Great potential
I’m going to go ahead and give you guys 5 stars because I think you have a great base! I feel like this game is already so much fun, but it has an amazing potential to be fleshed out more. I’d really love it if we had more of a main character customization. I feel like that would make it feel more personal and less like just numbers. It’d be interesting if you got to control more of your life than numbers or add things that could affect the numbers. I’d like to see some life choices you could make. Maybe adding a family and how the extra people would affect your financial situation. I love the concept for this game and haven’t quite seen something like this before. Please consider getting more in depth and personal because I think you guys are onto something wonderful here❤️ I’ve decided to add a couple of other things here lol. First of all I’d like to thank you guys for the lack of ads, that’s really cool and honestly you deserve to put some in there if you want. I would also like to make a suggestion of having a better in game guide. Like maybe more help and explanation on markets and properties. I think some adjustments to make it incredibly easy to understand and succeed at would help this game a lot and ease some of the frustration I’ve seen from other reviews❤️

Amazing concept
This game provides a basic blueprint of wealth generation. Its focused around your lifespan which is deducted automatically by trying to progress in the game. To combat the effects of that, you must utilize other features of the game to improve your life expectancy, such as taking vacation, eating a healthy meal etc... It’s absolutely addicting but it also seems like a never ending story of gain, if you don't die. Ive died about 5 times and now Ive finally made it to graduating as a doctor, a career I haven't even started. So far, Ive amassed over $2M cash and I have a net worth of over $7M. I like the idea of paying off loans to decrease the debt you have accrued, because you can then purchase another business through a loan if necessary, leaving the first business paid off, thus providing you %100 equity when selling the property, minus any fees associated. I would love to see growth in regards to the concept and how in depth it can potentially become. Keeping your expenses low, and accruing as much money as possible before incurring too much debt is essential to the longevity of playing. Getting a bank account is imperative once you gain $1000. Getting insurance on your properties is important to pay less when floods and other things happen, with no insurance you pay more in fees, hence not having a deductible. I cant wait to see what the developers incorporate moving forward.

It’s hard at first but then you can make millions
I see people who are giving this game low reviews simply because they don’t have a strategic way on how to be rich in the game. It’s pretty hard in the beginning since you don’t know what you should focus on. I have restarted many times, went to debt many times and I ended up finding a way to make millions in this game without buying any in game purchases. So no, it’s not “pay to win” as some people are saying it in the reviews. Sure there’s bugs here and there but you can’t say you can get anywhere in the game if you haven’t really tried or thought about ways to make yourself rich. If you want advice on how to start off, here’s how. Beg a ton and buy the dog twice (starts with $50 and then $100). Keep begging till you reach $600+. Get the GED, buy bus pass, phone and to get the fast food job. Go to debt and get bachelors, get the sales rep job and keep it. Focus on getting promotions and raises and save up on getting commercial businesses. Or you can flip houses but doesn’t usually work out. This is my strategy and I died when I was 83 yrs old with $67mil LOL.

Great Potential
These types of life simulator games have become really popular in the past few months. And for good reason, they are really fun! I think this game has the potential to be one of the most popular games if it is grown. I think the creators need to go more in depth in the game and have more options that you would make in life. I have a few specific suggestions and a couple questions too. My first suggestion is that I think there should be more options of jobs. Right now there is literally like 6 career options, and that’s not nearly enough to make it realistic. I also think there should be more options for getting your life expectancy up like going to the doctor, exercise, meditation, and other things like that. My first question is that I have no idea how to make a business more successful. Right now my bike business is losing 50 dollars a day and as far as I know there is no way to make it have a profit. So my suggesting for that is clear, make it so that you can make a business better. I also have a question about retirement. There is no way to retire. You just have to keep working until you die, so the retirement savings are pointless because you are just going to keep making money no matter what. Anyways, those are my suggestions, good luck.

