OMG! Banging my head against the proverbial wall trying to log-in with a changed password... until I found, buried in a review, that the IAims password must not exceed 8 characters. This tiny, yet critically important piece of knowledge couldn’t somehow be placed on the almost blank login page??? I had company techies scratching their heads dumbfounded why Aims will allow my log-in but IAims would not. Other than today’s three hours of (totally unnecessary) frustration, the app is brilliant.
I updated my password and it exceeded 8 characters.. So my iAIMS app stopped allowing me to login. Finally I read in the comments here that I just needed to change my passport to one that has at least One numeric character, at least one capital letter and at least one lower case letter and here is the banger…(drumroll please)… It must be 8 characters long! Thanks to the people that shared this on the comment section, I’m passing it on so you can see it in the most recent reviews. Happy to use my app after almost an entire year without it! 🤙🏻✈️
Unfortunately, it appears this company is no longer in business. The last update was over three years ago. The last blog post was in 2016 and the last airline update was maybe in 2016. The list of airlines shows airlines that have been bankrupt since before 2020. This app was the go-to for anyone using AIMS software, as it was simple and easy to use. Now after the AIMS software company has upgraded its scheduling software for our airline, iAIMS won’t work. I and many crew members from our airline have written countless emails to iAIMS support, yet zero response from anyone. I do not recommend this app.
There is absolutely no guidance when you purchase this app. It sends you straight to a login screen without any login help assistance. How do I even set this app up if there isn’t any assistance in creating a password. Im confused. Ok, talked to a few people, and I guess I had to change a password in my ecrew website under the edit tab under personal info. When I did that, everything worked fine! So now i would say, this app is good to go now.
This app works great and while there are a few things that require too many taps/clicks to change and sync it is much better than having to rely on company issued device or logging into a computer. It would be rock solid 5-star review if for us as pilots being a primary user to incorporate dark mode into its functionality. I hope this could be added in the near future!!
I’m not usually a reviewer, but I’m hoping someone will read this and potentially save themselves some trouble. This app was recommended by my company, but unfortunately I have been unable to get it to work. Others I know have no problem getting it to work, and we have not been able to figure out why they have no trouble and I do. So I can’t say it will not work for you, but it does not work for me. As other reviewers have mentioned, the developers are unresponsive. One review mentioned changing a password to fix the log-in issue, but that didn’t work for me.
Please fix the app so iPhone users can get notifications for schedule changes. We only get notifications very rarely but most of the time we are constantly having to open the app and refresh it to see our updates and changes.
Are you guys serious? Only 8 characters for the password? Otherwise it will not open? I can’t believe your app is still in the App Store! As a developer you will need to cater to your customer needs but seems like you guys don’t care. Unfortunately I paid for it and it is too late not to use but it’s completely useless and I don’t recommend it to anyone. I would recommend RosterBuster even that it cost 20$ a year but it’s legit, catered to pilots and our needs. What a shame!
This app used to work fine for me, but just recently it is not accepting my user name or password giving me an error message that they are incorrect somehow. I’ve logged into my internal company site using the same user name and password without issue. I sent an email awhile back to the developer without response. Used to be a 4.5 app but with the recent problems with little change to resolve them it’s a 1.
Works as advertised if you know how to use your iPhone and iPad! Those who have reported problems are probably using iPhone 6 or less which is glitchy. I love this app it saves me so much time and it sends updates if you set it up to do so
I originally bought this and thought it didn’t work, but then someone from my class told me the secret. Your password has to be 8 characters or less. Mine was 9, once I changed it to 8 I was able to log in.
This app used to be fantastic but now it appears the owner of iAIMS doesn’t provide any support. I have emailed the iAIMS support address countless times without hearing any response from them. This app is totally unsupported. Take a look at their web site, the last blog post was in 2016 and last update was ??? The website and here on the App Store are airless listed that have been out of business for many years. Don’t waist your money.
