I like using the app to check balances, transfers & electronic deposits. On several occasions it says not available. Thumb print ID access often doesn’t work. We were acquired from Associated Bank & need app functions to improve. Please & Thank You
I have used this back for years and there is ups and downs .. Deposited A check for a settlement and was not called but mailed a letter and had to contact several people before they would lift a hold on a check it was beyond extreme and when contacting other banks what the back did was not legal ..
I love seeing the reviews of how brilliant this app is. Truth be told the bank and this app are a joke. It’s unreliable and left me hanging more than once. So going to switch to a different bank soon. The app hardly ever works, right along side the website. This is people’s money. Some of us have banked with y’all for years and you can’t invest a little more into customer experience? Pathetic.
This bank needs spend some money to update their technology and keep up with the times. So disappointed in your app. Very basic, limited, and non-informative. As many banks as you’ve purchased these past few years you’d think you’d have spend some money for all your new clients ease of banking with you.
This is the simplest banking app around. Basically all you can do is view your transactions and transfer money between your hometown accounts. Does not have the ability to deposit checks like other mobile banking apps such as Chase. The description says it will add this ability and more such as paying bills and wiring money to people. Just hope it's sooner rather than later.
This bank app is so far behind other financial institutions' apps, it's sad. Please consider Touch ID for login and not automatically logging out as soon as the app is left. Trying to complete online bill pay and needing to switch between this app and another to find amounts and then repeated logins is near impossible. The app should be more convenient than using the website on a mobile device!!!
3/4 it never works and always says contact bank. well this is what I use to determine how much money I have left in my account and when I transfer. my bank just recently switched to hometown so I'm upset this app is having this many problems and never works.
Nine times out of ten, this app doesn't work. Very inconvenient in this day and age to not be able to get your bank balance on your phone. It always says to contact the bank. I'm not sure why it is even in the iTunes Store when it doesn't really have any benefit to customers.
Trying to use the app and keep getting errors. I enjoyed using this app because I was able to easily access my account and make deposits since I don't live in Illinois anymore. I refuse to give up on Morton Community Bank as I've been with them for 7 years. Once issue is resolved and app runs smoothly I will give back all 5 stars. I love this app, so easy to use. I moved out of state and refused to leave Morton Community Bank because they have always treated me so well. I'm so happy to be able to check my account on the go. Being able to deposit checks is wonderful since I live nowhere near any of the banks locations.