Great game with a lot of potential
So far, this game seems far superior to many other mobile games that i have played. It is complicated enough to keep me interested but not too complicated to the point of me wanted to quit. Like all of the other reviews say, it’s addicting and i can’t stop playing it. The only problem i have is that now that i have a very high paying job and can afford every business and property, there isn’t much to do anymore. It seems as if i just grind out work days just to buy properties over and over again with nothing new happening. I realize this game is somewhat new so I am excited to see what will be added but if i had to say anything it’s that there needs to be more to do late-game, or maybe milestones to reach to give an incentive to keep playing. Also, now that i have gone through all the jobs and schooling, I think it would be cool if there was an alternative route that i could take to become rich once again, or maybe famous instead. So far, this game is great, and I feel with time this game could be one of my all time favorites.

I never usually leave a review, but…
This games feels it better 3 or 2 years ago because some of the reviews feel like their describing a different game. Don’t get me wrong it’s not a bad game. It’s just when I played it. It just felt like it was try to make me buy the $2 pack to continue with progress and have 2 extra years of life with $25,000. Every time I start to take damage to my life it would appear with the button to buy it right under my finger. It happened so often that it was annoying. Also, in the beginning when your starting with nothing their is a lot traps to make you fail. Literally the best money making method is just begging; but after you get past the beginning and get a job good luck because taxes don’t stop getting higher until you die. If you want to get far in the game without wasting your time then you have to look up a guide to even get to the end game. As one the reviews said if you’re looking for a game that plays like this and is easier to understand than go play bit life but to give the dev some credit it’s totally accurate to social economical experience of homeless and poor people right now.

Frustratingly good
Hi there, first of all I’d like to say that you’ve created an amazing game! It’s fun, not too simple, and can be played over and over again! I’ve really enjoyed trying to figure out and navigate my way through life as a hobo... well in the game that is haha. I really enjoy how realistic you’ve made the game, it’s really easy to get pulled into. I do have a few critiques though... The game has so many options (which is good thing) so I occasionally hit the wrong button... especially since they’re right next to each other and they all look the same. Wouldn’t be a huge deal except one or two taps can greatly put you in debt and kill you... all those hours of gameplay down the drain because of a few misclicks. So I think it would be really cool if you added a redo button, maybe in return for watching an ad? Like undo the past 3 days by watching this 30 second ad? Both sides profit huh? Besides that I believe this is a great game! Please continue working on it, you’ve done great so far! Thanks for the awesomeness:p

Frustrating game, please take this into consideration
This game is so annoying. I’ve had it for 5 months now and here are my thoughts. First of all it gives you no instructions on how to play so it’s quite boring. Once you get a basic idea on How to play you die so quickly and as you play for more time it just gets so frustrating! I’ve seen a lot of comments saying that all you need is strategy but believe me, I’ve played for (a very boring) 3 hours😬and nothing worked. But I hope the developers of the game take some of the advise from the other comments because I think the game could improve a lot by those. Another problem I’ve noticed about the game is that it’s not at all realistic to real life and real life prices. The senerios are very unrealistic and all odds are against this poor homeless man. Maybe change that a bit. After all this my suggestion to consumers of this game is to hold of on getting it until the game is updated. My very extremely high suggestion (I’m begging you!) to the software developers of hobo capitalist is to change a few and preferably more of my suggestions and other common suggestions that you find in the reviews. Thank you very much for your time and consideration.❤️

This is NOT a pay to win. Every single time I paid, I ended up losing. Why? Because I was not being strategic. I would get impatient and splurge on ways to advance without paying attention to my life span deducting, years deducting, or finances. Just like life, you have to find a balance. Sometimes even go into a little debt but know how you’re going to make that money back and work for you. I got tired of buying my way and finally started trying different methods. Eventually I found the method that worked without ANY purchases. - Beg and get two puppies - keep begging and invest that into bus pass, drivers license, phone, auto insurance, and then car - get my GED - Get fast food worker job - work that consistently and work overtime and charm boss 3 times - use student loan and get bachelors degree - get sales rep job and keep that until you reach the top of the ladder In between, gradually get home and food to increase life accordingly. Invest in properties and hire the one-time $100k people when necessary. I always gradually pay my debt. I invest in retirement when it was low and ended up with millions in retirement alone. I also had millions in cash. It was satisfying to finally get there. Just like any game, it takes time to know what to do. If you die, just die. Restart and try another strategy. It’s a great way to keep your mind stimulated and it’s extremely rewarding when you finally reach the point of exponentially increasing funds.

