This is a great app for depositing mobile checks and you can also get permission to go over the daily or monthly limits by calling the main office. Only time I need to go into the branch is when I have cash deposits. The app does everything I need to and I don’t understand the comments about transferring because I have no problems with that either.
The app is OK... it does the basics—transfer, check balance but does a poor job at mobile deposit. Every single month I deposit a check into this account and every single month I get an error message, “it looks like to took a picture of the front of the check twice, please resubmit.” Fully admit I’m being a little ridiculous, but it’s annoying that the mobile deposit never works on the first try. Also, you can only view 30 days of history which is annoying. That aside, great bank with local, friendly service. I would recommend if you’re looking for local bank, but the app could definitely use an upgrade.
My biggest complaint with this app is that the app locks you out and ask you for your password again after you’ve set up the fingerprint ID for signing in and I also get very very very frustrated having to put in my password each time I make a fund transfer half the time I don’t even remember my password and I’m on my mobile phone when I’m doing it big big issue with that.
Software is never able to recognize endorsement on the back of the check. Sometimes have to take pictures (both front and back) 5 times before deposit goes through. Very time-consuming and frustrating.
I was really hoping that with the update, it would show me my available balance as the default for each acct. Most people use mobile banking to get a quick idea of what they have for money and showing the ledger balance can be very confusing. The update has the available balance even smaller to see...I guess they're hoping people overdraw their acct so they can collect the fees.
