HP Sprocket

My husband got this for me for Xmas, I think it was 2017, after someone took our pic using a newer version of a Polaroid camera at Bonnaroo & gave it to us right there on the spot! I was instantly hooked & it took me back to when we were younger & Polaroid cameras were a thing. Having an old old Polaroid all big & chunky I thought no way, I need a new one. I had no idea a sprocket existed nor did I expect one however when I opened it, I was all in & in love! I have taken it to a few weddings & give the bride & groom their first printed copy of them kissing or walking down the isle & just love the amazed “how did u do this” look! I’ve taken it to parties & just Printed pics & left them laying on tables & just watched people’s reactions when they saw them. So from weddings to bday parties to Xmas parties I have wowed everyone & talked so many people into buying one! No ink, affordable & u must get the case to carry it in. Easy to use! I’m going to a 44th leap year bday party tonight & can’t wait to use it! A must have!

I really love this app because with all the aesthetic trends that are going on I can print out Polaroid pictures for free after the purchase and I can hang them up on the wall and do all sorts of stuff with them and they are just really good quality and I definitely recommend getting one! For all of the people saying that there is is not working it is not because of the developer it is because of the operator if it is not working as it should and you were probably doing something wrong please read thoroughly through the instructions and maybe it will actually work but until then please stop hating on the developers just because of your problems thank you.

Still terrible at aligning photo. Cuts too much off!!! Does not print correctly for the 2.3x3.4 select paper size. The printer does not print what is on the screen and there’s no way to adjust a photo on the screen up or down to where it prints the section of a photo that you want to print. It crops part of the original photo for the app display and then crops even more on the print final. This is not good. In collages, you’re unable to re-orient the photo to match the square. For example if I have a portrait photo in the four window collage, I am unable to rotate it to where it fits in that square so I can only see may be a third of the picture itself. You should really be able to orient pictures in a collage. Additionally there needs to be a lot more collage options. Also most of the add on frames and designs cater to portrait orientation. Need lots more landscape designs. You should also be able to resize photos within the parameters of the print frame. It will fill up the frame and often clip off the edges of taxed. Also why can’t you freehand multiple pictures on one single print and orient them in any direction you want.

Overall I love the idea of the printer and it does ultimately manage to print the photos (thus 3 stars versus 1 which this app possibly deserves). But no matter what it will always always print duplicates of the same photo over and over. It will appear to be operating fine and print 1 photo okay but your 2nd photo will get duplicated, often multiple times, and your 3rd will just forever sit in the queue as a result. Have to restart the device and app essentially after each print and clear the queue and even that could not work. When you only get 10 photo sheets at a time its very onerous to have it continuously print duplicates and is such a waste of money. App also needs better editing options for collages and the ability to format the photos to print landscape versus portrait. If you have a landscape photo the app will only orientate the picture in portrait. You have to edit the photo outside of the app first to the orientation you want it to print.

There is a lot of nice things for the user experience and aesthetics of this app. Unfortunately using it is still a frustrating experience. It’s hard to tell when the printer is actually on or not (that is also a problem of the actual hardware). Most of the photos print out too washed out or overly splotchy compared to the image on the app. The most annoying but hopefully easy to fix thing: it’s impossible to choose the crop on the photo—the standard iPhone photo is just a bit too big for the printed paper and there’s no way to adjust in the app what part of the photo gets cut off, so I’ve printed a bunch of photos with someone’s head or face cut off. Even when i crop the photo differently in the iPhone photo editor it still shows up with the wrong proportions on the sprocket app and print. What’s the point of printing the photo when it doesn’t really show what i actually want to be printed....please i hope there will be a feature soon to choose what is in the printed frame of the print—i really want to like the sprocket and this app.

So I have the dumbest ex-wife, and I understand I shouldn’t be taking a star from your app for her error, but I also feel like there should be a large warning in place for people as ignorant as she is!! I honestly don’t know if you had the warning in there but she said she “had no idea that the blue piece was important, thought it was just for shipping protection....” anyway, I bring it up because the picture quality without it was MASSIVELY different than with it, and I say that because that’s the only difference I could infer between my sisters, and the one I bought for my son! It is a super fun printer and I love everything about it EXCEPT the need for the blue smart sh!T-sheet, and the lack of 5 warning labels in red saying “do not throw away the blue piece of paper!!!! Thanks for reading this horrible rant, 5/5 stars for the printer WITH the blue paper 4/5 without!