i love the game but
i love the game don't get me wrong but im so confused on some stuff and theres nothing to show you how! i was dying my first few try's because i had no idea how to eat! Plus if i ever played the lotto it would always pop up after with a limited time offer i would love if you but a button like so you could stop that! And maybe add some more to the game? like mini games and stuff to make quick cash from the lotto mini games because i find them super hard like maybe play against someone else in a mini game like tic tac toe, like a kind of games like that! Plus i would love if you cold customize your person to like a woman and be able to change hair styles! ( i don't know if you have this i only recently started) And thats really all but one more thing just an idea like ad hard games to get a-lot of money like to get 1000 you have to do a-lot of task maybe? or maybe add tasks in them selves like per-say " get a dog : 30$"

Great game and glad the Devs are fixing slight tweaks
It’s an amazing game that really lets you uniquely survive with your preferred playing style but the early stages are just rough, my only problem is begging is essentially the only thing that really works because nothing else is reliable enough with high enough a pay day until you get like a year or so in and can afford advertising, buying like 3 or 4 dogs and only begging will lead to around a 4,000 a year payday then the best thing is just calculate exactly how much to unlock the chain of items needed to get advertisements in one big purchase without the chain of items daily costs just making it a longer process, if the other jobs were more reliable it would be amazing because then you could actually work up the chain and make the same amount of money a lot easier and faster, the early game does need a few tweaks but I’ve read other reviews and the devs are awesome with responding and trying to fix any issues and I’m thankful for that, the game has a lot of potential and hopefully the devs can make it so!

Best game in a long while
I never ever come to any app to write reviews. I think this may be my first one ever. But I am absolutely obsessed with this game. It so simple but so much fun. I’ve played so many lives and have fun going through different paths to be successful. I think someone else mentioned additional careers which I think is an awesome idea. I also love the idea of pop ups that let you choose something with random events and the choice affects your game. I had a popup ask me about drinking on my 21st birthday and it was so cool. I don’t even remember how I came across this app but I’m so glad I did. It’s so small but so much strategy without being ridiculously impossible. I love the challenge. One thing I had trouble with was scholarships. I had earned one and it seemed like the next day it was gone. I also have written MANY essays to spend 20k+ just to apply and it got me nowhere. I do really love this game and so look forward to updates in the future!

This game is cool and it already gave me so many ideas
This game is so cool. I played it a couple of times now and this is my fifth time playing but I’m taking a break to write this review. Right now I live in an RV next to my parents house; and I plan on going to college until I become a doctor. I am also exercising a lot now and I plan on competing at the Olympics. This game on the third attempt I became a doctor and it was so cool to see but I drowned myself in debt and passed away! Then next time I could’ve made it by paying for college with only scholarships but I didn’t see my life expectancy was up and I died. Now I’m applying for scholarships , trying to give back to the community, the homeless people , and attending college to just see what we can do. This game drains your energy if you stay on it for too long because it does get the mind thinking , but it’s so much fun. Thank you!

Great concept, okay execution.
Making a mistake early on is unforgiving, like purchasing a bus pass that will cost you $5 per day too early, same goes for meals and housing options. The problem is that they cannot be UNDONE. Once you purchase something that costs you ___ per day, you are stuck with it. I find this to be very off-putting. You should be able to cancel some purchases that you would be able to in real life. But hey, it’s a game and those are the rules I guess. Another problem I had was accidentally applying to a job instead of working at my current job my little hobo worked so hard to get to. I became a resident, working my way to becoming a fully fledged doctor, when all of a sudden I accidentally fat fingered the button to apply to become a researcher or something. This reset all of my promotion and raise progress. That was the final straw for me. Just frustrating and tedious. Those are my two issues with the game. You have to spam the “+” button next to your current job to earn, but it’s surrounded by the other job’s “+” buttons, which make it easy to accidentally apply to those instead of work your current one. This, to me, is game breaking and not hard to have foreseen. Be careful, folks! On a positive note, the game is very addicting and fun. My first millionaire was a real estate agent who was REALLY good at their job in the end, and owned many properties. Thank you for the good time, devs. Hope this review helps!

