For some reason when I open the app and choose a picture it won’t allow it to go to full screen to view it. It makes me close the app and reset it. Sometimes it takes more than one reset. Please fix.

Use to be great

This use to be a great app but now it’s bull, I can no longer save or hide my vids just pictures...and I’ve reached out to admin several time and no answer from them...find another program until this one has been fixed

Why can’t I take my gifs out

I used to love using this app. But I don’t know whether it’s because I put too many gifs on it or what, but whenever I try to save gifs from the app to my photo album they end up as still photos and not as gifs. So essentially I’ve got a bunch of my favorite gifs stuck in an app that won’t let me take them out as gifs. I’ve tried emailing and even going to Twitter but no response. So yeah I don’t think I’ll be recommending this piece of trash app for anybody in the nearby future.

Why!?

Listen I’m not usually the person to rant about apps but this one has caused me so much trouble I feel like I need to. I’ve been using this app for a while now and when I converted my photos over it asked if I wanted to delete them off of my old photos app, which I thought was fine since I had a new place to put them but in the end it ended up deleting my photos from off the app and my phone. I highly suggest not downloading this app it has caused me so much more trouble than I asked for and about 500 photos down the drain.

Secret hiding place

I Have been using this app I’m quite sure it has been six years now I’ve watched it changed over the years a lot of improvement the only thing I can say that is the downfall is if you get a new phone you lose the stuff you had hidden.

SCAM!

What they do should be illegal. We all know the photos you store here are “sensitive”. The app will delete those photos from your library and charge you money to see them again. I genuinely can’t see how this isn’t false advertising

Pictures

I've had this app for about 3 years now and recently when I open up a folder the pictures dont show. I have to click on them individually in order to see what the picture is! It's still a 5 star because it works!

Update Messed Up Videos

After the new update came out now when I watch a video in one of my galleries the audio is all messed up. Meaning the audio from different videos in the same gallery play at the same time as the selected video. When there is only one video in a gallery there is no problem, it is when there are multiple videos in the same gallery. Fix this its super annoying and the app is unusable right now

Was good until recent update

When I play a video I hear the audio from my other videos as well when I obviously shouldn’t…not sure if it’s just me but I wasn’t having this issue before.

Great app one question tho

Love the app, i have a question about the backup tho. Is there a way i can actively update my backup. Say i have 30 photos and those 30 are backed up. Let’s say i add 1 more so now i have 31 photos, only 30 backed up. Is there a way i can update it so all 31 are backed up?

It works!

Finally an app that actually works, had to move 50 pics at a time but it works. Anytime you exit the app it locks. And deleted photos after transferring if you wish! And the icon looks like a music player 5 stars

Joke of The day

I had used this app for a while had no problems. I was looking in settings for something and saw an option to turn in the joke of the day, so I did. Now when I open the app it stays on the joke of the day and I can’t access any of my photos or videos. I don’t know if this is just a problem only I am having but I am upset I had a lot photos and videos on the app!

Good concept

The app works well EXCEPT for one thing. It seems to have problems with transferring multiple files, particularly if the files are stored off your device and you’re only dealing with thumbnails. Maybe that’s a feature that was not seen as necessary?

Great but one problem

I love this app so much, it’s really good and really detailed, but I have a problem, some of the videos are pitch black when you are looking for a video. And it’s a lot of videos that are like that. The video works but just can’t find birdies if they are pitch black, if you fix this I’ll appreciate and give 5 stars

You can delete you photos from ur phone but they will still be in the app. There is emergency passcode that when used makes it look empty. You can disguise the app too, all around very good.

Device Transfer

So I upgraded from Samsung to Iphone recently. Before switching I uploaded all of my files through the google drive cloud upload (offered in the app). Now, I transferred all of the files - and they came through, but with no images. It’s only audio and time for videos, or a title for photos, but I can’t see any of them for some reason now. What do I do?

Playback speed

The disguise screen

Can you guys please make the disguise screen look more legit, because when I open it up to reveal my work files, the disguise screen looks fake and I think most of the people I know will also think that looks fake. So can y’all please make it look more legit, and also if y’all are going to add the music swiping thing make it work.

It’s very useful , it can not be open by other person , since your right thumb or PIN number could only be open. Safe and secured. It’s the best Apps , hide all your sensitive information!

Needs some tweaking

Great app but on IPhone X when viewing a slideshow phone still sims and turns off, plus when you swipe up to close the app if viewing a picture once you open app again the picture pops up instead of disguise screen. But once those issues are fixed the app would be perfect.

Doesnt work properly anymore

I have been using this app for a while and absolutely loved it, until recently.. it doesnt load my pictures or videos anymore. I cant add pics or vids from my gallery into the app anymore. Its very frustrating. Anyone know why and what the problem is?!! Anyone else having this issue?!

No files are showing. Everything shows empty after recent update.

After the recent update when i have entered the app all my files vanished. Everything shows empty now. But the app storage still shows loaded up like before. How can i get my files back? How to access the files that are not showing in the app but it’s still there in the phone?

problems with disguise screen

i really like this app, but some of the disguise screens won’t work! whenever i try to activate the one that looks like the audio manager or the one that looks like the crash screen, it won’t recognise that i’m holding down on the logo and therefore i can’t use those. as much as the calculator or joke ones work, i don’t feel they would be convincing with the app being called “hip” and having music notes on the app cover. i am using on an iphone xr with the most recent ios update.

I love this app. I have it on several devices and it’s never failed me. I hold pitchers and documents in a safe place so even if someone gets my phone those things remain safe. And this new cloud back up.... wow now it’s super awesome.

Deleted my pics

All my photos were deleted and I never deleted the app or anything. I clicked on it one day and it had me reset my pin and all my photos were deleted

New glitch

The latest update removes the ability to view your photos in full screen mode. Instead, they can only appear in a fairly small window. There appears to be no way to resize the window.

Great app

Great app. Store a lot of my photos, but I tried to rename a folder or two but cannot. I also found that the app closes out if there are too many photos (over 300) in it. Other than that, fantastic app. Would recommend to any one.

NOT HAPY

This is the worst app ever I had to delete it. I couldn’t share none of my photos through WhatsApp and my videos without share at all. The share button didn’t even show up for my videos.