I know it’s Christmas and your probably working on this. I just wanted to say thank you!!! This is really awesome. I’ve been always using my phone to take pictures but I never knew how I should show it to people on paper or something. I would have to go on the computer and do all that work! But this resolved everything for taking pictures!! I love to take pictures and this helps me show it to the people who want to see it. I’m so grateful I got this for Christmas today, and a person who downloaded this app. This is much easier to print! I may be 13, but I’m so happy that this is a real little printer. The printer itself works fine, setup was easy, picture quality is passable but not great. The biggest issue for me is the app. It keeps crashing and it seems to be mainly when i select a non-recent photo. When i select a current photo there are no issues, but anything older and the app crashes. I have tons of pictures on my phone and it would be nice if the app had a better way of sorting or finding pictures insted of scrolling. That is such a time waster especially when you finally scroll to the picture you want just to have thr app crash. I’m not sure why they wont allow you to just share the picture directly from the camera roll to the printer. That would definitely work better than having to go through the app everytime if they cant get the sorting, crashing ans mediocre picture quality improved.

I have to make sure and delete my print cute in the settings menu after every print, be caused if you dont, it reprints the same print you just printed over and over again. Waisted a whole 20 pack before figuring out the app. Really needs better print cue updating but other than that it works perfectly fine. Was able to print out a small grocery list and it gave me the perfect default orientation and every. Cant print super teeny but good enough for a 2x3. Love it so much because of how reliable, rechargeable, and convenient it is that im now buying the bigger one for more grocery lists and shipping labels. Makes my life easier, bo ink and the printer papers are cheaper for me.

UPDATE: I did everything suggested, and my printer still won’t connect. It looks like lots of people with newer phones have this issue with their older printers. I loved this app, and the pictures were almost always good quality. However, the last few times I’ve tried to reconnect my printer (for some reason the app didn’t remember it) it hasn’t worked. It is an older model, but the app still recognizes it until I try to set it up. It says “configuring” and then says there was a setup error. I forgot the device in my Bluetooth settings like it told me to and followed all other prompts, but it’s still not working. The app is up to date, but the issue still hasn’t been resolved in my printer. I’m really bummed, and I hope they’re not trying to slow down older printers so I have to buy a new one.

Update: the issue was finally fixed after reinstalling the app. Wow, so much time lost. Love the app though when it works!! My sprocket does not connect to my phone anymore after this update... I did not have any issues previously, and now my printer is not usable. I spent whole evening trying to make it work, followed advice from the developer posted in comments, still nothing... support is not responsive either. This is beyond frustrating... I have the latest iOS version, sprocket is charged, I reset the device, I “forget” the device and restart my phone - nothing, I’m still getting “Problem with setup” error after the final step, and I cannot connect printer to my phone... please fix this issue!!!

I recently just purchased the HP Sprocket and I’m beyond happy! The pictures do print out a little less crisp than I thought but I still love them! I really hope they bring back the Polaroid border !!!!! 🙏🏽🙏🏽 I also wish there were a way to make a collage within the app rather than having to use a different app to do so. The stickers are super cute and I love that you’re able to make your own, best update in my opinion!! I hope they add more stickers and borders or make it to where if you like a border but don’t like the color you’re able to change it or change the thickness of the border and so on. Thank you to the people who developed the app without you this wouldn’t be possible! Enjoy your printing everyone!!! 😁

When I first bought it, the pictures were a bit blurry and the color isn’t like the picture on my iPhone. Then I updated the firmware software; but it isn’t working. My phone is updated, my sprocket 2 in 1 is updated. So I don’t understand why it isn’t working find? I connected customers services and they can’t help you. Which made me think “why have customer service if your not going to help the customer out?” I want to return mine but I do LIKE it a lot. I love the small pictures; which is the reason why I got it. I just only wish they can resend the firmware software and make it better? Or at least have the time to help out the customer without “CLOSING The Session/ Chat Room.” I don’t want to return it but might have to if this problem doesn’t get fix.