Terrible game, don’t download
It was fun at the very beginning, but once you realize you have to pay real money to advance in the game, it starts to become pretty terrible pretty fast. I personally have only gotten a real job in the game once, and it told me life was over quickly after that. This is why the game is so bad. You have to press the beg button an absurd amount of times to get any money, you always lose money, there are never deliveries so they are wasting you time even though you pay to upgrade to make deliveries in the first place! I could go on and on and on, and I will after this on another review, but this game is just terrible, not enjoyably or fun in the least bit. I deleted it as soon as I saw how pointless, unenjoyable, and just simply terrible it was. I don’t know who rated this anything over 2 stars but they are definitely not getting my money.

Fun
Really fun game it’s taken up most of my day. So far my current age is 68 with a life expectancy of 81. I have noticed a couple small glitches or what seems to be glitches. I was a doctor with a private practice and then when I returned to the game it brought back the title to resident I’m still making the same amount of money so it wasn’t a big deal. Also when I sold one of my apartments the money didn’t go back into my account. Mortgage was fully paid off. Not sure if this is intentional or not because my net worth stayed the same. It would just be nice to have that money to spend. Other than the small things I’ve been enjoying the game. One feature I would like to have is a day multiplier so I’m not tapping a thousand times because my fingers are getting sore. Keep up the good work on the game. Looking forward to what’s to come.

Inlove!!!
The one thing I would suggest is can we get a meter to count down how many days we have left to live. Also it would be cool to add in relationships or family choices. They can either add value or become an expense depending on who we date or are friends with. Might be an interesting concept to add. I literally shared it with all my friends. I think this is such an amazing game and so addictive. I must have died like 50 times but I still get better at life little by little. I recommend everyone should play this game and force others to as well. It is very relatable to life and the struggles of trying to support yourself. Cost of living keeps going up as your income remains the same lol 🤣 take my advice don’t live out of your means. It will only bleed you dry.

Rad game, except it’s impossible to move past the first job tier
I’ve played the game over and over and over and I really like it over all, except for the fact that no matter what I do, I can’t ever seem to get a scholarship nor make it in to college and up the career ladder with out dying from the debt that you instantly accrue upon doing pretty much anything….it’s getting extremely frustrating….I don’t understand why everything to help you progress past the first real job to stay alive longer or move up financially in any way, is literally beyond unrealistically priced I mean if you had $100K then you most likely wouldn’t need the things that cost rhat much to help you stay alive or progress in the game. And I think it’s absurd that there’s no way to make payments towards school or housing or anything beyond student loans and mortgage which gives you the full debt instantly and instantly starts to take your life expectancy down 7 days per day that you have that debt.

Great! Lots of potential...
I got this game in a whim, and was completely sucked in, I think there are so many more aspects that could be added, such as language, and what not. You have to be very strategic about what you choose to buy, because making money is not easy. I think somethings that would make the game more interesting is if you had a character, so each person would have different strengths. Maybe you had immigrated from another country and could not speak English, so everything was written in a mess of letters. I wish there were more jobs to choose from, along with more things to buy/sell. But on top of all of that, this game has a lot of potential, and I think that with some improvements it can turn into something totally AWESOME!!

Great game
This game is very good at a homeless to rich, the structure is great and there is multiple different ways to play such as working your way up the ladder of a company, making your own business and becoming rich or dumpster diving to becoming rich. However, the best way to becoming rich as of what i seen is through working your way up the ladder of a company. I started begging until I made 500 dollars and bought a market license, then I went and started dumpster diving and then started working my way up the ladder and don’t waste your time on being a realtor because it barely makes any money. Make some businesses as you go up the ladder and invest into the retirement fund because that will make you a lot of money for the reason of it goes up around 2000 dollars a little down the line. Don’t forget, the best way to learn is through trial and error so you will die like 5 times before you start getting the hang of it and don’t waster your time on lottery because you lose a lot more than you gain. THIS GAME IS SO ADDICTING until you get to the top and start making around 3000 per click and lived 80 to 85 years it kind of makes you want to restart. All around the best homeless game ever with a stock market and lottery system and more.