IAIMS is a very nice and useful app. But sometimes, when you truly to reload the page, an error message pop up. If you insist in reload, normally works, but it's a annoying bug
I've been using this app for at least 2-years. It works as advertised. The export functions sometimes require some editing once imported into iCal, CrewAlert or LogTen but overall the app works well. iOS 11.2.1/iPhone7
This App does nearly everything I need, even allowing me to accept changes. Kudos for keeping it simple. 4 stars (instead of 5)simply because: -> There is no dark mode and this is the only App I use during my flying which requires a white background. Any plans for a dark mode? -> Any plans to include a button to allow remote check-in? On the eCrew website, there is a menu option which allows check-in. But really those are my only complaints. This App has worked perfectly for me and is rock-solid.
Maybe it’s just luck but I have never had an issue with iaims. I’ve had it since it’s release and it is reliable. Some of the negative reviews here are likely company IT restrictions/limitations. Works for me.
This app won’t run in the background. Every time I open the app, it opens on the last date of access which means I’m looking at days old information in some cases. It won’t come up to date without manually refreshing the calendar. This is no more convenient than using company website. I’ve contacted support in addition to reinstalling app to no avail.
Been using this app for many years, never had a problem. Till a month ago....Suddenly it stopped updating schedule. 0 stars for customer support, sent bunch of emails. Not a single one answered. Besides that, 5 star for app WHEN IT WAS WORKING. For know, do not waste your money downloading the app, until you see a recent updated version.
They will ask you for a $5.00 fee before download. After you have installed it, they do have not customer service or phone number support. I have emailed them multiple times because it still doesn't work but guess what nobody answers my emails. Just they took my money.
Super quick way to check my schedule which comes in handy. My biggest gripe is that I can’t get notification of changes to my schedule on my iPhone SE. Either way it’s worth the money.
When first purchased about 7 months ago it was spot on. The last couple of months it hasn’t updated. I deleted it and downloaded it again. Still not working like it use too. I would recommend using your companies website until they get this fixed.
App wouldn’t allow me to log into my company’s ECrew page. Tried to contact the developer several times but would only get a reply that they’re “looking into it.” Finally asked for a refund after a couple months of silence, still haven’t heard back. Worthless app and even worse customer service.
Very often crashes, need to sometimes Re-Download the App, can be very frustrating at times. Please fix, it has been like this for last couple of years. Rgds
App can not log in despite multiple attempts and even changing my password through eCrew like mentioned in previous comments. Cannot get ahold of the developer either. Seems to work for folks who had it previous to iOS updates and not for new users. Feels like I am out of $6...buyer beware!
My airlines ecrew updated to version 2.0. The app is now completely broken and unsupported. Emailed customer support about the issue to see if they can fix it. Zero communication. If your going to be using ecrew 2.0 don't bother with this app.
Since installing the app I cannot access my schedule. I’ve emailed for support but to date no response. Use to work at my previous airline but not configured properly now.
I'm totally disappointed with this apps.. can't even log in these few months.. paid for it but for nothing...I'm sorry to say but this apps is a rubbish..to make it worst, now QR has changed their apps into new one which I can't use iaims at all...TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED!!!refund please..

I have paid twice for this app since it kicked me out of the system and demanded to pay again once our AIMS have changed parameters . So I paid but the Admin have never updated details of our airline AIMS login details while other apps like Skycrew have done it immediately. EVEN AFTER NUMEROUS EMAILS THERE IS NO REPLY TERRIBLE SERVICE . So i overpaid the App twice and now there is nothing since we cant login due to the Admin inactivity and lazines .. great jOB IAIMS 👍🏼
Dont BUY! Beware App is not working Properly lately
Since the end of june 2019, app is not working properly. No support. I think the developer just gave up and quit making updates to the app. He used to reply and resolve any issues. But now its been months without support.
It stops working all of the sudden. For me it stopped working all of the sudden and no updates has been launched to solve this. You can not contact developers. They will take your money and then leave you in a lurch.
After a password change I can no longer login. I updated my credentials in the app, and even deleted and reinstalled the app. I can login to eCrew everywhere else just fine, just not with this app.
This app is useless and has no support. His developer page contact is invalid the Facebook page and Twitter page does not exist. The login credentials will not work with Aims.