Sending E-photos just isn’t as personal as actually printing them out for someone to frame and place it in a special spot or put in a wallet, purse or a locket. Sending an actual photo is like handwriting a personal letter to someone….analogue like the old days. It’s these very personal touches that communicate to the intended recipient…”I took the time to take this photo, print it and send to because I care for you and you’re special enough to me to take the time to do this. I hope you love it as much as I do.” I love my Shprocket!! 💗💗

This is the most frustrating app/item ever. It wouldn’t work when I first bought it. Then in December it started working. Had fun with it. Then there was a firmware update and Boom! Doesn’t work. I loaded the firmware update just fine. But now my iPhone X says that the device “is not supported”. If you can’t connect over Bluetooth, it Will. Not. Print. I’ve tried everything. Reinstalled the app, retried the Bluetooth, even tried finding the firmware update again. Nothing. Just nothing. And no support. So I have a nice Sprocket paper weight now. UPDATE! Tried one more time-had to “forget” Sprocket, restart my phone, and redo the Bluetooth connection to the Sprocket, but it WORKED! So happy I can print again!

I love this little photo printer, but after the most recent update my Sprocket will not even connect to the app. There is a new option that says if I have an older model I can connect it a different way, but I’ve still had no luck. It’s extremely frustrating that this device I spent good money on simply doesn’t work because the app is malfunctioning. Please fix the bugs and release another update. Update: I tried everything the developer suggested and my Sprocket still will not connect. It finally found the printer but said their was a problem with the set up. I have one of the older models but it should still be able to connect to the app as it did before the last update. Please fix the bugs on your end and release another update.

This printer worked at first until it updated but it would not let you size your pictures before printing and heads would be cut off. Since the update, it has been completely useless and none of the trouble shooting tips resolved the problem. I even uninstalled the app, reinstalled it, created a new account and still nothing. Even tried reinstalling on multiple cellphones. During the set up process it ask you to select the printer from the “accessory” list but the list is completely BLANK. I contacted the company, they replied back how to “fix” the issue. When I wrote them back informing them the problem still existed, they stopped responding. I got this printer in December, had it for 3 months until I finally busted it up with a hammer. Shop around for a better brand.

I have been using this app and the printer for months! Then they came out with a new update and changed the app and now the app will no longer register that my printer exists. The printer connects via Bluetooth to my phone, I gave it access to my phone.... nothing app says nothing is there. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled the app then restarted my phone... still won’t connect to the app. I have done everything that could possibly be thought of to make this work. This is extremely disappointing, the device is less then a year old and pretty much doesn’t work anymore with the changes to the app. I don’t know what you did to mess up the app... but I hope you can fix it because this is just disappointing.

I am a big fan of the sprocket. I chose to get the Sprocket 200 as an update to the sprocket I already had. I made this purchase bc the sprocket was not connecting to the sprocket app with the new user interface. I am having so many connectivity issues, even with the new sprocket. The new app layout is very inconvenient, and requires me to reconnect the Sprocket 200 through a 4 step process. Each time load in a new packet of photos. It disconnects (even in the middle of printing), and the app requires me to wait 30 seconds to a minute to reconnect it again. This is a huge pain. The new aesthetic to the app layout is pretty- but the function and practicality using it requires much more time (and emotional expense). I am frustrated!! The new app needs work, so far it is a huge downgrade!!!!

I was very excited when I got my Hp Sprocket. It’s adorable and prints relatively well and is perfect for on the go. I had the app for less than an hour and had it crash over a dozen times, printed photos that were not selected, wasting the photo paper that I have. The app then freezes, preventing me from going back into my gallery to select a different photo, resulting in me to force-close the app. Once you try to reopen the app, it crashes again. Even waiting for a period of time does not help. Please, please, please fix the bugs and crashes. I don’t want to waste any more of the photo paper because it prints photos I’ve already printed.

I’m not a review writer type person but I’m gonna do this one to help my indecisive people out there ! I’m one of those people who can’t ever make up their minds and HAS to do research before buying a product , this printer is voted the best for 2020! And for a reason !! I love mine so much ! It prints the pictures almost EXACTLY how it looks on your phone (and if it doesn’t come out perfect the first time try editing it a little lighter or darker ) I love the fact that you can edit and add borders ! It’s so much fun ! It’s super quick and easy to use ! I highly recommend

I got the Sprocket 2 in 1 for Christmas and it immediately didn’t work. I tried for several hours to get it to work and googled everything and nothing works. Right when I turn it on, it immediately starts blinking red, which means it’s in an error state right when I turn it on. When I try to print, it says that the lid is open and I have redownloaded the app, restarted my Sprocket, and tried updating it and nothing has worked. I was extremely excited to get this as a gift, as I have read so many good reviews, and I am so annoyed and frustrated with my Sprocket, especially since it was expensive. If anyone has anyway to help me please let me know, but as of now, it definitely do not recommend. My sister also got one and hers is doing the exact same thing, so it isn’t just mine.