Unnecessarily convoluted
So many aspects of this game could be fine if the devs weren’t dead set on making you go through unnecessary hoops to get to the end. In what world is a flashlight $100? Why do I have to buy a guitar before I can buy a bike? On top of that, the game design wants to be minimalist and it succeeds far too well by making the game the absolute opposite of intuitive and user friendly. The instructions when you open it are an unwelcoming block of text that you NEED to read or else you’ll spend a few lifetimes figuring out how to navigate a game that makes no sense in the first place. If the devs wanted these specific game mechanics it makes no sense to base it in real world concepts like homelessness. Getting a cheap phone is easy these days, why does it cost $500 in the game? Studying for anything let alone the GED should not take 32 days for your chances of passing to only go up by 5%. Poorly thought through game concept, and the insult to injury was how long I had to play it to figure out how to play it in the first place.

Frustrating but addictive
This is a really great and fun game but the more lives you play the more frustrating it gets. I think it’s dumb that you have to go step by step in the beginning get this to get that and that to get this it makes it a very tedious start with no strategy to it. There needs to be a way to keep the Econ index up. As well as to keep it consistent. I had 4 jewelry stores and like 15 bike shops I was making like 1500 with it I got a text left the game, caramel back and was loosing close to 3k a day. It’d be nice if when you hired the economist that he kept your business at a minimum profitable. Or like a stimulate economy purchase you could make that puts Econ index at 1.5 permanently cost like 5 million or something like that. I don’t know.

Terrible
I don’t normally leave reviews, but this game was so bad I had to. I don’t know what the other 5 star reviews are talking about. I played for over 2 hours. And basically got nowhere. I probably tapped many many thousands and thousands of times. You start from nothing. You make barely any money. After a few thousand taps you can start tapping for a different job. After thousands of more taps you can get a better job. Then you’ll have to tap for hours if you want to go to college. Or get a loan. I had just done that. And I accidentally tapped one thing. That fast forwarded 2 years. Taking away all my money due to expenses. Since I was in debt, the life expectancy starts going down. No way to stop it. So I inevitably died. Same thing can happen when it randomly takes all your money and claims it’s “taxes”. So only play this game if you want to entirely throw away 3 hours of your day. And get extremely annoyed. And cause carpal tunnel

Forced path
This game has a nice UI and could be a great game. However, I was very put-off by the apparent forced path that you must take. To become a fast food worker, you need a GED. Ok, cool, got that. Oh wait, you need a phone too. Ok, no big deal. Oh wait, to get a phone you need a drivers license? Kinda weird but that’s no problem. Oh, I need a bus pass to unlock the drivers license? That doesn’t make sense but I guess I can do that. Oh, I need to unlock graffiti to get a bus pass? And a bike to get graffiti? And a guitar to get the bike? It just doesn’t make any sense to me, and the only reason it seems to be there is to make the game more monotonous and force you to spend more money on things even if you don’t want to use them at all. Hopefully the dev removes these restrictions so that you can actually make meaningful choices from the beginning without grinding through meaningless items.

Amazing idea- but I’m beyond confused
This concept- from the game itself to the complete lack of ads is amazing. However, my only complaint is that I am too dumb to understand why I cannot make progress. I don’t get why my character gains money but looses at the same time, and all of the problem solver are locked behind money levels- like 250 to be able to sell the things you get, but 250 is going to take a while to get there, but also pay attention to your expectancy! I think the best solution to my personal issue is maybe a handicap- maybe a starting difficulty; like current level would be hard, then there would be an expert, medium & easy mode. Otherwise, this game is amazing- i just feel dumb that I’m not progressing at all.

Addicting! But I have suggestions
This game is surprisingly fun however I do suggest adding the ability to go through Multiple days instead of spam clicking a button such as being able to dumpster dive for 10 days per click if set or to add a way to spam click, this could be an upgrade as well! Like 50K to go 2 days of working/dumpster diving. Another suggestion is having a monthly subscription we’re you can mess around and set your life expectecy/money like a sandbox for something like 10-20$ or 5$ a month. But other than that the game is fantastic! Keep up the good work. Also thank you for being more active on your reviews than other app devs !😊

Real life situations
I’ve never written a review for an app, let alone a game. This is probably my favorite app. It teaches you how to manage money efficiently by making the most amount of money you can with the least amount of expenses. I wish I had this app coming out of high school considering they don’t really teach anything about life and money and taxes. Not that I’ve ever been a hobo, but I have been pretty low on money and high in debt, and this puts you in the mindset of figuring out how to make more money instead of just saving it. And I think that’s my favorite part. I would highly recommend this app to anybody coming out of high school, and everyone in college.

Great game for quarantine
I’ve lost track of so much time playing this game, it’s easy for me to just get lost in it and constantly check the house market, retirement market. A few things i’ve noticed however. 1. Not sure if this is on purpose but at the beginning I had a hard time like most people and had to go into negatives a few time. I understand this lowers credit score but now, at age 50, my credit score is still at 400. I own several properties, have all insurance, decades to live, and still without having gone into the negatives since age 20, i’m still unable to raise my credit. 2. The 100,000 purchase to raise econ 25% is confusing. does it increase 25% of the current index or does it add 25%

Great game!
I don’t remember how I found this game but I downloaded it and kept dying young and it was irritating but the had me hooked. I kept trying and after a few days I managed to live a full 100 years owning 100+ apartments and close to or a little over 100 businesses. One thing I’ll say is I wish I could’ve seen some sort of stats when I died instead of an immediate restart. This definitely feels like a game that you play till you “complete” the game even though there isn’t exactly a goal besides live and get rich. Once you’ve completed it though it isn’t quite the same. This was a great game overall

Fun but frustrating
I love the game and the entire concept of it! However it can take a while to build up to a stable point and then be taken away in seconds. This to me was very frustrating. I think the game would be tons better and I would rate it 5 stars if there was a sandbox mode. I would definitely pay $10 or something to unlock that option. That to me and a lot of people in these reviews would really make the game a ton better. Right now I am not going to continue playing the game because it can be frustrating and feel like a waste of time. Hopefully sandbox mode can become a thing! Thank you for taking this into consideration! Please make a sandbox mode lol I want it bad :) Edit: I uninstalled the game because within 2 moves I lost 2 hours worth of progress. Very frustrating. I would rate it 1 star now but I can tell the team behind the game is very nice and has good intentions.

Great Start…Few Critiques
This game is super fun when you get the hang of it. It’s an awesome concept! There are only a few bugs that I have found in my tenure with the game that are frustrating. First of all when you are working you have a set chance to get promoted. However, I have had several occurrences when I have 100% chance to get promoted and I don’t even after a full bar. There is also another bug with the 100k property manager. I bought it once before and it allowed me to rent out my properties. However, it still allows you to purchase it again and it does nothing. It’s just a waste of money if you accuse click it again. Overall, great game and super fun! Thanks for making it!

Great in concept, less so in execution
I love tycoon games, and this one wasn’t bad, but I feel like it’s missing some key components. Mainly, a lot of information is missing. Most critically, you can’t see information about money coming out of your account daily, and there is no guide about what is needed for what. For instance, I spent all of my time trying to get my GED so I could get a job, only to find out you need a phone for that. Okay, easy enough, let’s buy a phone. Oh, except that requires a drivers license. But to get that, you need a bus pass. Now my plan is locked behind several other things and cost more money that I didn’t plan for. Lastly, this could be forgiven if you could restart, but you can’t. The first time I got put in a bad position I just ran the time out until I died. The second time I quit.

Interesting and Worth the Time
It took me a while to figure out how to play. You start off with simple, but strange user interface. Each time I think I’m going in the right directions debt or Cost of living kills me. However, there is a lesson and my character obtained 50 million in next work in its 50’s - no tax liability. I think one can infer that wealth can be accomplished, but the road requires unique decisions. Once your wealthy in the game - the game becomes boring, but be warned there are still limitation to the character. My character can extend its life past 95, but as I thin I reach the end of the game I’ll delete the game.

Zero Stars👎👎
One of, if not the worst game i’ve ever played. Don’t recommend to anyone. I really enjoy the look and idea behind the game, but it was executed so poorly. Wasted a few dollars trying to somewhat enjoy the game and have a chance at success (after about 15 attempts of getting no where), but ended up dying about 5 minutes later. Wish i could get a refund. Not user friendly at all, and overly complicated. I have never struggled with an app as much as i have with this one, and reading through the reviews it’s nice to see people feel the same. The game has a lot of potential, but it just ended up being completely frustrating and unnecessarily hard. Extremely unsatisfied and wouldn’t recommend downloading unless you want to spend your own money to succeed. Save your time, money, and sanity and don’t download...very disappointed.