Dear developer, Please restore the reveal feature to the sprocket printer, it was the single greatest reason my wife and I bought the device for our international trip. The printer by itself is a decent device but being able to print a photo that could “come to life” while holding the picture in your hand was brilliant. When the feature was removed it was under the reason of responding to customer feedback and to bring in newer features but nothing new or noteworthy has been done to replace or enhance the experience using the sprocket printer. So please bring the reveal feature back. Thank you for considering your customers real requests!

While the app was downloading I decided to read the reviews and I thought what am I getting into - many negative reviews. I charged the HP sprocket, connected it to my iPhone, loaded the paper and looked for a photo to print. To my surprise it went so smooth I couldn’t believe it. I love it! I made a family photo tree of every member including pets. Now I can’t wait until Xmas to show off my fabulous photo Xmas tree. And instead of name tags on presents I put their picture on package. I just can’t stop looking for photos and print.

My printer is broken. I tried connecting to my Bluetooth one day after it disconnected and everything was connecting smoothly until I tried to “select an accessory” then it just showed a blank screen. The only thing I could hit was cancel. I tried troubleshooting by deleting the app and even trying to connect to a couple different devices. Nothing helped, which leads me to believe that it’s a printer problem, and not a device issue. I haven’t used it in over a year, but even last October it stopped working. I’m super disappointed and I don’t know why it stopped working. I hope this review helps, and that yall work towards fixing the problem.

Ii had a lot of trouble getting it connected by Bluetooth in the beginning. After an endless loop of troubleshooting it, I finally changed my approach by just going straight to the pictures and only then was I able to print. This was very confusing and if I hadn’t gotten creative, I probably would’ve returned it thinking it didn’t work. Glad I kept trying because I’m absolutely in love with the results! They really should fix this feature though because apparently I wasn’t the only one who had issues with it.

I have been using my Sprocket for some time now and have been quite happy with it. It has worked well. What I am NOT happy about is that it seems with the last update, the app is now requiring a connection to the internet to work. Why? I only want to print my pictures. Not send them out (or report my usage to anyone). Only a Bluetooth connection should be required to the device. ONLY. I travel a lot and have my data turned off to avoid roaming charges. If I don’t have a Wi-Fi connection, now the app won’t open and only states “connection error to server”. Needless to say, I am NOT happy with this change.

When I saw the HP iPhone printer and I absolutely fell in love with it . I love taking and having pictures for memories of friends and family . So I asked for it for Christmas, and my parents let me open it as an early gift . All of my family members were asking me to print pictures for them off . And I printed a lot too . It’s so convenient and I love it !! I couldn’t have asked for a better gift . And the app itself is also amazing . They done an amazing job on this .

I bought the sprocket when it first came out. And loved it. Then haven’t touch it for a couple months and needed it again. And now it won’t connect to the app because I think it is updated to the new 2nd edition one that came out. Thinking that may be the cause went and bought the 2nd edition. Now I’m trying to connect it and it connects to Bluetooth and configures. And when it tells me to go to the next screen to select”sprocket 200” and then nothing shows up for me to select and won’t connect fully for me to print.... this is really annoying. If I can’t figure out how to connect it by next week. I’m returning it.

The stickers are not centered when they print even if they are centered on the app. If your picture needs to align directly on the edges of the stickers, you will have to waste multiple stickers to do so. Once they are centered, the stickers come out beautifully, but the review is for the app, which is supposed to align the stickers in the boxes and this one fails to do so. It would be nice if the app allowed you to resize them directly on there. Since it doesn’t, you will have to edit them on another app each time and if it’s on your computer, resend it to yourself each time. As a pro, it does refresh my new pictures almost immediately.

Managed to connect the printer once, and loaded a photo into the printing queue, but nothing happened when clicking play button Followed all support instructions: reinstalled the app, etc. Now when I try to connect printer, it initially says it’s connected, but then on the next page it says “select an accessory” and the screen is blank It’s probably some kind of issue with the new firmware combined with an apple software update or something, but there’s no way to uninstall the new firmware or revert to an older version to test it out. Now it’s just stuck in an unusable state Using a simple device like this shouldn’t be so hard

I bought this because I wanted to add pictures to my journals. At the start, I did not know these little printers existed. I was searching for polaroid on the internet and ran across this one, Super! Now I don’t have to cut down a photo to make le small enough to fit in my journal. I was so happy about this. I couldn’t wait to receive it and try it out. Works great for me! Easy to setup, was nothing, it basically set itself up! Good picture quality and color matching. I love it!