Great game and lots of potential!
I really enjoy playing this game to kill time, the progression is unforgiving but rewarding and there are a couple of ways of getting rich. Although once you reach success, you don’t really have anything to spend on and are left with a ton of money with no real way of progressing further. Another one of my cons about this game is that my thumb starts to hurt, This game is addictive and will leave you want to retry and retry again, but the constant clicking hurts my thumb, it could be nice if there was a day multiplier per tap or something because this game will make you replay it a ton.

Great, addicting game, but bad glitches
I had a game running for several days. I was up to over $1B with tons of real estate and business developments. My life expectancy was at 108 years and my character was 75. Market was good etc. I bought a few apartment buildings and started getting renters. I clicked “Find Renters” and then got a message that I’d lost and my character died. The glitches happened a lot when I first started so in addition to overcoming the game obstacles I had to overcome glitches as well. I’m annoyed at how hard I’d worked to get to a point to where I could buy one property much less multiple and all of it lost because of a glitch. At this point I’m too annoyed to start from the bottom so I’m uninstalling. Lmk when you’ve stabilized the game a little better. It’s a really good game other than the glitches.

A few bugs that ruin it for me.
I like the game overall, and I think it’s really fun! But it’s really hard to gain more wealth overall because of a bug I encountered. I bought a house when the market was lower and used a mortgage to buy it. As the market was going up I paid off some of the mortgage so that when I sold it I could make a good profit. I then sold the house for 20k over what I bought it for after accounting for the fees. I didn’t get any of the money and still owe what was left on the mortgage. So now I’m out all the money I invested and owe 60k on a mortgage for a house I sold for 191k. I don’t know what happened but I’m not sure how to proceed if every time I sell a house I get none of the money?

Makes no sence
Why do I have to get a 500 dollar phone to work at a fast food place. Why do I have to get a bus pass to get a phone... and when you’re applying to scholarships... why does it start costing more than it would to go to school. Writing essays doesn’t do anything because they won’t give you money no matter what for scholarships so why even make it an option. It doesn’t cost to apply for scholarships... none of the beginning street jobs are worth it... and the buying and selling in the market isn’t worth it either because the days spent waiting for the market to change you could just be working actually making money. The tax is WAY too much and there should be an option to have the taxes taken out while you make money and maybe work the other way like a tax return

Really Good but a Few Tweaks
First off this is the best life simulator/ homeless simulator on the App Store. The only things I think would make it better, are one; I think you shouldn’t have to have the ability to spray paint before you can get a buss pass. That is really the only thing. Also, I feel like there are too many chain things you need to do. For example, you have to have a bike to get spray paint and I think that $250 is too much for the market. I also wish there was an ability to get a loan or be able to like give your dog back or stop advertising because it eventually adds up but then I don’t need it anymore. Other than that, it is my favorite game!

I wish I liked this game
This game should be up my alley. Start from nothing, slim margin to survive, rough seas. Like any good roguelike or idle game. But... it is just not fun. It is early game hell, with death a certainty and randomness your constant enemy. Upgrades are expensive and a handful of bad goes at the street jobs which are all you can do to start kills a run, and you get *nothing* for a failed run. And that is the nail in the coffin. Failing because RNG decides you should fail, and thus your run is wasted with nothing to show for it, is not fun. IF there was something, anything, that you got for failure and starting over, maybe I would stick it out. As it stands, I’ll at least give it another few runs to be fair, but odds are good I’ll uninstall after that. Edit: Gave it another try, drowned in debt, stalled out. Not fun. Done.

Good but I still don’t understand
I absolutely love the concept of the game. It goes to show that one small mistake at the start of life can’t affect you for years. Cost you thousands of dollars and most importantly your life I have a made millions of dollars earning over $20,000 a day but the one problem with this game is you get to the end and then I don’t know what to do I don’t know if I’m missing something if there was like a button to retire, and then it would show you the entire aspects of your life versus continuing just to make money and die it would be much better, or I should not have found that

Amazing game
This game is absolutely awesome. Although the game is great there are some drawbacks when you have progressed enough. I have reached the point in the game where every time I buy the Jewelry Store I still make 10 million dollars per click. I feel like there should be more room to expand upwards and raise the ceiling to your profit margins. As of now I am basically making as much money as the game has allowed. Maybe add an oil rig or mines of some sort, or maybe a car dealership. Other than that the game is great and 10/10 would reccomend.

Love it!
The game itself is addicting and super fun. The only issue I have with it is the seemingly random pop up offers that constantly interrupt what i’m doing. It’s especially annoying that the buy and restart buttons on these pop ups are in the exact same place i’m pressing on the game. I’ve accidentally been made to restart multiple times. I would give this game 5 stars if it didn’t constantly ask me to buy something randomly. If I wanted to purchase something I would press the store button. I recommend adding an ‘are you sure?’ type button that comes up if you accidentally press restart.

Life expectancy and promotions
After saving up enough money to buy a house, which you can rent out, your life expectancy should increase, as with all real estate purchases. In my game this is not the case, leading me to die early almost every game. In addition to this after clicking about 2,000 times to get a promotion, at a 100% chance of a promotion, no promotion was given. I feel as though promotion times should be much lower. I also feel as though getting a promotion should actually be possible. Good game, terrible bugs.

Great game however stupidly broken
This game is great, I’ve been playing it for the last couple hours restarting a couple times to get the absolute perfect run and I’m about 81 years old, with about 1,600 jewelry stores and earning 1.3 million dollars every day. When you get to this point, you can spend 1M on a jewelry store and make money in the process, allowing you to buy an insane amount of properties. With that said, the beginning is no cake walk. This game strikes the perfect balance between frustration and satisfaction. Awesome game and I would’ve even payed for it 💪💪

Different than other life sims
The option between having a career and becoming a business man is great! You have to grind it out on the streets and work you way up to an employee, real estate mogul, or business owner. The thing that sets this game apart is the life expectancy. It adds an entirely new aspect to money management. You get to live longer if you go to college, but you’ll often be paying off student loans for the remainder off your life if you make that decision. There’s just so many strategies. Although this is already a wonderful game, there’s much room to grow. I would like to see these implemented into the game -Crime (maybe even a mafia option and street racing) -Sports (mainly just football, baseball, and basketball) -Relationships (please don’t make this the hallmark of your game) I truly believe this could a the #1 game in the App Store if they keep working hard to improve it. Good luck!

Fun Game with a really annoying issue
So, I love this game. I love how it lets you go through a zero to hero story, and it’s very satisfying to hit millions and even billions of dollars. However, there is only one bug that I have come across which ends up being really annoying. When have multiple buildings of the same type and sell one of them, all your renters for that type of building leave. I’m at a point in the game where I have upwards of 7500 renters at one time, and regaining all of them when I sell a building is a nightmare. That’s just one bug though. In terms of macro gameplay, great game!

Great game!
I really enjoyed this game. I think this game should be played by student who are about to graduate high school. In a way it would really help. The only thing is it has glitches in the system that start subtracting the money you make daily instead of adding to your cash. It makes you die quickly which it seems unfair to have a real shot at doing well in this game. I’m sure it also benefits the in app purchases but it just throws your all effort out the window. If it didn’t have any of those issues it would be a solid 5 for me.

I love this game
This is a pretty addicting game once you get the hang of it. However, I don't like the randomness of it. I started a new game after the update and got 2 pop ups in a year of game time about my properties flooding and having to pay money, except I owned no properties. And there have been several games now in a row where I bought a business and the econ index immediately tanked and would only get high enough for me to turn a profit for a couple years if that. Even with the special upgrade to improve the econ index my business was consistently a few hundred in the negative.

Developer running gambling scam
So here’s how the game works. To stay alive it costs a certain amount per day. At the beginning you beg for money and hope each time you hit beg it gives you more than what it costs to keep you alive. The game decides how much you get every time you beg so once you start seeing profit it starts giving you debt. But luckily the developers are willing to basically fix this “luck” based variable. Just pay $3.99. But don’t get use to playing for too long because the game will randomly say you died. Without you even clicking anything. They take your money and run. I already reported it to apple I recommend others do the same. It’s a gambling simulator, HIGHLY ILLEGAL. ESPECIALLY WHEN THE GAME IS MARKED FOR CHILDREN.