I’ve always wanted a Sprocket, the very first time I seen it advertised. I was a little reluctant about purchasing a little printer for such a large amount of money. I waited over a year to see if the price of the Sprocket notched down a little, but nope! The price stated the same. (((((What a bummer))) needless to say I finally gave in and purchased at full price. Had it for a year or so and hardly ever used it. Finally used it today to print pictures for my daughter’s room to place pictures on her fairy lights. The pictures are small & cute.

So frustrated - after waiting for the arrival of my new Sprocket - I find that it will not function with IOS 11.2. I’ved tried everything I could from the HP website & the internet. I get the notification re Firmware update, but it gets stuck on “... sending firmware upgrade to Sprocket printer...” White led just keeps blinking. Please HP - fix this problem!!!!! Update: Well done Sprocket! With in hours of my negative posting, you posted the update to your App. I am happy to report my Sprocket is working beautifully! 5 Stars!

I am really enjoying the sprocket! I have never thought of a better invention! It’s just like a little pocket printer. It was so worth my money and I will request it to all of my friends. I have been using it a lot and it works just great. I’m really hoping you guys keep making cool inventions. I’m looking forward to buying more of your products and trying them. Overall this things is just amazing. I’m only 13 and I know exactly how to use it, it’s so easy to work. Bye, gotta go print some more pics :)

Have tried it on two iPhones and on both it stops working after a couple of days. Phone says it’s connected via Bluetooth, but the app says it can’t find the printer. Even after app just asked for and received permission to communicate with it. Unreliable and frustrating. After uninstalling and reinstalling app yet again it works, but color reproduction is bad - skin looks super red compared to original photo on phone, like people are all sunburned. Update: HP kindly replaced my printer w a new one (still under warranty), but the unreliable connection remains a problem. Printing pics takes ages as I repeatedly reboot the printer and force quit the app to get them to stay connected. Colors are also still bad.

I have absolutely no problem with the sprocket or the app. I have the 2 in 1, and I find it so convenient! The film is also pretty cheap for its quality; and the fact that it has a sticky side is wonderful! You can easily make collages or personalize whatever you want! You can also connect to friends’ sprockets! This makes it super easy to literally print whatever you want, wherever you want, WHENEVER you want. I am absolutely in love with this product. Everything runs super smoothly and I love it so much. There is a slider on the side of the sprocket where the charger is, and that’s how you turn it on. Some people get confused that there isn’t a button to turn it on. I was not paid or anything to write this. This is a genuine response from a very happy costumer. I really strongly suggest this product (they also work great as gifts)!!

This doesn’t seem to work with iPhone. I have the 8s running iOS 11.2. Bought the printer yesterday and was able to connect to Bluetooth and discover the device in the app, and check the settings on the printer from the app, but when I print, it just flashes the white LED light, then doesn’t do anything. Shows that the picture is added to the queue, but won’t print. Tried to upgrade the firmware - no luck. It is communicating with the sprocket, but won’t install the firmware. I’ve tried all the solutions recommended - reset the printer, power down the printer, remove the Bluetooth device, reset the iPhone, reconnect....no luck. Anyone at all have any luck connecting this printer to an iOS 11.2 device? Taking this back today.

I just received my my printer and I can’t even use it unless I downgrade to iOS 11. So disappointed. I was really looking forward to using it. I absolutely do not want to go through the trouble of having to download iTunes to my computer (I never use it, the kids use it for homework and gaming). Please update soon. I’m returning my printer until then. I’m the least tech savvy person ever. I don’t have time to figure out how to downgrade my phone. Ain’t nobody got time for that!

So this is so frustrating i loved it when i first got it 2 yrs ago for the past 6months I haven’t been able to connect my printer to the app its connected on my Bluetooth but when i try it in the app it says cannot find a sprocket device! I am sooooo mad because customer support cannot help. I i am sad because i cannot work on my scrapbook. Update: I reinstalled the app and i reset my sprocket i am so glad this worked because i was getting so frustrated. i must say it took about three times though before it worked

I love this printer. However, after the lastest iOS update it no longer works. I spent a lot of time with HP support and they don't listen. They will tell you the same steps the replies here in the reviews are telling us to review and none of it works. Just look at the pages on their support forum listing the same problem over and over and their "solution". They did admit that it doesn't work on iOS 8 either and they are waiting for a fix from Apple. Don't bother with them or this printer until they fix it. They won't admit they messed up and won't listen when they tell you to rested the device and phone and you've explained you've been there and done that at least three times.

Absolutely perfect for what I wanted it for. Sad that it doesn’t do a few other things and the price of the paper. However, still perfect because I wanted to print pictures for my babies memory books. The are perfect sizes and have pretty good quality of pictures when printed. Excellent use of bringing back poloroid pictures!!! My babies will have all the memories for their books now. ♥️♥️♥️☺️

Update: I returned the printer for a refund :) So I have tried everything the HP website and Sprocket app have suggested, but no matter what I do my Bluetooth cannot identify the Sprocket. It never shows up. Today when I tried to connect it to the Bluetooth, it consistently did not work until a window saying that “the printer is not compatible with my iOS version” popped up. I reset the printer repeatedly, turned my phone on and off repeatedly, and turned Bluetooth on and off repeatedly, but to no avail. I finally updated to iOS 11.2, and my Bluetooth STILL cannot identify the printer. Again, I’ve tried literally everything the HP website/app has suggested. Where do I go from here?

The app doesn’t work. There’s nothing wrong with the printer itself I have the 2-in-1 and can take a photo and it prints fine. However the app I have to go into phone settings , “forget” the device, delete and re-install the app EVERY SINGLE TIME I PRINT. Otherwise it says printer not connected. Reconnect .. then it tries to connect for 2 minutes before crashing. This is happening every time I go to print. Hopefully the app can be fixed because like I said there’s nothing wrong with the printer itself. Also when I go through all the steps mentioned , it will print - but I have to do that every time. Super annoying.

I have had Sprocket for 3 years now and it has been working fine, until today when I took it out and tried to connect to my iPhone the same one I had before and it would connect to Bluetooth but the app doesn't see it at all, it keeps telling me "searching for a sprocket- can't find one" and that is really frustrating, tried to restart the phone and the sprocket itself but it still wouldn't see it in the app, even though the app is updated. Happened after last update 3 days ago. Please fix this issue. I used to really enjoy using my sprocket. And now it's no use.

I’m so amazed how this little print box brings me so much joy and happiness. I’m able to do my journaling and making a little book. This printer is best thing that ever happened for me and prints out beautiful photos that’s perfect for me to peel and stick on papers or my journaling book or whatever. It’s bringing out my creative juices. I’m already looking forward to see what will they come up with for future.

The app is really easy to use and even allows you to edit photos which I really like. However the actual paper the photos are printed on tend to curl instead of lay flat and because of that, as well as a lack of good adhesive they don’t stick well. I suggest making a better adhesive because when I try to stick the photos on my wall the curl and fall off. It works great for a photo album though! Besides that, the app works really well.

Best gift I could receive for Christmas! I have used HP photo printers for years. The last couple of years I realized all my pictures have been taken with my phone and not my camera. So I didn’t have a lot of pics of my youngest Grandchild. Now I am able to print all the Grandkids pictures to add to my photo albums and directly from my phone!! Easy and convenient to use!!

I have two iPhones and neither will even locate, let alone connect to, my hp sprocket sitting less than a foot from either phone, but the iPad connects just fine. Granted it had been a while since I used the sprocket on main phone, but I had some photos I wanted to print out and the iPad wasn’t convenient. But was forced to see if the iPad would still connect since neither of my iPhones would. Looking for support answers on the hp website was a lesson in frustration, so forget that.

I am very disappointed in the quality of the prints that come out of this printer. As a photographer I was hoping to give my clients an immediate keepsake the day of their Photoshoot but because of the poor quality this will not happen. What’s the point of the edit feature if the colors come out dull & the photos are very grainy? This is something I’d never recommend to a fellow photographer. Looks like I’ll be giving this printer away. Developer—- thanks for your “Candid” reply. The prints are not even good enough to give to clients as a “proof”. Then again I guess you get what you pay for. Oh yes and the blue card used for calibrating was put in the printer correctly. Cute idea with bad printing quality.
